Attractive, updated furnishings and decor. Comfortable, nicely appointed room. Spacious bathroom with large enclosed shower - good design. Good lighting choices and plugins for tech. Like the versatile cube footstool and bedside table. Breakfast delicious with hot and cold variety (good cinnamon rolls!). Comfortable seating for breakfast and lobby with large tv. Nice business center with 2 stations. Didn't check fitness room or pool - maybe next time.... Location convenient for highway and local access. Shopping, restaurants and services nearby.

The breakfast was wonderful! So were the breakfast attendants. The facility was clean and comfortable. Check in was smooth and we were treated well. Would stay at this location again if/when in the area.

The access was a little confusing. I knew where the hotel was, but in the dark it was a tad confusing, because the entrance is basically in the side parking lot of the Bass Pro shop. There were no clearly visible signage until we were physically AT the entrance.

Parking was a little tight. However, had I not had a temporary physical ailment it would not have been as bad. Additionally, the AC unit didn’t work in our room. we didn’t notice it until we returned from our day on the town. we were partially refunded I was fairly happy but I expected more than $25 credit more so $75 range. We are talking about a important amenity. Would I stay there again absolutely the staff was amazing from the front desk, breakfast attendants, and the manager who credited my account were all super helpful. i travel a lot and will be back. A great experience overall.

I have friends that live in the Kodak area and have stayed at this holiday inn many times. it is always clean, staff always wonderful, I feel safe getting in and out and they have a great breakfast. the beds are quite comfortable too.

my only complaint was on this trip the room key expired everyday if they just told me I needed to re-program my room key everyday rather than me finding out when I returned at night carrying stuff it would have been nice

Housekeeping walked in while we were still in bed despite the fact i was yelling fir them to hold on till i could get to the door..when we pulled the sofa out there was trash still under it from previous stays..beds were a bit hard

I like the location. In the same parking lot as Bass Pro Shop. Pretty cool. Distilleries closely and a sweets shop. Does offer grub hub and instacart. Complementary breakfast was awesome the air conditioning worked very well

There weren't many places to choose from for grub hub delivery, and most of the close by restaurants and distilleries close fairly early. The bed was a tad springy.

We booked the room a few minutes before we arrived at the hotel, the staff at the reception welcomed us warmly and did everything they could to help us, whether it was charging the car with electricity, recommendations for a good restaurant, and more. The hotel is very nice, simple and clean. The room is very large and spacious compared to hotel rooms. It was very clean. recommended. 

Nothing bad to say

I liked the free breakfast and the sun blind that darkened the room where the sun did not wake me up. The room was very clean. The hotel was very quiet.

The pool is not heated like you would believe for an indoor pool. The location does have a few places close by but the only food place was expensive and served steak only it seemed.

location was excellent, price was half of what 5 miles down the road for this time of the year. seem to be newly remodeled. free breakfast was good. room and bath was very spacious.

parking was a lit crowded.

the fact that they wouldn’t refund my sister because they didn’t take animals. we were forced to evacuate our homes because of a wildfire and needed shelter. I stayed because I couldn’t afford to lose that much money. my sister couldn’t either, but she needed to have a place for her dog. I understand the polio, but in this circumstance, it’s pretty crappy. and especially because they could fill that room in a minute!
