Great location, nice decor, efficient air con, quiet, comfy beds, nice bathrooms, bakery delivery each morning, coffee and juice supplies, clean - and response to wifi outage was prompt and efficient. Florence (who manages the apartment) was helpful. Overall, we loved it.

Based on this being a four/five star apartment: China/crockery low quality and much of it chipped - really needs to be better in such a high quality apartment. Glasses could also do with an upgrade. Covering of couch/sofa in main salon was a blanket …… once again could just be better and higher quality, Stair carpet in public area needed a clean.

From start to finish our stay in Bordeaux was amazing, the apartment far exceeded our exceptions. We were greeted upon arrival and we could leave our bags at the apartment and then we could go and explore the city. The apartment itself was amazing, beautiful living room, lovely kitchen, 3 spacious bedrooms with 2 showers and 2 toilets just perfect for a party of 5. There was so many little touches but the fresh bread and croissants delivered each morning for breakfast was just amazing. There was also a few bits left in the fridge for breakfast too!! We would highly recommend this apartment it was just amazing 10 out of 10!!

Loved everything about the apartment. Location in the heart of Bordeaux. Huge apartment ( there were 6 of us 2 couples) and the bedrooms and beds were enormous. High quality throughout and plenty of showers and bathrooms. Excellent views on to the bustling streets below. Worth every cent. Florence who took care of us did an excellent job and stored out suitcases nearby on the last day so we could vacate the apartment. Delirious baguettes and croissants were delivered every morning and left in our entrance. Couldn’t ask for more. The best apartment we’ve stayed in so far.

Nothing. We didn’t have a car so no idea where we’d park if we had one but Bordeaux can be covered by foot, bike or public transport.

Loved the spacious and well designed apartment! the high ceilings were great and so were the large windows. the location was central and on a beautiful street. generous with the food as well. beautiful living room.

The biggest problem was we were given the 3rd floor Apt and the elevator was broken. so taking luggage up and down 3 stairs was a nightmare. one of the hairdryer was not getting warm / hot air. also in one of the bathrooms there is no holder for soaps or shampoos in the shower- this was very inconvenient. since we had a car access to the street wasn’t allowed so dragging luggage from the car park was hard.

The location was great with nice big rooms, modern bathrooms and kitchen facilities. It was a lovely gesture by the host to give us croissants and baguettes for breakfast. There were nice wine glasses in the apartment. Another nice gesture by the host was in allowing us to leave our luggage for a few hours after we checked out to roam the city before our train back to Paris.

Unfortunately the lift wasn't working when we arrived and we had to climb a few flights of stairs with our luggage. If not for that, we would have given Apartment T4 a 10/10.

One of the best apartments we have ever experienced. The apartment was very spacious, centrally located, and comes with great amenities. We love the thoughtful touches like bread and croissant delivery every morning and our welcome pack which included some milk, juice etc - very much appreciated.

Nothing, everything was perfect

We were travelling 6 members family. The apartment was one of the most wonderful we ever stayed. It is found at the best location of Bordeaux, with great view, ingredible nice decoration, very comfort beds and sofa and totaly equiped with everything. The owner offered us great breakfast everyday with fresh baguets and croissants, Free Wi fi was too fast. Im looking forward to go back and stay only there again.

The apartment was on the 3rd floor and elevator was out of order. We had to go up with our luggage and a baby boy with stroller.

The location was excellent, everything that we wanted to visit was walking distance. The breakfast that was arranged in the apartment was also good. The apartment was equipped with lots of basic facilities like hairdryers, drying racks and clothing irons. Despite a late checkin and the need to pick up the keys ourselves from another location nearby, the process was easy and seamless.

The apartment is located on the third floor, but the elevator in the building didn’t work. We had to walk up with our suitcases. A lot of noise outside one of the bedrooms on Saturday night, probably a house party. Something to be aware of if you’re a light sleeper. Also, the place lacks a freezer. That might bother visitors in the summer months.

This property (T4 - 3 bedrooms) has everything you need for a luxury stay in Bordeaux. Very comfortable in all aspects, spacious, well equipped, attentive host, easy check in, 3rd floor, a couple of steps then a lift, good wifi, central location in upscale area, surprisingly quiet as the shops closed at 9.

The room exceeded our expectations. The pictures don't do it justice. It was very large and spacious with amazing views. Our fresh bread arrived every morning just as explained and we had milk, juice, butter and jam in the fridge waiting for us. I hope to come back and stay again. Thank you!!

Unfortunately there isn't a freezer for ice, but this is not a big deal. Still loved it!
