This was a last-minute (day of) booking, and a really great deal! Check-in was seamless and quick onsite. The room is very nicely renovated, and the bed super comfy. The room was spacious, accommodating, clean, quiet, relaxing, and the a/c perfect - quiet and cool. Had a 2-queen room on the back side, in a block with friends on the second floor. Parking was sufficient, and convenient to my room. Check out was equally quick and easy. All the staff were nice, efficient, pleasant and accommodating. This place exceeded my expectations, and I'm a seasoned (and picky!) traveler. I typically don't write reviews. Can't say enough about how nice it was to have a long refreshing shower and a restful, relaxing sleep, after a fun night on a quick getaway with friends. I'd originally pre-booked in advance, to see my friends' band from Atlanta play a nearby music fest, then cancelled when heavy rain was predicted..booked another room the day-of, on a last minute decision to go anyway. The location is convenient, just down the hill from Buc-ees, and Flapjacks across the street was excellent. Easy access to I-40. Perfect place to refresh and recharge, before hitting the road for the 4 hour drive back home!

The elevator in the front is very slow, but that's beyond Management's control.

We have stayed here several times. Some of the reviews I have seen on here are outrageous. The manager that people have posted about are so wrong. Chris is an outstanding manager who works hard and goes above and beyond for his guests. Always laughing and joking while getting the job done. I have personally seen a few of the interactions with people getting mad, mostly over the deposits, which are listed when booking the room and he gives very clear instructions on the dos and don'ts on the property. Mainly smoking which is stay away from your door so the room don't sell like smoke. That is just out of respect for the property and other guests. Even when these interactions accur the are handled in a mature professional manner. Chis is a great guy and I would happily recommend this hotel to anyone needing a night or several nights for a get away. Hotel is located right off the exit and literally down the hill from buc-ees!

I recently had the pleasure of staying at days inn, and I was thoroughly impressed with the exceptional service and warm hospitality from the management and staff. From the moment I arrived, I felt welcome and at ease, thanks to the friendly and efficient check-in process. Throughout my stay, the staff went above and beyond to ensure my comfort and satisfaction. The room was spotless, comfortable, and well-appointed, with every amenity I would need . What truly sets days inn apart, however, is the outstanding management and staff. Every team member I interacted with, from the front desk to housekeeping was friendly, attentive, and genuinely committed to providing an exceptional guest experience. The hotel's manager Chis deserves special praise for fostering a culture of excellence, which shines through in every aspect of the hotel's operations. I was consistently impressed by the staff's proactive and personalized approach to meeting my needs and exceeding my expectations. In short, my stay at days inn was outstanding, and I can't recommend it highly enough. If you're looking for a hotel that truly cares about its guests and provides a great experience, look no further!

Very good size room. It was clean and the beds were comfortable. We could use the top floor because they had an elevator. The cleaning group were very friendly and welcoming. If we needed something they made shore, we had it right away.

It said that they had breakfast but when we went to get it all they had was the Waffles and little muffins. Everyone was looking for butter and had to eat the toast without because the guy behind the counter didn't tell them it was in the refrigerator. you can only get out by driving up to the Buc-ees and using the traffic circle to get to the main road. Because it is right off of the highway and right next to Buc-ees the traffic noise is all the time. The guy at the desk was very short with people and did not make you very welcome to the hotel. It is a way from the attractions that most people want to see.

It was clean And had good coffee

The beds squeak real loud TV had nothing to watch no channels. There was a few roaches in the room had you had to turn in your dirty towels in order to get clean ones. And one of the people in the office was not friendly at all, but all the rest was. there was no phone in the room that worked. But it was convenient to the interstate and there is no breakfast, but pancakes, waffles, and cereal

The front desk manager was attentive. Took care of all issues as they came up. (Definitely overworked due to staffing issues)

The first room had an strong odor (pot) (honestly wouldn't have been an issue if we hadn't had our son) the manager gave us a different room but when the cleaning person came to the room as we were moving he said he didn't smoke and didn't smell anything and stated you get what you pay for. I thought it was a nice place and had no issues with the second room except we had to go get towels from the front desk. It's not a big deal.

This hotel is very nice and clean. And it's right on the main road. It's also very close to Buccees. Also it's close to a few food places. Its also near the Russell Stover store.

TV remote was dead and they did not explain what the WiFi password was when we got there. The entrance is in a very bad place. They don't even have an actual turning lane for them. Where we were, there was a trailer blocking the way to pull in, so every time I parked, I had to back in.

We arrived at 1600 and check in was 1500 and they told us that they didn’t have our room available but would bump us up to a larger room at no additional charge so that was good. Room was large and had a couch, microwave, refrigerator, hair dryer, iron and large ironing board. Younger guy checked us in and was very friendly. Location was great for us as it was right off the interstate and it is also at the bottom of the hill from the newly opened Bucee’s and across the road from the large Smokey Mountains Flea Market. This could be considered good or bad, good for later but bad for the time being, they are remodeling the rooms so a bunch of the walkways in front of the rooms are roped off so you have to go out into the parking lot to go around where they are working but like I said good for later as the rooms with be freshly renovated. They have a snack vending machine but not a drink one but they do sell canned soda at the front desk that are ice cold for $1. The listing said that they require a $100 deposit but when we checked in he said that they didn’t need it.

My wife felt like the floors felt wet on her feet although I didn’t feel that we looked at our feet and they were black so we had to actually get a washcloth and scrub the bottoms of our feet to get the black off and then had to wear our shoes the whole time we were there. The balcony had green indoor/outdoor carpet and was so worn out that it was almost black and rolled and frayed and also only had one plastic chair.

We stay here often, hand downs one of the best locations we have stayed in pigion forge. Manager Chris is great, always has our papers and Keys ready for a quick in and out process at check in, with no hassle. House keeping is always on top of things making sure you have anything and everything you need. Staff is also awesome when it comes to any requests that you my have ( whith in reason) and making sure your stay is the best possible!

There dog policy! The price and the fact when I booked the room wasn’t told about the fee until I got there and the 100$ deposit until the room was checked for cleanliness and smoking , deposit was refunded in morning but was just the fact we weren’t trusted and room didn’t have new Bnj ox of tissues or new tools of toilet paper had to go to front desk and get because of partial boxes or tools and in morning went to get a shower and only I wash cloth so I was in shower wet and had to get out and wait until housekeepers brought me one
