Reasonable price for stay. Air Con was very good. Room very clean. Lots of space. Microwave and Mini fridge in room. Stayed in room 126 which was the corner room so maybe larger than other rooms. Shower gel shampoo and hand soap plentiful as in dispensers attached to walls. Shower very hot , plenty of towels.in all sizes.Very close to all attractions. 10 minutes to Old Town, the Fort and George St. The Coffee Shop on opposite side of the street served fabulous pastries for breakfast. $25 for 2 breakfasts with tip. Loved the Christmas Shoppe just a few blocks from Motel. Careful as good end up spending lots in there if Christmas fanatics .Had a ground floor room due to friends disability. Early check-in without prior arrangement. 5/ 10 minutes walks to local restaurants for evening meals. Pizza shop next door was OK for lunch. Under $10 for drink and 2 good size slices of pizza. Enough to share.

Window propped open with wooden stick. Very noisy during day as we were right on the sidewalk.

Very friendly and helpful staff. We were provided with some tips what to do and were to go in the city. They alow me to leave my car for couple hours after I checked out. Location was just right, not to far from the center of the city so we could forget about the car walking everywhere, and not to close to be affected by the crowds celebrating riotously upcoming of the New Year. Even though there is no breakfast available in the hotel, there are many options nearby.

There is not that much that we didn't like if anything. Well, one need to be aware for what is paying as the hotel is just along the busy street and while we stayed there for the New Year's Eve, it was quite noisy especially as our room's windows were facing towards the main street. Even though, it didn't bother us that much and we were able to have some good sleep.

The size of the room was perfect for my family of 5, which includes twin toddlers and a baby. There was room to set up a playpen without using up space. We had an area for the kids to play, eat somewhere other than the beds, and continuing potty training was doable in this space for the trip.

The floor is hard, laminate I believe, but was not as clean as we thought it would be. However, the staff was super helpful and nice to us when our kids made a huge mess.

This place may not look like a lot from the outside and it is an old property BUT we love it. Very clean and updated. Awesome water pressure and they have wall pumps for shampoo and soap in the shower and a separate one for the sink. Staff was super friendly and helpful. We we’re going to get the trolly but it was so close to downtown we didn’t need to. I’m not much of a walker but it’s just a few blocks and there are fun shops along the way. We walked to downtown each day we were there. The bakery and ice shop next to them are both YUMMY! We will be using this place far any future trips to St Augustine.

Only two things we didn’t like and neither is the fault of the hotel. The bathroom is tiny but it’s an older building and again not much that can be done there. Second is we got in late and tired and ordered the pizza next door and it was just not good at all! Again though the property was great and super nice people.

The location is perfect. We got to know the entire historic center without having to use our car or worry about getting around or parking. The room is renovated, modern, clean, smells nice and very comfortable. It is a family-run guesthouse, and the owners are friendly and very polite. We will definitely be back to stay for more days. Great value for money!

Close to trolley stop. Lady at checking was very friendly and helpful telling us about St Augustine. Room was efficient and clean. Fresh towels every day. No pool or breakfast but restaurants within walking distance. I felt safe and there were security cameras all over. Water pressure in shower was amazing and water was very hot. Hotel was quiet. I would stay there again.

No continental breakfast but room had microwave and refrigerator and coffee pot. Brought our own breakfast.

Free parking. Centrally located within walking distance of Castillo de San Marcos, the old town, lots of local restaurants, historic sites, and a convenience store just across the street. Friendly staff. We booked 2 rooms on the second floor for family, and they were clean, modern sophisticated decir, shower, tub, very comfortable king and double beds, a small table for four, a microwave, and an outside deck for informal meals.

We have no complaints. Wish I’d taken photos of accommodations.

I loved how close it was to the attractions of Old Town St. Augustine. Everything was walking distance. We were also offered after check out to leave our car for an extra hour or two to check the markets last minute before leaving. The staff was super friendly and accommodating.

The room did have an odor of a strong cleaning product, but it did stand out to me as an acknowledgment of it being cleaned thoroughly.

Rooms were mostly clean with a comfortable king bed. About a 10 minute walk to historic downtown of St. Augustine. There was a nice coffee shop/bakery with GF food about a 2 minute walk away. The area was pretty quiet until about 800 am (weekday).

The bathroom and sink were pretty clean but it looked like a rush job. Otherwise, we were very happy with the room.

The location was awesome. We could walk everywhere. The hotel was clean and the beds were comfortable. The hotel manager was very friendly and helpful. On our last day, we still wanted to do some sightseeing and he was nice to let us keep our car parked there after we checked out. It was a mother/ daughter trip and we felt perfectly safe. Lots of places to eat nearby.
