Clean room and a comfortable big bed. Scenery amazing . relaxing and chilled environment

Only had an issue with the fact that they do not have sink inside the rooms.so had to spend more money buying water bcz we were only given one bottle per day... and we drink a lot of water. Consider adding vending machines for snacks sweets and chocolates.

Quietness of the place with the sound of birds and the view of the Dam😍, not forgetting how delicious their Dinner buffet and breakfast buffet was👌😋

The fact that there's no room service or the number to call in case of need or emergency. There was no fridge in our room, the pressure of the water in the shower was too weak which makes it difficult to enjoy the shower.

The reviews say there are potholes and we found nothing 😳. The gravel road is not even 2min drive and no potholes. Maybe they fixed them 😅🤩. Muriel at receptionist was very friendly and helpful. Pride at the Resturant and the chef they are the best. IIWas served breaksfast by Boipeelo who was very nice and went out of her way to make us smile. Everything we asked for she will rush and go fetch. You guys are the best. The food the best. The dam view is amazing 🤩

Our neighbor 😭😭 the lady woke up at 5:30am and switched on her TV! To the loudest I had to go knock at her door to ask her reduce the volume as we were still sleeping 😥😰. My advice is dont book people close to each other especially if it was empty like that. The rooms you can hear next door tv and talks. Ask for privacy if you go here. Otherwise it is a nice lodge

The place is beautiful, has a dam which makes it lovely, the room was very clean and comfortable.

The TV only played 2 channels, the watsap number for room services is not attended regularly

Two amazing welcoming by Sister Tebogo and a gentleman who showed us a very Vintage restaurant, where we got an amazing alcohol served with a smile and very short gentleman (Sorry for saying such, but he was always willing to assist) Am a Chef by Profession, commitment to the Chefs, still enjoying some of the food, I forced my fiance to take.

The fact that there are no shuttle to do drop off at Gautrain station. Romantic set up charged at R750.00 wasn't that exciting, especially dry white wine bottles. I was charged for a bottle of champagne. I didn't even drink, because it wasn't nice at all.

I liked that the place was quiet and very peaceful. I mostly liked the chill area next to the river, very good for soul searching and introspection early in the morning. The place is easily accessible and not far out from the freeway. The receptionist Boitumelo was down to earth and very helpful.

The only downfall was that I had booked for a group Spa session, the booking was paid for and confirmed way before time. A day before we arrived for check-in, I received an email that my spa session will be moved to 5 hours later, to which I responded that we will not be able to make the new spot as it was too late. On the day that the Spa session was supposed to take place they still maintained that it can only be done later not at the time I booked for, even though I had sent email to advise the time is not suitable for our group. Long story short, we left without the massage. I was so disappointed because we were really looking forward to the massage session. Still waiting for the refund, and communication from the hotel with regards to the refund is very poor.

The staff was friendly,especially the resturant staff. The food was super nice and so was their service. The place is extremely clean,well maintained and super comfortable. They response speedily so. The views are breathtaking

Their romantic room set up was way below my expectations. The wifi was not working in our room though they offered us a different room. Mosquitos were a bit problematic. It would've been nice to have a fridge for drinks in the room because it was extremely hot.

The environment and stay were in general very pleasant. The room was spacious, comfortable and very clean. The location of the hotel is fantastic and very easily accessible. The meals from breakfast to dinner were delicious and full of variety. The Staff were also very friendly, helpful and professional from the Security Guard to everyone at the hotel

Lack of a fridge in the room during the heatwave. The hotel is beginning to show its age especially on the exterior walls and needs some renovations.
