Excellent location, very kind staff and a room big enough to accommodate comfortable family of four.

If you are travelling by car and you need a parking, try to book in advance as closest public parings could be full if you're planning a visit during a weekend. We had the chance to use one of the few parking spaces in front of the hotel, but as they are few you might not have this opportunity.

Location near interest area (promenade, restaurants, old city). Very spacious rooms. Even if there was a misunderstanding regarding the room, the front desk was open and oriented towards finding a solution.

The hotel needs renovation, it doesn’t look like a 4 stars hotel.

I recently stayed at Superior One Boutique Hotel in Thessaloniki, and overall, my experience was incredibly positive. From the moment I arrived, the hotel’s chic and modern design stood out, creating a welcoming and stylish atmosphere. The room was spacious, impeccably clean, and beautifully furnished, offering the perfect place to unwind after a day of exploring the city. The location of the hotel is also excellent, right in the heart of Thessaloniki, within walking distance of local attractions, restaurants, and the waterfront. This made it easy to explore the vibrant city on foot, which was a huge plus. The hotel’s staff was another highlight—extremely friendly, professional, and always eager to help. They made sure that I felt at home throughout my stay, offering helpful tips and recommendations for things to do in the area. However, there was one small inconvenience regarding breakfast. The hotel doesn't have a dedicated breakfast area, and instead, the meal is served directly to the room. While the breakfast itself was delicious and offered a variety of fresh and tasty options, it was a bit challenging to enjoy it comfortably in the room. There was no proper table or chairs to sit at, making it a bit awkward to eat the meal in the room. I think the hotel could improve this by adding a small bistro table with two chairs to each room. This would create a more comfortable and enjoyable space for guests to have breakfast, enhancing the overall experience. That said, this minor issue didn’t overshadow the positive aspects of my stay. I thoroughly enjoyed my time at Superior One Boutique Hotel and would definitely return on my next visit to Thessaloniki. With its prime location, exceptional service, and luxurious rooms, it's an excellent choice for anyone looking to stay in this wonderful city.

Room was big, bathroom was comfortable. Extra sofa was big enough and comfortable. We had a huge terrace belong to us, it is great if you have a small child. Location is good, you can go to harbor and Aristotelous Square with short walking. But if you like to walk, White tower is 20 minutes away by walking. Ataturk's house is 20 minutes by walking also. There are couple of good places to eat traditional food. But check for reservation for them.

It is a bit hard to eat breakfast at room because no big table. We ate at our private terrace first day but second day was cold, we ate at reception. I think it would be also hard to eat at summer because of hot weather. An awning would be great. They can add cheese to breakfast.

The staff in the reception was exceptional- Hercules, katerina, Lina and Kostas. They were very kind, very helpful and with positive vibes. They were always smiling, and with a very good english. Also, big thanks to the cleaning ladies who always made sure the room was perfect and clean, leaving us without any complaints. Also thanks for the kind women who were bringing us the breakfast. Location was also very good, we were only few minutes far walking from the resturants, shops and caffes

Honestly I have nothing bad to mention.

Great location, in the city center, 5 minutes walking to the pedestrian area. 24 hour reception (which was very important for us, since we arrived in the middle of the night). The staff was very friendly and polite. We had a great breakfast in the hotel's lobby. Even though it could have also been brought to the room, there are a few tables available in the lobby. We were directed to a private parking nearby, at a good price per day. The room was very nice, large enough for our family on five, comfortable and fancy, large and impressive shower. The hotel overall and the room itself are very well designed, a touch of something extra, compared to other hotels we've stayed in.

The breakfast was great, lots of options and got it delivered to the room, healthy portion sizes too. The location was incredible, it was really near the bar/restaurant area and also very easy to access the promenade too. The staff were so friendly too, always willing to go the extra mile, and there was lots of free water provided too!

The bed could have been comfier, this is the only criticism I have. The room was massive so this did make up for it.

It is a somewhat affordable option in the historical center of Thessaloniki, close to several historical sites, restaurants and nightlife establishments. The room is comfortable and larger than average. the premises were clean and the wi-fi was solid.

Overall, I felt safe, but some of the surrounding streets are narrow and poorly lit at night, which may make some guests (say, single women or families with small kids) feel uneasy. There are big renovations ongoing on the main road nearby, which means traffic gets really heavy for most of the time.

The hotel is walking distance from the city center and nearby there are plenty of restaurants, cafes and shops. The room was spacious and the air conditioning worked well, which is not always the case. The hotel has a couple of parking spots on the street and we were quite lucky to find free 2 of them. This was very valuable for us, as parking in Thessaloniki can be quite time-consuming.

The hotel offers breakfast but to be honest they don't have a restaurant, bar or breakfast room. You can have breakfast in front of the reception or in your room, but the rooms don't have enough chairs or a good table.
