The staff were very helpful, friendly, and welcoming and happy to answer any questions. The breakfast is nice you can't really complain as there is more than enough and lots to choose from. The staff were very helpful as the coffee machine broke so one of the members of staff made coffee especially for us. The reception is 24 hours, which is really helpful as we were in and out of the hotel a lot. Also, we needed to check out really early for flight. There is parking outside the hotel we stayed in december so it was completely free and plenty of bays available. As for the room, we had a Seaview room which had a perfect view of the sea, which was amazing, and another facing the other side of the building onlooking the carpark, which was fine both rooms were really warm and temperature could be easily adjusted bathrooms were very tidy nice big mirror the shower water pressure wasn't great but enough to have a decent shower. Honestly, I would recommend it to anyone visiting and would probably return again myself.

My only complaints about the room were no clothing iron provided with the room, and the tv didn't really have many working channels.

Breakfast was good, great selection. The location is great, so easy to get about. Hotel is very comfortable so would recommend.

The only negative thing was that the hotel were not serving any meals so we had to eat out and because we stayed on a Monday & Tuesday there weren't many places open. We weren't informed of this at the time of the booking and i felt for such a big hotel they should be catering for guests who want to have a meal whether it's a quiet time of the year or not.

The room we stayed in was quite outdated and could use some renovations, particularly when it came to improving the lighting. Despite this, our room had a window that allowed some natural light to filter in, which made the atmosphere a bit more pleasant. One of the standout aspects of our stay was the staff; they were incredibly friendly and eager to assist with any requests we had. Their helpfulness truly enhanced our experience. Breakfast was another highlight. It was a self-service arrangement, allowing us to choose exactly what we wanted, which I found quite convenient. I also appreciated the option to request free-from items, catering to various dietary needs, which is always a thoughtful touch. Overall, despite the room's need for modernization, my positive experiences with the staff and the breakfast options make me inclined to stay here again in the future.

After reading the bad reviews I was a bit dubious about staying but I was pleasantly surprised. The room was very clean and we were given fresh towels each day. Breakfast was very good plenty of everything and everything was hot. Staff couldn't of been friendlier always a smile and chat. Definitely will stay again.

The only small negative was the coffee table in our room was heavily water marked it just looked untidy but other than that we had a great stay.

I love Portrush and it's great for me to recieve good offers as it is my way of relaxing, its like my own little get a way. We've stayed in the Atlantic on quite a few occasions and this weekends stay we noticed a different kind of room which we liked very much. The room stayed in on the last trip, it was unfortunate as it was a really rough night and we didn't get to sleep due to the noise whistling around the room from outside. We deffinately were very happy with the room this time and it's layout. Thank you

Honestly for the price, it suited us. Clean, bright, bathroom facilities were ample, comfortable. Normally like the sea view, upgrade was perfect. We didn't get to stay to check out as we had to rush off but I recommend The Altantic For Anyone I Know Who Is Just Down For A Day or two

I booked the hotel then read reviews left by others and honestly I was dreading it, however it was beautiful, room was clean, bathroom immaculate, beds so comfortable. We had such a good night sleep, other reviews stated thin walls, we couldn't hear a thing from anywhere else! Will definitely be booking for our next stay and would recommend to anyone.

Only citicisim I would have would be the breakfast, had to wait a while on bacon sausage and eggs, soda farls and potato bread were deep fried which to be honest were disgusting however there was a bug selection for breakfast so wasn't really a massive issue!

great location overlooking the seafront; easy walk to everything (Port Rush is very small); incredibly helpful and friendly staff; large, comfortable room; good shower presure; wide selection at breakfast

It was very unusually extremely hot and the windows have restrictors that mean you can't get a decent breeze; there was a very bright light at the back of the hotel that the curtains couldn't completely block out

Location is excellent. Staff on reception were very good and the girl behind the bar was friendly. Great sea view from my room which was very clean with tea and coffee making facilities including biscuits. Room was large and spacious.

Breakfast was ok although the potato bread and Soda were deep fried and just out of the fryer, very greasy.. Hotel is beginning to look dated.
