Very adequate hotel in prime location. The hotel is relatively small, and stays pretty quiet at night. Only occasionally can you hear a neighboring room door slam shut, but it usually stays quiet the entire night. The rooms are spacious, very comfortable beds, nice TVs and huge bathrooms. The breakfast is great too, lots of options for anyone that is always included with the rooms. The wifi works really well. It's a great hotel that I will continue to stay at every time I come into the area for trips. I can't get over the prime location too, being so close to the boulevard makes it so easy to quickly run out to any store to pick anything that's needed up.

Front desk staff can be more welcoming. Both times I've stayed here was met with not very welcoming people who seem a bit bored/unhappy with their jobs. But, this isn't a deal breaker, since it's a few minute interaction during the entire stay. Check out is way easier, just drop your room keys in a container and leave, no need to talk to anyone. My real only gripe with breakfast is that the sitting area gets full quickly during "rush" morning times, where you might run out of places to sit if its a busy weekend morning, and you aren't allowed to take the food back to your room. Other than that, I appreciate the food varieties greatly. Not much to gripe at in general.

I love the free breakfast in the morning, they do a good job at keeping things fresh and filled through out the whole time it's available. Cleaning service did good taking our trash out and replacing our dirty towels every day. Everyone was very nice

We happened to come on a weekend where there was a big bus of people staying for something so the lobby and swimming pool were packed. We never got to swim because there were too many people there, but that is of no fault to the hotel.

I like how clean and comfortable the rooms are, it’s also quiet. There was a team staying there while we were and I never had any noise issues. The breakfast is also really well done.

The one thing I don’t like about this hotel and it has had multiple times, I book with the option to pay at property once I arrive, and each time I have stayed there they either take the room price off or one night cost ahead of time on the day I check in. I’m not sure why they do this as no other hotel makes you reserve payment ahead of time especially when you choose the option to pay once you arrive.

The location was perfect! Beautiful fairly new hotel that was very clean and everything was in working order. Staff was friendly and helpful. Very quiet and the price was very reasonable. Microwave and fridge were in their own separate area which was nice. Lots of plugs and USBs for charging electronics. Parking was very convenient. Elevators are fast.

The breakfast food was horrible. The fake eggs were not edible, bacon was limp and greasy, however the coffee was good. I ate cereal or toast. I didn't care for the lack of a canopy to park the car under when you arrive at the main door. Not good in inclement weather.

Great location with access to I-290, with plenty of restaurants and shops near by. This a 1st time staying and we were pleasantly surprised of the size of the rooms and comfy beds. Something else we liked was how bright the rooms were, not dull dark colors. We made use of the pool and a decent breakfast that is offered was refreshing. Also the staff was great checking in as we had booked for one night but needed to stay for two, no problems and more than helpful getting the best possible rate.

Breakfast was great, staff very pleasant, location was perfect since we were there to shop in Amherst….smell was excellent walking in the halls with a mist of a very mild pleasant clean odor…the only problem was our door must have been missing a spring, so it kept slamming upon closure… other than that, I was very surprised that this chain exceeded my expectations!!! Will return again to this location… oh and the price was crazy cheap, even with our USD-CAD exchange, it was an excellent value!

Comfy bed. We also really liked that you could use one light switch to turn off all the lights and there were so many outlets and charging stations all over the room.

A pipe was clicking early this morning and that kind of woke us up. Also no small light like a night light or something that goes on in the bathroom in the middle of the night. Also the breakfast was so so but we came late so it was a bit cold.

The room was very clean and comfortable. Our room was spacious enough to put our bicycles back together (which we had shipped to the property for a bike trip we were embarking on - and they were very accomodating with this, also). The breakfast was more than adequate. They provided fresh fruit along with the usual waffles, eggs, bagels, etc. The staff were very pleasant and helpful. We used their small salt-water indoor pool one evening, and that was nice treat. The location in North Tonawanda was great for being very close to the Erie Canal bike trail (not the beginning point in Buffalo, but we did that section on a day trip) We spent 3 nights and did two day bike trips before starting our main trip (one to waterfront Buffalo and the other to Niagara Falls). There weren’t a whole lot of food options within a short bike ride (off of a busy road), but it worked out fine for us - a Bob Evans very close-by. There's a Trader Joes and a Post office not too far away. The elevators were large enough to easily get 2 bikes into. We would definitely recommend this to other cyclists doing the Erie Canal trail.

They were a bit short-staffed. Weekday nights were very well priced, but weekend night price was doubled! We were very happy with our stay here and would stay there again.

The hotel is maintained well.. Quick Check-in and check-out. The room was neat and clean.. Very spacious.. Bathroom was clean and ample towels were available. Free Breakfast - Eggs, potatoes, Bread, Pork sausage, Cereals, Oats, Coffee, and a waffle station. Free parking - ample available .. !!

There was a whirling sound in the room through the night but very light .. Bed and pillow was not the greatest; ok for 1 night.. surprised they didnt provide toothpaste and Body lotion in the bathroom...

I loved the free breakfast and the alternative times for weekends. Staff is very friendly. Definitely a bonus to know that they don't allow pool parties so we didn't have to worry about a crowded pool. The price is awesome for the experience. And the way the building is made makes it extremely easy for all guests to get in and out and elevators are close to everyone.

The only thing I would change is either a bigger TV more centered in the room. Or 2 tvs to accommodate the area to where the sofa bed is. Can't complain about not having a stove top because we did have mini fridge, coffee maker, and microwave in room.
