Like many, I spent hours reading through the notes and reviews before setting my sight on this B&B. And I was not disapointed ! We are in a residential area, which is very different of the city center, the noise, the parties... so a very calm place ! 3 min walking distance from the station to take the subway called here BTS, so the center/the temples are still very much accesible. As for the B&B, maybe I can start by the owners: lovely and warm people like their place ! The rooms are super clean and neat. Bathroom on top as well ! The whole place smelled really good as well. The inetrrior decor has been done with care and it shows. A special mention to the logo of the B&B that represents the place really well ! We definately recommend ! Will go back for sure. We immediately felt at home in this small but beautiful guesthouse near the river in Bangkok. Faby and Oak are very kind and hospitable folks and they provided us with some super interesting insider tips... The b&b is located right in the heart of Bangkok, near the SkyTrain but also near the brand new IconSiam. Even if you don't like shopping, it's a most wonderful experience to visit the place, especially for the food court on the ground floor, which will blow away your senses and not break your budget. The room was very clean, large, cool and quiet. We absolutely recommend this place. Thank you Faby & Oak and good luck 🙏🙏🙏

I had a wonderful time at Vera Nidhra! The hotel was exactly as in the pictures, very clean, sustainable and attentive to each detail. The room was big with a very big and comfortable bed, big and nice bathroom. The location is really good, close to the metro with several shops around and at the same time it is very quiet. I slept very well, which was great especially after a full day of visiting and enjoying the city. Faby and Kate are very kind and always responsive. Faby offered great suggestions anytime I asked ❤️ I highly recommend this hotel to have an amazing holiday in Bangkok!

Vera Nidgra proved to be an excellent choice for us. Our accommodation was spotlessly clean, the bed & bed linen were very comfortable, & the building was incredibly quiet. The staff couldn't have been more helpful. We found the location excellent. It was only about a 5 minute walk to the BTS train station. This train is only one stop from the river Pier - where we caught the ferry to most of the main tourist attractions. We also went to other destinations on the train. We didn't need to use a taxi at all. The trains and ferries are cheap, clean & efficient. We didn't realise the hotel is more a small B & B, with only 9 rooms. We also didn't realise the accommodation is across the river, where locals live. We enjoyed this aspect & always felt very safe. The accommodation is very great value for money & we have no hesitation recommending this hotel.

There was nothing we really didn't like. On arrival at night, the taxi driver had difficulty finding the small hotel. It's located in a side street & down a tiny lane. On arrival, in the dark, this was a little disconcerting. However, once we acquainted ourselves with the area, we were more than happy.

Really good service even begins before the check-in. Faby and Kate, both welcomed us so warmly at their place and they have provided an outstanding service. For example they helped us to find a connection to Ko Chang and even our suitcase which has been slightly damaged during the flight, we can leave at Vera Nidhra where it will be donated later. The Hotel is a hidden gem. It's surrounded by residences of Thai people, so you can experience a very special location which is on the one hand well connected to be BTS and on the other hand calm and away from the main road. There are at least three 7eleven in a 5 minutes willing radius and a laundry shop with super friendly staff. We felt very well at Faby's Vera Nidhra! The interior and the decorations are decent and you can feel so much love in every detail. And we never slept so well during our vacation like in the Vera Nidhra - super comfy beds and a silent AC. Next time when we come to Bangkok, we'll definitely visit Faby's place again!

The last step of the stairwell to the second floor is slightly higher than the other steps. Stumpled twice :D haha. Otherwise nothing else to complain about.

Spacious rooms, comfortable beds & pillows and cozy shared spaces. Great location and super responsive customer service team. The self check-in & key system works well. Felt very safe staying as a solo female guest. The staff were super helpful with everything including carrying my heavy luggage to 3rd floor!

I liked everything about the place and it's spotlessly clean all the time. They have a no-shoes inside policy, so a closet is provided outside for guest shoes and upon entry you get house slippers. It's all CCTV monitored and there's a seat for comfort.

My recent stay at Vera Nidhra was fantastic! The host Faby was incredibly responsive and made us feel right at home. The rooms were very clean and beautifully decorated, ensuring a comfortable stay. Plus, its location made it easy to access other attractions in the city, while providing a peaceful oasis away from the hustle and bustle. I especially loved strolling leisurely along the streets, many cheap and nice local food and cafe around that area. I highly recommend Vera Nidhra to anyone looking for a clean, convenient, and welcoming place to stay in Bangkok. Can't wait to visit again!

Kind staff, good neighborhood that was quiet yet quick access to the river boats. A few good cheap eats nearby. Bed and rooms were comfy. They helped make pickup from and drop-off to airport very easy. Drinking water refill always available.

Just outside the room, the shared hall and sitting area could use a fan, no ac for those spaces and it was stifling hot when you exited the room. We really liked the location, but if you want to avoid taxis, it is a bit constraining to need to walk to iconosiam to pick up the boat across to more happening areas. Not hard, just not quite convenient enough to stop back at room middle of day. Once we were back to the hotel, we stayed local to that area for the night. However, if you are fine getting a grab, not hard to many places.

This was such a wonderful place to stay and is exceptional value for money. The managers and staff were incredibly kind, helpful and responsive. The room was large, clean and comfy. The aircon worked really well, as did the Wi-Fi. The self check-in process after 6pm went smoothly. It's about a 15-20min walk to Icon Siam through a lovely local neighbourhood. It felt like a welcoming home away from home. Would highly recommend!

Vera Nidhra is hard to categorise. With just10 rooms it could be either a small hotel or a larger than average B&B. Either way it is a winning formula. Big enough that you don't feel like you are intruding in someone's home and small enough that there is very personalised service offered. Faby in particular gave us lots of help to enable us to visit the sights we wanted to see by offering good advice and practical help organising transport. Both Faby and Oak speak very good English. Vera Nidhra is located in a residential area and this gives it an authentic Thai feel. If you want accommodation in a large hotel that could be anywhere in the world look elsewhere. If you want small, typically Thai with the personalised attention of the charming Faby choose Vera Nidhra.
