New, clean and comfortable. We were on the top floor, so it was very quiet in our rooms. The pool has nice clean water and the location near the skytrain and the river is good.

To get to the hotel you have to go down a narrow alley, and all the streets around seem to be perpetually under construction, so they are either muddy, fresh asphalt or blocked off. The front desk wasn’t very helpful when I asked about boat tours.

The hotel features a warm, welcoming design that immediately makes guests feel at home. The bed was exceptionally comfortable, and the room was spotless and well-maintained.

Our room had a balcony with several air conditioning units that produced considerable noise. Unfortunately, the windows did little to block these sounds, allowing outdoor disturbances. While this seemed to be a common issue across the hotels we visited in Thailand, it did noticeably affect the comfort of the room. Without the AC noise, I would have gladly rated our stay as excellent.

It’s close location to the BTS station and ICONSIAM. The room has been cleaned every day, also the towels were changed daily and the staff was very friendly. The room was big enough to stay alone for 3 nights

The streets around and in front the building were under construction, so it was quite uncomfortable to walk through it. The shower was ok, but the pressure was not high enough, even the water temperature could have been higher. It was only warm. The walls are not so soundproof and you hear the guests talking, in the bathroom etc. Maybe that’s why the aircon is super loud . The WiFi on the 5th floor was not stable. The pool is nice but haven’t had the chance to use it because it is relatively small, so there were always kids and their parents or in general people in the pool.

New hotel with nice design (like the colours and the materials used) and kind staff in great location. 5 mins walk to BTS Green Line, 10 minutes walk to IconSiam. Definitely will stay again.

Nothing was too difficult for the staff who were very friendly and extremely helpful, even advising us of the best places to eat "street-food" when we felt a bit more adventurous ! The hotel is only a 5-10 min walk from IconSiam shopping and food complex - which is a must-visit at any time of day, but make sure you are there around 7:00 pm for the most amazing light & water spectacular by the riverside - you will not be disappointed (and it is free !) We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this hotel and would recommend it highly ! Great value as well !

The hotel did not have its own restaurant but the staff informed us on arrival that the cafe next door offered a 10% discount to hotel guests. Despite this it was still quite expensive and the service wasn't great. Following a number of complaints about the cafe from hotel guests, the hotel staff were able to suggest an alternative.

Clean, safe and in a great residential area close to MRT stations. Reception staff is kind and helpful. The rooms have everything a traveler on a budget needs: clean, safe and the bed was very comfortable! Towels are changed daily. Excellent value for money. I loved the neighborhood it’s very quiet but close to everything. It’s more a family / couple hotel so really great if you need to work remotely and need a quiet place to call home while in BKK!

They’re still figuring out a few things (towel for the pool, smoking area, etc). House keeping is quite unreliable: some days it’s super clean, some days it’s more rushed. The AC is facing the bed and can be noisy.

I would like to express my gratitude to the hotel staff for their exceptional service. Throughout my stay, I noticed that everyone was very friendly and polite, creating a relaxing and enjoyable atmosphere. The staff's professionalism was evident from check-in to check-out. The cleanliness of the hotel was impeccable, and the staff was always ready to help. The hotel's convenient location in a quiet area close to the metro, along with its clean and cozy environment, made for a very pleasant stay. If I come back to Bangkok, I’ll definitely stay at Saan.

It was brand new! The fact that it is within walking distance to Icon Siam, BTS sky train and the ferries (about a 10 to 15 minute walk). Swimming pool was nice and clean. If you like street food, there are local small eateries with authentic Thai food at local prices, all within a short walk. Hotel is amongst local residential area and it felt safe walking solo.

There was construction still under way - perhaps it was the restaurant being built?

The room was spectacular, the bed was so comfortable. I liked that the room service was available and supplied the necessities very quickly upon asking. Staff at the reception were very kind to offer support with navigating around Bangkok to the best of their knowledge. I forgot my adapter they also offered me their spare one to use until the end of my stay. I ended up getting an adapter from the 7-11 but the offer was kind.

I think the road / surrounding area could do with better lighting as coming back at night it was sometimes hard to find.
