The outdoor restaurant had an amazing view. The breakfast was very good and the on demand omlette was simply too delicious. The restaurant manager was kind enough to send part of the breakfast to our room as our toddler was unable to make it to the breakfast within the stipulated time. the bed was comfortable - and so were the extra mattresses. room was clean - averagely spacious and the bathroom shower area was superb. The property has a roof top pool - which would be a stunning experience if we stayed during summers. The top floor has a well equipped gym with a full time trainer - and a very pleasant mini pool table if you fancy a game or two.

since we stayed in the Presidential suite, the charges were high but the room was not as spacious and luxurious as one might expect. parking space is constrained and so is the entrance area for cars (especially if you have a full size SUV).

The rooms were clean, very comfortable, and the staff was amazing. They went over and beyond to help make our stay enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Lahore.

I stayed at the Best Western Premier Hotel Gulberg in December 2024 and I have to say it was an exceptional experience. The welcoming atmosphere, stunning decor, and impeccable service made for a truly memorable stay. Check-In Process: The check-in process was swift and seamless. The staff greeted me with warm smiles and offered a refreshing welcome drink while I waited for my room key. I truly appreciated how efficient and friendly the reception team was. Room: My room was a sanctuary of comfort and luxury. Spacious, well-lit, and tastefully decorated with modern furnishings, it had everything I needed for a relaxing stay. The bed was incredibly comfortable with high-quality linens, and the pillows were perfectly fluffy. The large windows offered a beautiful view of the city skyline, adding to the overall ambiance. The room was also immaculately clean, and had a thoughtful array of amenities that made the experience even more special. Ahsan on the seventh floor, was also very efficient with daily housekeeping Facilities: The hotel boasts impressive facilities. I had the chance to visit the rooftop pool, which had breathtaking panoramic views of the city. Dining: The in-house restaurant exceeded my expectations. I had breakfast every morning, which featured a generous buffet with a wide variety of fresh fruits, hot dishes, parantas, naan, chana curry, and a made-to-order omelette station. Saqib served us daily and his service was excellent, he was very courteous and polite and went that extra mile to make our stay comfortable. Bilal in Sunset Cafe was also amazing. I also dined for dinner one night, and the food was spectacular. The menu offered a blend of international and local cuisines, and the attention to detail in both presentation and flavour was remarkable. Service: Without a doubt, the service at The Best Western Premier was outstanding.

The gym lacked many machines, such as a smith machine and had a limited amount of free weights. Also it would have been nice if they had been some water bottles available for gym users.

The best thing was the Buffet Breakfast! It was definitely the best by any standards, and I travel around the world for my Oil and Gas domain work. Sunset cafe a la carte food was also very well prepared and tasty, unlike most hotel meals! The staff was very courteous, and the location was excellent, with Liberty market within walking distance and abundant transport always available .

Although the booking was for a City View room, it took a lot discussion and persuasion to get that! This was the second consecutive time at this hotel for me, last time I did not insist and ended up with room where room opened right in front of a brick wall, with fresh light coming in! The hotel management definitely needs to fix this situation and understand that when guest reaches the hotel after a long travel, this is not the way to greet him! They should make sure to keep their commitment!

The ambiance of the property along with the staff making sure your stay remains comfortable is what makes this property stand out in Lahore. Saqib at Sunset Cafe, Miss Naseem at house keeping and Haroon at front desk made sure our family stay was pleasant. After staying at multiple hotels in Lahore, BWP is my preferred choice.

The Guard at night duty on swimming pool should be trained to not interfere and interrupt after every 5 mins spent there! This was my complaint last time as well and it’s the same this time. Stopping my wife to put feet in swimming pool while I was swimming created such a bad experience among many other good experiences. Please refer to my comments in my previous review as well.

The hotel location is great, right at the gate of MM Alam road so a lot of great restaurants and shops in close proximity. The staff from gate to check in to room service was super welcoming and caring. The cleanliness was 10/10. For the price, it's arguably better quality than PC/Avari with better, more modern rooms. The breakfast had great variety and was fresh. Highly recommend a stay here.

The day we checked in, the sink wasnt draining well, very slow, so left a mess behind. But we checked in late and were out early the next day. Room service cleaned it up and opened the drain without asking and we were glad to see it working well when we came back. An issue I did run into was I booked the hotel for the week before but had to reschedule, I called ahead of time and was told that the booking would be cancelled free of charge but then a couple days later the manager completely denied that I cancelled and only returned 1 out of 3days of charge and did not even agree to a discount for the stay the following week thus taking away 1 point. The remaining staff was 10/10 amazing.

Breakfast was excellent and staff behavior is very nice

The swimming pool is although good but one day the excess was denied as the pool was given to some private party to use. This doesn't looks nice.

The staff was friendly, and the location is fantastic. Overall, our experience was good.

However, there are two things that need to be fixed. Firstly, the glass windows were not thick enough, and this resulted in being woken up by a noisy motorbike in the morning, which disrupted my partner's sleep. Secondly, we were charged extra for eating biscuits and chips that were available in the room without any notice of additional charges. It would be helpful for guests if the hotel provided information about what items are complimentary and what items incur an extra charge. It was only when I was about to pay that I was told about the additional charges for these items. It would be beneficial for guests if all charges were clearly stated to avoid any confusion or unexpected expenses.

Breakfast buffet was excellent and huge value for money. The room was high class and had excellent water pressure and heat in the bathroom. Beds were also very comfortable.

Air conditioning was hard to adjust. The room felt really hot at times during the night. Once I realized that it was at 78 degrees Fahrenheit but that wasn't due to the staff necessarily when I prefer it down at 70 or below. Shower had a certain level of leakage into the bathroom floor which shouldn't happen with a shower with a door.

Very welcoming and friendly staff. This hotel is quite big and modern. I loved the room. I actually stayed in both the presidential suit room and the deluxe king room and they are both very nice and comfortable. To be fair, the deluxe room which is smaller than the presidential suit is even nicer than the bigger room but it's less spacious. The beds in both of the rooms were very comfortable and I had a really good sleep on them.  Besides that the rooms are very clean and are equipped with a minibar and a refrigerator.  I also enjoyed their restaurant for a couple of times and their food was great. Although at the beginning we had some minor issues I must express my gratitude to the amazing staff, specifically the management who did everything they could to fix all problems and make my stay much better.  In particular I would like to mention Mr Numan from the reception who was truly helpful and very friendly. He was certainly a testimony to how customer service should really be and I am thankful for his service. 

It was a bit expensive but I think that these types of hotels in Pakistan are all on the expensive side of things.
