Only issue we had is 1st room the heat wasn't working but they moved us a couple doors down and we had no issues. Very nice room. Nice tv size. Very clean, because we definitely checked! Pool was out of service but we had no swimming plans so it didn't bother us. It is a very convenient location. Will definitely stay there again.

No maintenance person on staff in the afternoon wasn't an issue due to them moving to another room but as I worked at a hotel for many years. Definitely have one on staff for days your booked and can't conveniently move them to another room.

The hotel staff was very friendly, the full, hot breakfast was great, comfortable beds.

The pool was out of service during our visit which was really disappointing. We chose this hotel because it had a heated indoor pool and wanted a break from the cold weather. The booking did not mention the pool being closed.

On the bright side the staff was wonderful!! Very helpful, kind and professional.Any issue that arose they handled and remedied as best they could.

The lighting in the bathroom was so dim...you couldn't see well enough to put make-up on! The body wash was so low one of us had to take it to the front desk to be refilled so we could all shower.We had to do laundryand you had no detergent for purchase.

Nice quiet place to stay. Staff was friendly and helpful. I liked the dove soap and shampoo they had in the bathroom. They let us take a alcohol drink to our room. Very comfortable beds. Nice little couch to sit on and relax.

Not a breakfeast included with stay. But they did have coffee.

Angie and the rest of the food service personnel were excellent. The bartender Nator was so pleasant and kind.

The pool not being operational was a big negative and the ATM machine was out of order. For the price of the rooms, I feel breakfast should have been free especially since I stay there at least once a month.

The breakfast was wonderful, and the woman tending to breakfast was awesome, I wish I could remember her name. She poured us hot, fresh coffee, and she was making waffles to order for a larger family who was there for breakfast as well. She had a smile on her face the entire time!

Great breakfast but not enough staff to keep it repleneshed.

Confusing temperature control in our room. Toilet easily plugged. I had requested a handicapped room - and knew you might not have one available - but I got a room with a VERY low toilet - very hard to get up from.

The sink is outside the shower/toilet room. The samples...lotion, Dove products

Front desk provided some toiletries for purchase in the store; EXCEPT body deodorant. This forced a separate trip outside the property, before checking out.

For the price, Everything was good. Breakfast was good. Nice little bar/restaurant. The room was decent. Nice exercise area and outside sitting area.

The pool. Maybe it was the weekend that we went but it's was alot of kids that was part of cheerleading team I assume. Well I have 2 little ones and a pregnant wife, it was overly crowded, alot of kicking, splashing, throwing each other in the air. With no regards that we had 2 little ones in the pool, I couldn't take it no more. All together it was over 20 people in that small pool

Room was great. Very spacious. Liked the Keurig for hot drinks and freezer for our cooler ice packs.

When booking, it said breakfast was included, but breakfast was only available on Saturday and Sunday. This is disappointing to a families that look for a place to stay with breakfast so you don't have to rush and find something else. We brought muffins with us, but after 2 years, you could start offering breakfast during the week again.
