I loved the location and just the overall feeling, it was a great stay for the time being.

I am writing to express my concern regarding an unauthorized smoking charge of $100 on my recent hotel bill. Neither myself nor the other adult accompanying me are smokers, and we did not engage in any smoking activities during our stay. I kindly request a thorough review of the situation to rectify this unjust charge promptly

Best hotel on our entire 2 1/2 week trip following copa america teams. Staff friendly and professional. Slot if restaurants in walking distance. S Hotels shuttle drivers were exceptional!

Outdoor pool

We were in town for football game. The airport shuttle was so convenient, the staff was super friendly, the accommodations were clean and comfy. Several food options in short walking distance. Would definitely choose to stay again in the future!

I truly have nothing I didn't like.

This was our 2nd stay with yall and it was great. The facility and room felt clean and the staff was fabulous!

The only things we were disappointed with was that yall removed the waffle makers, those were amazing last stay. There were waffles in the breakfast container and they were soft when we pulled then out because they were warm but once they were no longer warm (after walking to sit down and applying syrup) they got hard as a rock & wasn't really eatable. The pool itself was really cold, the room was heated which helped but the pools heater I think was on the fritz.

The breakfast was good. clean and quiche and different. like the coffee and I reckon is much better than other hotel breakfasts.

No free bottles of water in room. They blame CO VID but really it’s a excuse for cost cutting.When I pay there high charge over 200 per night I expect free water bottles in room The inside pool was cold and the staff need to jump into the pool to tell customers what is cold or warm.

Great location you Chick-fil-A ,Popeyes and Taco Bell are walking distance. The Breakfast was good fresh fruits ,scrambled eggs bacon ,oatmeal and variety of other things.

Nice front desk staff and shuttle driver. Breakfast good. Room large with comfortable beds. Close to airport with easy shuttle ride. Breakfast had a lot of choices.

Hardly anyone in the lobby, hallways or elevator (besides staff) was wearing masks, but I suppose that's normal in Texas? Was a little disconcerting since we are in the height of Omicron surge. Wish windows opened. There was a faint air freshener smell in room. But not too bad.

The staff was friendly and the room was nice. Loved the size of the room but I was also put in one of the last rooms available and it happen to be the handicap room. The shampoo was nice as I had forgotten to bring my own.

I turned the air off but in the middle of the night it came back on. I have a hard time being cold so waking up to it being 65 in the room was pushing it but over all the stay was nice.

It almost very nice for me. Very clean, staff was so nice!!

The restroom in my room was often clogged up. So I had to tell your staff about that several times...

We loved the breakfast selection. The location was convenient near the airport so we could get to our flight the next day. We also loved having a few restaurants close by for lunch.
