Property was clean and fresh, views were amazing. Host Dafni was intent on making our stay enjoyable and ensuring we had everything we needed. Cleaner came in daily to empty bins, change towels and bedding. The beautiful beach was across the road and took around 10 minutes to get there. You can get a bus across the road to Agios Nikolaos, a 15 minute ride cost €2. A lovely place with a marina and shops and amazing views and restaurants

To get the amazing view you had to climb a couple of ramps and many steps, which in the blazing heat was not much fun. Also had to climb steps or hills to get back up from the beach. This location would not suit disabled person

Excellent location and beautiful views for our three week stay. We had Superior Apartment (No 14) which was had everything we needed. Dafni, our host, was very accommodating throughout our time here. Housekeeper visiting each day was appreciated (towels and bedding changed every few days). We had a hire car and enjoyed visiting places such as Sitia, Kathara Plateau, Kritsa, Lasith Plateau, Mochlos and Myrtos . Went Agios Nicholas once by car and once by bus (parking was an issue on our first visit). Local beaches were lovely but steep paths to access. We used the beach at the nearby Istron Bay Hotel (€15 per day for two loungers and towels) as it had easier access and we could get lunch at their beach area restaurant. Walking into Istro for dinner was nice. We ate at MeRaki on several occasions. Also had an anniversary lunch at Macrame by Voulisma which was excellent. Supported local supermarkets for our everyday provisions for the apartment.

Very nice place. Accommodations are well equiped, very clean, comfortable with great views on the sea. Parking in the property. The kitchen was well equiped too. There is a amazing beach 5 minutes walk from the appartement.

The location is perfect, not in the middle of the touristic small town of Istron, but at 5-6 minutes walk, the view is incredible, exactly as advertised in the photos, at walking distance are 3 beautiful beaches, one of them is a hidden beach where you can be all on your own, the apartments are spotless clean, modern and equipped with any amenity you might need, but the star of Istron homes is Dafni, the Manager, who made sure anything we requested was supplied or fixed within hours, always with a smile and with patience. Thank you Dafni, we had an excellent vacation.

There were ants in the kitchen, they are not visible all the time, they come out of the wall. so we had to be careful with storing food and just a warning if you are with a car, access to the main road can be difficult to maneuver, as the angle of road visibility is not the best when you drive down from Istron Homes, it is a matter of waiting till you feel it is 100% clear and taking a leap of faith

We loved our stay. Dafni messaged us from soon after booking, and kept in touch until we arrived. She met us on our arrival to show us around the property, giving us a free upgrade to a maisonette. The property was just as described, clean and tidy, with everything we needed. There’s a reasonable sized fridge/freezer to store good quantities of food and drink The view is AMAZING! Within 10/15 minutes walking distance of beach, tavernas and supermarkets via a path along the road.

The apartments are above a busy road, so traffic noise can be heard when sat on the balcony, but do you get used to it. One of the wooden stair treads needs repairing for safety, as it is split and is unsettling, as it moves when trodden on.

Its spacious enough, has all the necessities, the bed is comfortable, the terrace is supplied with a comfy sofa and tables with chairs…its laid out and furnished as a home. I felt great here! Staff is also lovely and very helpful.

Pillows… all 4 were very big and high which is not good for me. Would be nice to have few that are lower but to be fair I have not asked if they would have them to change. However, there were 2 small sofa pillows that I resorted to so was all good in the end.

The view is extremely amazing - you could spend the day just staring... The path to the beach is paved!!! You can also take the country paths, which are more romantic, in my opinion... You can really feel the nature everywhere you look! The beaches are at realy walking distance and are for all tastes: sandy, pebbles. The water is clear and perfect for swimming. Everything you need on the property. Even iron machine. Cleaning is done everyday! The markets and taverns are also at walking distance! The goat and sheep cheeses are suuuper delicios! The recommendations from Dafni are the superbest! The best place ever! Thank you, Dafni!

The property is lovely and beautiful and renovated in good taste, thoughtful facilities , good shower, spacious balconies with a breathtaking view, extremely clean, parking available, walking location to the gorgeous bay and beach and restaurants, and Dafni the welcoming manager.

The apartment we stayed in has 2 levels - the stairs were a bit tight for us and there is no toilet downstairs. the tv was downstairs and no TV in the bed room upstairs.

Dafni who met us to check us in, was very sweet and helpful. She had even upgraded us to a bigger apartment. The standard of the apartment was beyond our expectations. It was large, had several terraces, all utilities needed, very clean and beautiful interior. The bed was very comfortable and there was a coffee machine, including capsules.

Perfectly practical small apartment with a huge balcony to enjoy the view over the gulf. Kitchen has you need to self-cater, and appreciate that the cleaning staff comes every day even to do the dishes. You can walk to various beaches from there.

Bedroom and living room furniture is rather basic but perfectly does the job! some shower fixings were broken but did not affect us.
