Nicholas is a wonderful host who takes care of his guests from the moment they set foot on Tilos - he waited for us at the port and finally took us to the ferry even though it was the middle of the night. He got the local bus timetable before the council could even publish it, monitored changes in ferry schedule and informed us about them. The hotel is on the outskirts of Livadia, in a quiet location, 7 minutes walk to the sea and the center of Livadia. The room is spacious, well-equipped and cleaned every day and the balcony overlooks the bay. I would highly recommend !

the holidays were too short

The place was very clean & the owner was very helpful. He offered to give us a ride to the accommodation while arriving on the island that was very much helpful especially when considering the extremely hot temperatures. He also helped us with our luggage by transferring them to the port before our ship departure

Although we booked a room with a double bed we ended up with one with two single bed joined together. Due to the in between gap, they could not be considered as a double bed

The room was spotless clean and spacious with a small balcony, comfortable bed and a well equiped kitchen. Tilos Fantasy offers access to a beatiful and serene garden with a family vibe and its location is ideal. Its at a 5 min walking distance from the main square of Leivadia - just enough to provide peace and quiet but also quick access to the buzzing centre and bar an restaurant lined coastline. Nikos the owner kindly showed up at the port to pick us upon arrival and even brought our - many- luggage to the port on departure day in order to make life easier for us. Would definately recommend Tilos Fantasy!

Beautifully proportioned, spotlessly clean apartments in Tilos. We had a wonderful view of the sea and the mountains. The room was huge and had everything we needed, including lovely extras like a drying rack with pegs on the balcony :) Minutes from the sea and the main town but in a really nice secluded location with lovely grounds. We enjoyed exploring the island by foot and using the cool electric bus which is super regular. Finally our host Nikos picked us up and dropped us at the ferry - at 3:45am!!! We felt awful but apparently he was picking others up… This is Greek hospitality at its finest and we felt part of the family by the time we left. We would return to Tilos in a heart beat and wouldn’t stay anywhere but Tilos Fantasy. Thank you Nikos and Katerina. Oh and my husband loved the really good Wi-Fi !

If you are looking for a hidden gem,Tilos Fantasy is the one. Great hosts,Nikos and Katerina treated us like family. Room was immaculately clean,daily serviced,wifi. Our host picked us up at the port …..luggage included,and brought us to the port in the early hours of the morning. Beaches,cafes and restaurants all within walking distance. Will definitely go back. A large studio, with a well equipped kitchen,the owners are really nice and friendly and will even pick you up from the port.the location is quiet and peaceful, it's about 7 minutes walk from the port , town and beach.

There was a glitch on booking.coms maps it showed the property much closer to the port than it actually is. (Google maps and the tilos Fantasy website show the correct location) however don't be put off as it still is only a 5 minute walk into town.

Nico went beyond expectation to make us comfortable and welcome. The apartment was very well equipped and all items worked perfectly, including the WiFi and the spacious bathroom. Very clean and roomy with lots of space for unpacking and bags. Super-comfortable mattresses. One of the best apartments in Tilos and highly recommended. Thank you Nico and the team.

the owners Nikos and Caterina are exceptionally kind and hospitable. The studio was spotless, with superb sea view, spacious and well equipped. The courtyard is a wonderful place to relax and have a chat with Nikos and Caterina who love the island and know all its secrets. The place is only five minutes from the restaurants and bars of the island, in short, highly recommendable! 10 out of 10!

How do I put it into words? Simply the best holiday I've ever had in Greece. Caterina and Nikos made it a home from home. I have never been to a studio apartments that were cleaned to such a high standard. Moreover. after two weeks sitting under their ancient olive tree, sipping wine and ouzo, sharing water melon and being welcomed into the family I did not want to leave. The studios are perfectly designed and you want for nothing.If you need something or information they are there to help. The studios overlook the mountains and I really enjoyed the views.It reminded me of Ayers Rock in Australia. Mesmerising and a peaceful, relaxing location. A 10 , max 15 minute walk to the beach. Even less to the main town square.Really delightful location. Not once, as a solo traveller was I made to feel anything but welcomed. Highly recommend. I am a very seasoned traveller too.
