The staff are lovely and really helpful - they helped organise our taxi to and from the airport which was super handy. The Riad staff kindly helped us carry our bags and bring us to/ From the taxi which was great as we didn’t know what direction we were going in/to. The location is great as it’s not too far away from the Medina and the Souks. The Riad feels really safe and the beds are really comfortable. The Riad is beautiful too!

The breakfast was lovely. We really enjoyed the fruit on last day, would be amazing to receive throughout the stay.

After a very stressful beginning to our holiday with the tour operator Riad having no record of our booking, we quickly had to book somewhere to stay for the duration of our trip, so we took a gamble on this place. Our experience here completely transformed our holiday, this accommodation and the staff provided us with a calm and peaceful haven to be able to come and relax after a day of sight seeing and immersing ourselves in the culture of Marrakesh. I would recommend everyone to choose a Riad instead of a large generic hotel when coming to Marrakesh, the service at Riad El Arco was second to none, the staff provided a 5 star service, ensuring that all of our needs were met, the facilities and breakfast were lovely, the help and tips for navigating the Souks and testing out our haggling skills came in very handy! Extra note - the owner of Riad El Arco even comes to meet you at the taxi drop off, to help you to find his accommodation amongst the maze of winding streets of Marrakesh, this is extremely useful, as the Riads are always tucked away behind the bustling street markets.

Nothing to say, everything was perfect

Positive: - the location was very good, in the medina, but not in the heart of it where it’s super noisy and crowded. Believe me, you don’t want to be right in the heart of the medina - it was very clean, they were cleaning the rooms every single day - the staff was very helpful and warm - the room is spacious enough and the bed was confortable

Negative: - the breakfast could be more diverse and brought at the same time, they are bringing jam and butter, then bread, then omelette, then coffee….it takes forever - plain omelette every morning is super boring - the spa is not really a spa, it’s just a room - the rooftop could be used for so much more, it was just a laundry space, not very welcoming - the bathroom was very clean, but looks like it’s been a century since it was last renovated

The staff couldn't do enough for us. The location is great. You need to make sure you are met by a guide on arrival to the medina as its very busy and lively and you won't find the Riad on your own the first time. The breakfast was lovely. We would have liked more fruit and maybe cereal or yoghurt as one of our party has gluton intolerance but the staff accommodated our every wish. The spa treatments are fabulous.

We found that the Wifi was not that good in places. The swimming pool is more of a plunge pool.

My friend and I had a lovely stay at Riad El Arco! A tastefully decorated riad, with a beautiful rooftop terrace great for relaxing. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Good location - right in the middle of everything but also tucked away from the main street so no noise in the riad at night. The rooms were clean and we were provided new towels everyday. Breakfast was nice and they catered for my dietary requirements. Overall great stay and would come back again if I return to Marrakech 😊

I had an amazing six-night stay at this beautiful and modern Riyadh in Marrakech. The property is stunning, with delightful breakfasts every morning. The highlight of our stay was Hafed, who went above and beyond to assist us with everything we needed. His kindness and professionalism truly made our experience unforgettable.

Very nice, clean and comfortable hotel in the old city. Be aware hotel in not accesible by car (when planning travel from and to the aerport or booking the excursions by car you would need to walk app. 10minutes to the meeting point). Very helpful and kind stuff ready to help with information, making local phone calls, even preparing breakfast early when needed. Breakfast is tasty with more then enough food served, but not the buffet style so every day the same that gets boring. No fresh fruit offered for breakfast, you can order it for extra charge.

Staff was extremely kind and did everything for us to enjoy our stay. The riad is in a very nice location, 7 minutes away from the main square and the Marrakech museum, the Medersa... so plenty of things to see within walking distance. It's located in a quiet small street so we could not hear anything at night from our room. Our room was nice, with 2 comfy beds and a nice bathroom. Riad is super clean at all times, and they made our room every day. There are also tons of restaurant options within 5 minutes (mostly very affordable restaurants and street food kiosks). They are also souvenirs shops (with maybe some more affordable prices than on the Jemaa el Fna squares). For excursions and taxi transfers it's just better to contact the riad in order to get picked up at the closest point but location is accurate on Google maps (so it's just tricky the first time to walk through the tiny streets, after that super easy). Breakfast is great with plenty of options, they adapted even to our personal preferences. They also provided us with laundry service. Absolutely lovely!

The pool is really tiny, more like a big bathtub, we could have used it more if bigger during the heat. For girls alone, late at night (after midnight) it can be tricky (nothing very bad but just annoying sometimes) so better to ask for a taxi driver to take you to the tiny street entrance (just 50 m away from the riad door).

Excellent breakfast. The fresh orange juice and fresh cut fruits was awesome. The staff went out of their way to get us breakfast ready the last day even though we left by 7AM. The staff was extremely helpful and went out of their way to assist. They arranged to get taxis (billed to the room) and were all around so helpful for all our needs. The Riad is located in an narrow side alley within the medina and a bit away from main roads and noise.

We arrived during the busy part of the day (10pm new years eve), and our taxi was not able to get within 3-4 blocks of the hotel since the streets very narrow and extremely crowded. As we were arriving, there was a scuffle in the crowded street with cops wrestling 3-4 folks. This made us even more uneasy as we had to carry our luggage down the narrow and crowded cobblestone streets.

Very cosy and clean room in a riad just 5 min walk from the main square. Very good breakfast and dinner. The riad has a spa, where we had an amazing Berber ritual (60€ per 1 h treatment). Nice terrace with a small pool. Very welcoming and friendly staff.

Our room was at the ground floor, and unfortunately, if you find unpolite guests (like we did) it can be noisy.
