Plenty to keep kids busy.

For a quick family vacation, the kids thought this hotel was the best part of the whole trip! It's very kid/teen friendly. I would definitely recommend it and would come here again. The beds were comfy, too. I was impressed with the size of our room, and elated that the front desk upgraded us to two king beds and a walkout! I've never even heard of a hotel room with two king beds before! The TV channels were packed with kid-friendly channels so the kids were happy. The breakfast buffet restaurant was huge. Kids loved the large pool, huge playground, arcade, ping pong tables, indoor pool - it was amazing. So many amenities!

The hotel is old and the rooms, fixtures, etc. are shabby and in need of a renovation. The smells aren't the greatest. The grounds are well kept and neat, but you can tell a lot of pets use the bathroom. But...it's good that this place is pet friendly - it's nice to have that option, and the kids could care less. But the bathroom felt small and icky. It was clean, but the toilet seat was loose, there was no sink drain stopper, there was mold in the corners, the tub was small. The cable was shaky - the staff said that weather affects their satellite dish. No lifeguards at the pool. Hot tub always crowded, we couldn't use it.

Everything! The Staff were incredibly friendly and helpful! Our room was spacious and clean with a balcony overlooking the pool. The facility has a resort feel to it! Very laid back! The pool was huge and well maintained along with the grounds surrounding it! There was plenty to do right there at the hotel. Game rooms, swimming (indoors and outside), a hot tub, volleyball court and tennis courts. The restaurant and bar were fabulous including reasonable prices! And the hotel accommodated our canine companion! I really can’t say enough good things about this place! Highly recommended!

We've been coming to this hotel for years, and we live close by but work out of state, so whenever we go back home, we take some days to enjoy it here. This last time, we had the pleasure of meeting Randall, the general manager, as we were leaving. He made sure to make us feel welcomed and went the extra mile to get us coffee from the restaurant. This hotel is amazing, the staff courteous, and really care for their guests. The rooms are clean, the pool and hot tub were super clean. This hotel has many options, it has a bar, restaurant, and play room for the kids. This hotel is definitely amazing 😀.

There was some car club that was there who had their music going on the outside patio extremely loud until midnight. We called the front desk around 1030 to complain about the issue the front desk staff was very polite and pleasant they said that they would send security to ask them to turn it down. We waited about 30 minutes and the noise persisted so we went down to the front desk to speak to someone in person about the issue. The front desk staff handled the situation very well and the noise was turned down with in 10 minutes. The next morning the general manager/owner/operator Randy called and spoke to us about the incident and he took some money off our stay for the inconvenience.

Terrance was the BEST! I had just left a place in the Hershey area that was extremely disappointing. Terrance say my face and gave us the very best that the Red Lion had to offer. We stayed in a king suit with a balcony on the 3rd floor overlooking the pool and grounds. My daughter saw rabbits and we played in the basketball, tennis and volleyball courts. The pool was chilly but looked clean and was refreshing on a hot day. The staff was exceptional. We were only 15mins outside of Hershey. This area is safe. You're not in the city of Harrisburg. You're on the outskirts. It was perfect! I'd stay again. Shout out to Gilligan's restaurant for their outstanding service and food which was recommended by our hotel. The diner is around the corner too and serves great breakfast.

Hmmm? I'd say that a fresh coat of paint on the balconies, a new tennis net and a slight upgrade on the wall paper would kick this place into high gear. Minimal adjustments.

The two pools, it was very convenient. We weren’t sure how the weather will turn out so I’m glad that they have an indoor and outdoor pool. My daughter enjoyed her birthday party there. The rooms on the patio was very very convenient for her party. It was easy for everyone to just go through the room to walk right to the pool instead of through the hotel.

The beds were hard as hell. They definitely need to invest in newer mattresses. It felt like I was sleeping in the floor. UPDATED: Spoken with the owner Randy, he’s reached out for my concerns and had no problem with fixing the issue. Wonderful place to stay, can’t wait to book again! It’s not often for the owner to reach out and to address your concerns and fix the problem. Definitely coming back!

Although, our stay was not ideal. Red Lion's Manager Terrance and GM, Randy ultimately handled the situation with kindness, professionalism, and high-level customer service.

There was a youth soccer tournament, and every night, the halls sounded like a pack of hyinnas were running and laughing up and down them. We were also placed in a room that needed repair. However, all that was sorted out upon check out. We left having received quality customer service and will be returning. Thank you all who assisted our family. See you guys again!

I’ve stayed at dozens and dozens of hotels in Pennsylvania but this one stands out. The staff felt like family. Almost was like staying with extended family. They were helpful and very friendly. Definitely worth the money. Can’t wait for my next stay there. A week after leaving my son kept asking when we’re going back to the “fun” hotel.

No complaints. But in the falls or pairing would be cool if they sold s’mores kits on Saturdays and had a small fire pit. Would be a fun activity and make some revenue for the hotel.

Great location, close to everything! There is a hot tub, indoor and outdoor pool, arcade, and gym! There is Lao a restaurant within the location! The location is local to shops, Restaurants, and not too far from Hershey Park which was def a plus! I had events to attend in the area and each location was just minutes from where we were staying!

Thanks room size for the price was a bit pricey. The vent in the bathroom did not work so the ceiling, wall paper, and comfort of the room were all altered by it. There is no one monitoring the pools and hot tub areas so people were leaving those areas a mess. They say no kids in the hot tub but there were full families with multiple kids in them. The pool needed to be sanitized and cleaned more frequently. Parents not monitoring their children by the pool and playground areas. Wish they arcade had more things for girls too.
