I have to give 5 stars to the stuffs whom are working at front desk. They're super nice, very helpfully and were accompanying all my needs during my stay. My Dad had took a nap before we had checked out, so he left his phone in the room, we had rushed back about 1 hour later, as soon as the front desk lady saw me rush to her, she knew what I was there for...really saved my day.... Thank you so much!...The location is great too, just cross the street from all the major shops, I'll definitely pick this hotel again in the future.

A bunch of us stayed here for an early Thanksgiving family reunion. The rooms were spacious and had clean kitchen facilities. The opportunity for rooms with a second area was very helpful for the families who had little ones. The breakfast was good and a convenient way to start our day. We also rented out the meeting room for an evening of take out dinner which worked out great. Staff members were consistently friendly and helpful. Shout out to Muhammed who took a fabulous family photo for us!

We all felt the curtain in the middle of the room was a little unnecessary and an odd color. No worries, though, we just pushed it back and didn't have to deal with it.

The girl that checked us in was FANTASTIC! she was so friendly and really helpful. she was really great about explaining the facilities, breakfast etc. our room was lovely, clean and very comfortable.

There was a flashing light going off in the room at night close to the bathroom that I couldn’t figured out what it was. Also, at breakfast around 8am there was no coffee and I heard someone ask the staff for coffee and the girl got upset with her saying “I’ll try but I’m so busy” from behind the food station. we waited about 20 min for coffee and no one came to refill it which is a little disappointing especially for breakfast when there’s about 15 people waiting for it.

My son liked the large pull out table on wheels and the divider curtain for the sofa area. He also loved that there was YouTube and Netflix available on the television.

I was surprised by the $250 deposit which was inconspicuously written in the fine print. (I didn't see it.) Also didn’t like the sliding door for the bathroom. There was a gap where you could see into the bathroom. There was no privacy.

Julian at the Check In Desk was Super Friendly and Kind he should be recognized for his excellent customer service! The Hotel was clean and location for us was good!

Where the pool was located right by rooms! Our room stunk bad like cigarettes! Freezing cold air pours out from underneath the heating and cooling unit. I stuffed pillows under it to block it.

That we wanted to have our dog with us but the charge was so ridiculous for one night. 75$. Half the cost of the room. There should be a lower charge if there isn't a multi night stay. Fortunately we were able to leave her with our son. Unfortunately she has to be away from us in a strange new environment.

Staff were friendly and prompt to react to any requests. Room was quickly changed on arrival when original room was found not to be serviced. Hot drink always available in the foyer. Good gym, pool and washing facilities available.

Nothing negative to say.

Amazing hotel. Good location for shopping. Right near Target, Walmart, Trader Joes, Crumbl cookie, etc. Rooms were very clean and nice. Staff was great. Complementary coffee, tea, hot chocolate in the lobby. Free parking and breakfast is an amazing perk! Will be staying here again if we come back to Buffalo!

loved the size of the room. very comfortable beds and couch. so spacious and tons of storage. truly felt like I had my own apartment. I was surprised at how large it was. the location was excellent. easy to visit the school and close to shopping.

The room was exceptional. Beautiful, clean and stylish and with lots of amenities.

Breakfast eating area was too small. One of the elevators was not working at the busiest time of the day which was breakfast and check-out time.
