Location of Hotel was just excellent and staff very friendly. Loved the hotel and its classic French style. Being a person who travels a lot for work staying at often clinical style hotels this hotel oozed comfort and tradition and was just a perfect treat.

Our Room was a lovely size but having seen other rooms in the hotel they were quite small. Our hotel window opened out to a Fire Escape and we were nervous of opening our window at night in case of intruders however our room size was just perfect. More towels and Toilet Paper in the rooms would be recommended as we had to ask everyday for more supplies. I know we are all trying to be more sustainable but the choice should be with the customer as to whether they want fresh towels or not.

Hotel Konti review  From the moment we arrived there was a very warm welcome.  Every member of staff was pleasant and most helpful to us. The Hotel itself is very nicely designed and though quite compact had everything that we needed. The hotel and all staff are very environmentally aware incentivise guests to minimise carbon footprint and is well set up for recycling ♻️ which we appreciated. We did not have breakfast so cannot comment. The design features of the Hotel are very unusual art deco and very comfortable The bathroom was very well designed with complimentary toiletries and the shower was utterly spectacular. The location of this charming hotel was simply superb. We were so close to everything in the beautiful city of Bordeaux. Highly recommend.

The hotel is a tall narrow building with a very small lift. We stayed on 5th floor and though the room had no terrace we had a rooftop view of Bordeaux from the funky staircase opposite

Everything was wonderful.The location of hotel was perfect. İt is in the heart of Bordeaux. You can understand how peerfect the location is from the nearby luxry stores. Louis Vuiton,Hermes,Rolex -they are only 30 seconds distant from hotel.And What I liked most the personel of hotel is really very helpful ,cheerful,and friendly.Especially the recepcionist whose name is Saad was amazing he was the most friendly personel that I have ever met in a hotel.He is not like a personel but like a friend to me. So I liked Bodeaux and Hotel Konti very much. I advise everybody to come to Bordeaux and stay in this lovely hotel.

Location perfect, cleanliness, staff - ok.

The air conditioner in the room is dusty. Obviously it hasn't been washed for over a year, you turn it on and sneeze. Bed is too soft There is nothing from 4 star hotels. Absolutely, except for the cost of living. Not so long ago it was a 3 star hotel - it would have been a wonderful hotel, but why did they draw a fourth... Breakfast assortment - like 3 vegetables - 0 gym - 0 etc.

The staff at every position was professional and friendly. A varied selection of dishes to breaktfast. I am grateful that I also got something from the lactose-free diet at breakfast. I would welcome more options for a lactose-free diet. Very good location of the hotel in the city. Walking distance to several monuments. I felt safe in the district where the hotel is located.

I looked and looked and just couldn t find fault ! Every little thing was provided and foreseen, the soap , shampoo, body lotion, coffee anf tea facilities, the make up mirror., free sparkling and still water,the decoration fabulous, the bed confortable, the sheets and pillows soft , the black out curtains, the quiet AC, and last but not least the friendly personnel.., the location....It feels like staying with old friends. I did not want to leave ! A lot of effort is being put into making this hotel so nice. Thank you.

That I had to leave after 1 night only. i did not care much for the decoration of the bedrooms on the pictures but it was so much better in reality than on the website .

The location cannot be better - it's literally in the city center close to everything. Staff was very friendly and helpful, I got an upgraded room which was very clean and had everything I needed. Price/quality wise it's a real bargain. I enjoyed my short stay a lot and would definitely come back.

Just a little thing to improve - the suite had a bit weird location of light points. I could only get two states of light - either too much (and that included the light in the entrance area that was giving most of the light in the room) or too little (and for me it wasn't enough to read the book comfortably).

The hotel is very nice and the staff is beyond professional - the are also kind and went out of their way to really help more than they were required too 😀 In addition - the room was nice and the bed was very comfortable. To boot - great shower (water pressure and heat). Evening so clean and smells so nice! And centrally located - walking distance to numerous venues and close to the river. In short - if I'm in town - will definitely stay there again!! Thank you 💗

Incredible stay with Hotel Konti. Loved the amenities, location and super friendly staff. I had the pleasure of staying in their suite and it was just wonderful (especially when hiding out from the summer heat). Impeccable housekeeping, right in the centre of Bordeaux. The water dispenser and coffee in the lobby was also just perfect.

I stayed on the second floor and could usually hear people walking on the stairs/dragging their luggage I suppose. Also the shower barrier isn't long enough so water kept overflowing to the floor but both not a big issue. Lastly, housekeeping kept turning the aircon to 18 degrees at the highest fan even when I turned it off, not sure why!

Hotel Konti is well located in a beautiful part of Bordeaux. All the desirable amenities are within walking distance including a variety of cafes and restaurants, and plenty of shops. The hotel itself is well decorated throughout. Care has been taken with the design of communal spaces as well as the rooms. Hotel Konti’s staff are friendly and happy to help us whenever they can. The entrance foyer has a free refreshment station which was a nice touch, and the breakfast buffet has plenty of hot and cold options.

The room is clean and tidy, but there is little storage space. Just a short rail with a couple of hangers means that most of our clothes remain in the suitcases for the duration of our stay. Not a big problem, but a chest of drawers and more hanger space would be better.
