We were greeted by staff, we asked for a room he tells us he has rooms but we would need to go online to book. What! That's crazy, if we have to book ourselves, why are prices up. We are doing that job, rooms should be cheaper.

Quiet and convenient to historic downtown. Comfortable beds, rooms are clean and modern.
I know it’s a sign of the times but I was a little disappointed I had to pay for parking. I’ve not encountered this at any other place I’ve stayed.

Breakfast was fine. Location is good for being within walking distance to historical area. Stopped in bar for a nightcap & snack each night. Bartender was friendly & made good drinks first 2 nights. 3rd night was someone who admitted to not being a bartender. Nice guy who tried hard. Desk staff friendly & helpful. Really appreciated the complimentary water. Thank you! Rooms nice.
Shower floor could use a good scrubbing. Mold on some edging& under wallpaper peeling near floor. Should not need to pay for parking, but at least lower the fee.

We ended up taking refuge inside much earlier than planned due to a huge, strong rain storm that moved in. We just made ourselves comfortable in the lounge area. We played our dice game (being careful not to disturb other guests LOL) and drank cocktails that were very good. We then ordered different appetizers for "dinner". Turned out to be a lovely night after all. Our room was clean, comfy and perfect. Breakfast was sufficient, though have actually had better at other Hiltons.
I'll never get over hotels everywhere now not having sufficient parking onsite and/or charging for parking. I would rather they just charge more for the room than penalize me for driving myself and Parking for myself.

We recently stayed one night at the hotel and had a pleasant experience. The room was impeccably clean, making for a very comfortable stay. We particularly enjoyed the breakfast, which offered a variety of delicious options to start the day. The night was peaceful and quiet, ensuring a restful sleep without any disturbances. Additionally, the hotel's location is excellent, with easy access to local attractions and transportation. Overall, we highly recommend the hotel for anyone looking for a convenient and comfortable stay.

Staff was nice. They gave us Cookies and complimentary water. The breakfast was pretty decent. The bed was comfy and the room got nice and cool. It's also located close to the historical district which is a plus.
The staff took FOREVER to answer their phones though. That needs work. The breakfast was ok but I saw lots of gnats around the berries, yogurt, and pastries. I wish the berries and yogurt were covered like the other food and I didn't try the pastries because of that as well. I picked up a strawberry and there was a dead gnat there. They should have coverage for all of the food. I can see the bananas and oranges not being covered. Paying for parking was pretty ridiculous considering the prices of the rooms.

Room: good space, excellent cleaning, nice furniture and environment in general. Comfortable bed. Location: great and very convenient close to the down town.
The staff was nice. Although it could be more informative about the options that the customer has during the staying there, also indicating the location of the luggage carts when we were carrying several suitcases and bags. The room could have a microwave.

The hotel was amazingly clean, looks a little old on the outside but was very nice. The complementary cookies were delicious! We had a couple!
The bed springs were a little noticeable when lying down. We’ve had worse but we’ve definitely had more comfortable beds as well.

The staff was wonderful. They were always pleasant & helpful. The one person who stood out was Andy who worked the front desk from 7-3. He was so informative and pleasant. While Brandon who worked the evening shift was different than Andy he also gave us good information about different restaurants & foods in the area. The breakfast had a wonderful selection and everyone was pleasant.
I can’t think of anything I was very happy with our choice
