Riad Enchanté is hands down one of the nicest hotels we've stayed in, regardless of price range. Staff was so lovely, and the lady that cooked us dinner few times was very friendly and made us several variations of tangine and loads of other side dishes. Loved every single thing about it. Breakfast and dinner at the rooftop with some nice background music, what more can you ask for! There aren't that many rooms wich is great, and you will always see familiar faces. Location is in the medina which is great for shopping and food and you can still easily walk to other sites. Be sure to use the riad's airport pick up service as it can be a bit tricky find on your own at first. Our rooms were clean and cool at just the right temperature in the middle of the August heat. Overall loved the design and interior of the Riad. Good sized bedroom, beautiful generous sized bathroom. A great place for our first time in Morocco.

There honestly isn't that much to dislike. I wished there was a full length mirror and a fridge in our room to keep our water/drinks and some food that we bought cool and fresh. Our room had 2 small wardrobes on each side of the bed which was just about ok. There was no space to store our suitcases and we were there for a week. Would still book it again for, perhaps for a shorter trip.

The riad is in a great location, there is tea and biscuits on arrival (which are very tasty) and the roof terrace is lovely. The breakfast is great. Staff (on the whole) were helpful.

We booked a private tour with them which was very underwhelming, so I wouldn't recommend the tour.

This is my second time at Riad Enchante, and it did not disappoint. I've fallen so deeply in love with this particular Riad, and how dedicated, they are to make sure everyone feels at home. The breakfast they provide daily is such a treat that I almost canceled a meeting one morning because I didn't want to miss it. And we had to force ourselves to start researching restaurants because it was so easy to just want to eat in the Riad each day; the food is healthy, delicious, and, in my opinion, it can even compete with some of the highly rated restaurants in the area. Also, I must say that Hussein is now one of my favorite people in Marrakech. He felt familiar in a way that made us feel very relaxed and welcome- plus, he's hilarious :'D Thank you to you all for such a wonderful stay. By the way, this review is just for the FIRST part of our stay because we loved it so much we've extended our reservation here -- twice (and they were so nice to give us a room upgrade)!

That I can't stay here for my entire trip because I have plans to go to Casablanca (and that I missed one day of the yummy breakfast).

The staff was really nice and accommodating, they gave us a lot of good recommendations. The breakfast was delicious and a little bit different every day. The location of the riad was perfect for exploring the medina on foot.

There was no door between the bedroom and the bathroom. Also, we stayed in the Princess room, on the ground floor, and there was a gap (almost a finger thick) between the two parts of the door that was separating the room from the courtyard so there was no sound isolation at all. We could hear when the other guests entered the riad, when the people from the riad talked between them and, of course, they could hear us too. It gave us a sense of lack of privacy.

It was a great experience to stay in Riad Enchante. Imad was the best and he was very kind with us. We arrived pretty late and the restaurants were already closed. Imad volunteered to share his own home-made pasta. At first, we refused but he insisted that is fine. We ate and he refused to take any money. The hospitality here is at another level. The rooms were very clean and cleaned everyday and the breakfast was delicious. Also, everything was free at the Riad: water, coffee, tea at anytime. I recommend this Riad for a very good experience in Marrakech! I would recommend to get in touch in advance with the Riad Enchante in order to get you from the bus station or airport and take you to the Riad because it might be harder to find it at first. I understood that this service is free.

Beautiful Riad. Good staff. Excellent breakfast. Great roof terrace. Had an excellent evening meal here.

Located towards the end of a long, winding alley. Didn't feel safe returning to the Riad late at night - although that's applicable to wandering around Marrakech anywhere late at night.

Great staff, great location, beautiful and intimate Riad! Breakfast was lovely each morning.

The mattress was too hard/firm. The Riad welcome email should let guests know that you cannot drive up to the Riad, you need to be able to walk your luggage 10 mins through the Medina and to ignore the local people who try to give the wrong directions to get you lost and then ask for money to help you.

Our stay at the Riad Enchanté was enjoyable & relaxing. The staff were very friendly and helpful, offering tips & advice during our stay aswell quickly addressing any issues within the property (E.g. Quickly fixing the A/C & offering a stay in another room whilst being fixed). Staff were in constant communication before our trip helping to organise a transfer between the hotel ensuring a safe arrival. The Riad was in a good location for a trip to Marrakesh, suitated just behind the Secret Garden. The Breakfast was excellent & property was very clean. Would highly Recommend.

We loved breakfast on the terrace every morning, under the Moroccan sun with the incredible local produce and baked goods. The hosts of the Riad were extremely friendly and helpful, also helping us to get around the city when we needed. The rooms were comfortable and clean, and overall spacious / had great value for money. We also loved the location of the Riad - it was in the Medina but very close to the old wall, so we could easy get to a taxi when we wanted to visit the gardens or other sites outside of the 'old city'. We're giving bonus points for the incredible dinner we had on the rooftop - great value and one of our favourite meals we had in Marrakech!

The room was a slightly dim, but other than that zero complaints!

On our arrival we were warmly welcomed by Mohammed with well needed tee and cookies. Mohammed spoke English very well and he and his team did everything to meet our needs and wishes. Maria is a great cook. She freshly prepared breakfast for the guests every morning and she showed us her way of cooking Morrocan dishes. Mohammed arranged trips and tours for us, he even took the time to show us around the Souks and answered all of our curious questions. Even when I got sick everyone took care of me and made sure I felt better before leaving to go to the airport. The riad is beautiful and well maintained. We stayed in the Princess room. It's on the ground floor. It was clean and comfortable. Unfortunatly on the ground floor you can hear the door bell well. We were lucky to meet the owner of the riad as well, who is a kind man and seams to get long with the employes very well. All in all it was a great stay and we felt more than welcomed.
