Short walk to beach and town

Booking advertised 2 passes each day to water park and pool. Only one would be available each day or we could purchase a 2nd one. Without the additional pass, the pool would only be available before 9am and/or after 6 pm. It was just irritating because the info should have been on their website. Look

My family and I stayed in a 2bd apartment which was really spacious. The kitchen was equipped with pretty much everything you need (cups,plates,sliver ware, pots, utensils) Our balcony view was the water park which was convenient for us that way we could watch our older kids.

We had minor issues like our remote wasn’t working to the tv and the sink was clogged and the trash disposal wasn’t working but the front desk was very kind and helped us. The water park doesn’t have towels which I found odd. Also keep in mind the water park isn’t exclusive to your hotel, it’s open to the public and not included with your stay. They do give you some passes depending on the room you stay in. Which would’ve been nice to know before hand.

Everything within walking distance. The beach was way more private and free parking at the beach, as opposed to Clearwater.

The water park was not included at the resort. You have to pay separately also we were told to park on the side of the street which is fine, but we received a ticket for parking the wrong direction. Not advised which way we had to park and no signs. Everything else was great.

Location. Staff was amazing on point and very pleasant.

Elevators took to long no ventilation in them. Rooms could be a lot cleaner and more up kept. They could leave simple cleaning supplies, small vacuum, brooms. I through away every sock my girls took on the trip.

Splash park. Comfortable beds. Great staff. Clean room. Within walking distance to several restaurants. Nice 1 bedroom apartment.

The water never got hot enough. We had to run the water for 10 minutes before we felt the water getting warmer, which never got hot.

Our room was nice, the unit was in the corner over looking the water park, just above the kiddie portion. We loved the Splash Park, we ended up staying 2 nights to take advantage of the Splash Park hours (due to such a late check-in). Rooms were nice, we ended up also getting conjoining room.

The furniture could use an upgrade, liked the bench dining table, we sat here alot. Loved that we had the option to re-enter the Splash Park. One suggestion regarding the Splash Park was to have a seperate line at the Splash Park ticketing for those that are actually staying at the resort.

Location to the Beach a Nd Restaurants

No pool, had use of Waterpark but only got 1 pass a day. Couldn’t really use the lazy river, Lots of unsupervised kids.

The location is AMAZING. Walking distance to everything pretty much, even the beach was only 2 blocks away. Jimmy Guanas which is connected to the Holiday Inn just over a tiny walkway was super easy and good food. They also had live music every night! The room size and amenities were great. Service was great. Things we needed were delivered to our room within an hour or less and texting to request things was great. The water park was great and very very clean. We saw a guy out there in the pool every morning by 7am cleaning it. Overall I would stay again and the location can’t be beat.

The room could have been cleaner. If we walked with socks on the living room/kitchen floor they were black after walking back and forth a few times. Bathroom floor was gross and everything was super dusty. I wasn’t a fan of how they constantly asked you to join their seminar and a girl left a message that was very misleading to get me to call her back. I also don’t understand why hotels now just decided to stop cleaning rooms daily. I get it was because of Covid before but I wish the rooms would be cleaned/beds made daily like in the “old days”.

I've read some of the reviews on here complaining about them not having a pool, the pool at the water park was available all the time after the water park closed. They never closed the Gulf....lol. This place is nice as beach hotels go. Staff was good, friendly , everything was nice. We love this location because of the ability to walk to so many restaurants, it's safe and you can walk to the beach too. I'll definitely try and make this my first choice next time I stay in FLA!

The elevator broke, no biggie, it happens.....they got it fixed. There was no spinner thing under the plate in the microwave, a charger thing next to the master bed was missing and a channel guide fir the TV would have been nice....but no biggie! It's nice.

The wide doorways are perfect for accommodating the Super Noah jogger stroller—an absolute bonus when we travel. At night, the boardwalk comes alive with live music, drink specials, and picturesque views of the boats and harbor. Overall, this is an ideal spot for both families seeking a relaxing retreat and couples looking for a romantic getaway. Come take a stroll down the lazy river with me and explore this gem! Even the maintenance workers were extremely helpful and friendly. Everyone had smiling faces and seemed happy to be there. They were extremely accommodating to my family and we can't wait to come back!
