The room, including the bathroom is quite modern and clean. Location is great, 5' from the harbor on foot. The manager is polite, helpful and flexible with the check out. It's clear that they care a lot for the quality they offer. Light insulation of the room is just excellent. Balcony door has an insect screen which is very important. Price is good for 2 people.

There is no good view from the room but there's not much to do about it, just mentioning it in case one is looking for a room with good views. There should be at least a couple of small bottles of water offered for free to visitors as a gesture of hospitality. Sound proofing could be better.

The location right in the centre of Livadia. Andreas and his mother Sophia were very helpful and the room had facilities and equipment to cook there. I was met at the port and Andreas helped me back there . Sea view.

The room was quite small and did not have a dining area as advertised. I had to eat my breakfast on the balcony table where it was very hot in the morning. There was not a lot of fresh food in the supermarkets to buy to cook

The room is nothing special but it’s got just what you need to make breakfast in the morning. The AC works well which was good because it was extremely hot. There’s a nice balcony, not much of a view but it’s lovely to sit out of an evening or morning and watch the world go by. There’s a bakery 2 minutes down the road and 3 supermarkets near by. The beach is about 5 minutes away with some great restaurants to eat. The host was always near by and ready to help with anything you need.

The bathroom had an odd smell.

Location was central, studio comfortable and clean. Staff friendly. The shared sea view roof terrace was a great place to sit, read or just enjoy the view.

Unfortunately my room was double booked which did inconvenience me for a day as I was relocated to an alternative nearby hotel for one night until I could return to my originally booked room the following day. The owner was very apologetic and wanted to give me a discount. My point in bringing this up here is not to complain bur rather to encourage people to confirm their booking before the payment is made to avoid travel disruption and stress for the owner as he really tried hard to make it up to me and this hotel is worth staying at.

This remarkably well run property deserves a 10 because everything you need to enjoy your stay works .... cold fridge, instant air-conditioning, effective ceiling fan, intact fly screen, coat hangers with clips, comfortable beds and reliable wifi (think I even got messages while in the square). Across from the central square it's a small nest of studios with kitchenettes, many with sea views. Ancient dig themed front wall nice feature. Our newly renovated bathroom, a wet room, drained well, mirror had a blue tooth connection and useful magnifier. Huge roof top terrace with panoramic views of the port. You can relax there and appreciate the sea breeze on outdoor furniture. Plus there is a clothes hanging area with the cutest pegs for guests to use. Hosts Andrea and Irene attend to every detail, anticipate guests needs and have thoughtful systems in place to ensure everything in their control functions to a high standard. Extensive library of books in language order. Fabulous! Close to the night action at the square. Missing Andrea's good bathroom, evenly tiled floors and conveniently located power points already. All the restaurants we ate at in Lavadia port and beach front cooked up delicious food. Be ready to stay a while on lovely Tilos and eat out!

Can't image anything that could be improved but know if anything needs attention Andrea will fix it promptly.

Well equipped, very clean and modern. Very comfortable beds. Loved the fact there is a ceiling fan as an alternative to air con. Mosquito screens were fully functioning with no holes or tears in them. Packs of water in the room on arrival for purchase was appreciated. No carrying heavy bottles from the supermarket!

The provision of a small laundry line with pegs or some sort of clothes airer would be a great addition.

A super friendly welcome from Andreas to Apollo Studios. It's obvious he takes great pride in his hotel and in caring for his guests. We stayed in a spacious apartment on the ground floor. Well equipped and very clean. It has no view but other rooms do and there is also a rooftop terrace where you can sit with a beer and enjoy the sea view.

The room was super clean with a very spacious and comfortable bed. Great views from the terrace outside, especially in the evening where there was shade and you could really enjoy the openness. Room was also really well equipped with appliances. The hosts were very helpful and kind, we would definitely come back. Thanks for everything!

Location , rooftop , housekeeping , value but most of all Andreas who was a delight throughout while providing everything we needed + some.

Room a bit cramped w bed near bathroom , but not enough to offset as a 10 with personal balcony and the shared balcony up top.

Kind, polite and concerned hosts. Very clean and comfortable accomodation on a prime location. Modern and well equipped appartments with good aircon. Ideal place for a week of total relaxation. No swimming pool but the sea is at your doorstep; nice roof terrace with sea views on hand. Plenty of breakfast and dinner options in the immediate neighbourhood. Don't hesitate and just book this place when you're planning to come to Tilos. I will be back!

I couldn't fault anything. People with mobility issues might not consider this accomodation due to the many steps (no elevator), but ask the host for help and a room downstairs. They will be happy to oblige!
