Breakfast was always good. Naeem the manager off the kitchen was so helpful and pleasant Alhamdolillah ,plus suhail second kitchen staff always asking if i needed anything else I travelled alone then my wife followed but when my wife arrived the manager of the hotel Mr Enaam said the extra cost of the breakfast will be waved as a good will gesture and didn't even charge me for her staying with me ,as i didn't book her stay when booking ,wow Mashaalah what can i say . The best part was every prayer time there was a jamaat sometimes inside the reception ,sometimes outside in the car park and they had haji sahib who worked in Bari hospital opposite the hotel leading the prayer even i got the honor leading sometimes Alhamdolillah-! The hot water was of and on but the weather outside was hot so not too bothered overall but when i complained Raashid the second hotel manager fixed that ,I'm not used to showering in cold water specially if i needed a shower at night after coming back to hotel from ishaa prayers

Overall our experience was good. What differentiated this hotel to the others we were looking at is service. Staff were very attentative to our requests and fullfilled majority of them within acceptable timeframes. The location was good with MM Alam road and Liberty market 5 minutes drive away. Staff were very helpful in arranging a taxi. We asked for a shuttle service to pick us up from the airport which was timely and safer than using a taxi. All staff were respectfull and polite. Breakfast was a traditional Pakistani buffet including, haleem, channa, halwa, puri, toast and naan amongst other things. Juices, tea and coffee were included. Out of hours food service was quick. Rooms were fitted with 3 star aminities, including fridge, ensuite bath, sofa etc. Room was clean and fittings new. Wear and tear was caused by carelessness of previous guests although unnoticeable, the good service and cleanliness outweighed any blemishes. For someone who has travelled and stayed in hotels across several continents and countries across the world I was happy with my stay this hotel and would stay here again.

We didn't have a pakistani phone, telephone number, or wifi on arrival to the airport. It would have been good for the hotel to tell us where to wait for the driver, or for the driver to hold a plackard up at the airport entrance/ arrivals with our name on it.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Hotel Premier Inn Grand Gulberg for three days, and I couldn't have been more impressed. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with warm hospitality and excellent service. The hotel's staff, led by the exceptional Mr. Rashid, went above and beyond to ensure a comfortable and enjoyable stay. Their attention to detail and willingness to assist with any request made a significant difference. The hotel's facilities were clean and well-maintained, and the rooms were spacious and comfortable. The location was also convenient, providing easy access to various attractions and amenities. Overall, I would highly recommend Hotel Premier Inn Grand Gulberg to anyone visiting the area. I stayed for one night and requested an early check-in, although I mentioned the time 08:00 am but reached around 06:00 am, the Duty Manager Mr. Inam warmly welcome and accommodate me at 06:00 am without any excuse that I have mentioned the time 08:00am. The room was tidy, cool, and comfortable. Mr. Inam upgrade the room in same package. Breakfast was delighted, and kitchen service staff was well mannered. Front office staff Mr. Saqib and Rashid are both very gentle and professional. Check-in and check out were very smooth. Highly recommend for family and professional. I will mark 10 out of 10. Security staff, services staff, and especially front staff members are very humble and professional.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Premier inn hotel and I must say, it was an exceptional experience! The room was immaculately clean and tidy, a true testament to the high standards of housekeeping. But what truly made our stay stand out was the incredible staff, particularly Mr. Saqib, who went above and beyond to ensure our comfort and satisfaction. His warm hospitality, prompt responses, and willingness to help with any request made us feel truly valued. The entire staff was very cooperative and friendly, making our stay truly memorable. Met by Rashid at front counter and was very welcoming. Room was a good size, breakfast was good too and great location in Gulberg.

The bathroom was a bit worn out with a broken toilet seat. No complimentary water in the room so had to ask and was told we don't give water as we have a complimentary buffet breakfast ( although I did get a bottle of water). The fridge also has someone else's food (naan) in there so had to request this be cleaned.

I had the pleasure of staying at this restaurant for one day and night, and I must say, it was a delightful experience. The room was impeccably neat and clean, with sheets that felt fresh and inviting. The ambiance of the restaurant was cozy and welcoming, adding to the overall charm of the stay. Breakfast buffet was outstanding with variety of dishes and different on both mornings. Staff was friendly and things were served in an excellent manure. I really enjoyed the Lahore's special breakfast along with my family.

This hotel was first recommended to me by my sister Dr Kiran Azmat Awan and since that day back in 2022 this hotel is my only choice in Lahore to stay. This time I booked the Suite on second floor and it was beyond my expectations. We the family of 5 persons easily accommodated in that suite. Staff, room service, concierge and specially the Manager at the front desk was brilliant. I thing must mention that I forgot one of my valuable item in the room and it was courier back to me at my home address immediately by the manager. The manager look after us in an exceptional way. The property is located right in the heart of Lahore and easy excess to shopping malls and food streets of Lahore. I highly recommend this hotel.

I wasn't sure about this hotel at the time of booking because of the reputation of other hotels in the area but after reading the reviews I gave it a go. I was surprised by the overall experience. Great customer service by all staff working in the hotel as they were kind and helpful from bell boy to reception staff to room service guy and to the guard at the entrance. They went above and beyond to provide comfortable stay. Overall hotel room was comfortable and had all amenities which were very really good worth the value. Location is perfect.

They cook fresh food after order, of course you have to be patient. The tip is you better order 40 minutes before you meal time. We had a great stay.
