Excellent location, just across the road from the airport and accessible via a sheltered bridge. Good sized rooms. I had a twin room and a triple room. The triple room is basically a twin room with an extra bed. Even with the third bed, there was still sufficient room to open luggages. Beds and pillows very comfortable. I liked being able to bring the airport trolleys up to the rooms and using them to transport all the luggage instead of having to lug the luggages.

None actually, but if I really had to nitpick, it would have been good to have some trolleys at the car drop off point. The trolleys were located at the lobby, which meant that someone had to take the lift up to the lobby and bring the trolleys down to the drop off point.

It is located inside the airport, just outside the arrival and departure hall so it is easy to find. The room is clean and spacious. I booked a twin room but was upgraded to a triple room. Very convenient if you have an early flight to catch. We didn't opt for breakfast. There are many restaurants at the departure hall with good selections. Super convenient and cheaper than Hotel breakfast. Hotel is just 25 mins Meitetsu train ride from Nagoya Station. Very happy with our choice. Will stay here if travelling to Nagoya again.

Excellent location, quiet although near airport, lovely room and hotel facilities. Lobby areas included seats for work and computer access as well as free coffee. Room modern and well designed with user’s convenience in mind. Bathroom with bathtub spacious and had sensor lights for toilet. Breakfast was good and included a live section as well. Excellent customer service as they responded to queries very promptly. Also like the additional service provided such as weighing scale and packing machine conveniently located near the lobby. Will definitely come back to stay👍

Our second stay in this hotel. It is a perfect hotel for an early flight next morning. Can do some last minute shopping and have meals at Aeon Mall (one train station away) in the afternoon. At night, have dinner and shop in the airport. Room is spacious and nice sea views. Coffee corner at the lounge area. Also have cold and warm water dispenser in the lounge. They have a luggage weighing machine near the lobby and a machine which suppose to vacuum pack the clothes (100 yen for 5 mins), we did not try it though.

The man at the front desk was very helpful and patient explaining the difference in room types between the old & new tower block when finding a solution to our request for rooms to be next to each other, via a top up of price difference to enable the rooms to be side by side. The room in the new tower was designed well to maximize the small-ish but comfortable room size. Also loved the huge windows overlooking the sea. Bed was comfy. Cleaners were helpful in showing how to use the wall mounted air conditioning controller, when I stepped out of the lift on the ground floor seeking assistance. Location was excellent, with less than a 5 minute walk from front lobby to the airline's check in counter, and a Family Mart along the way. Good choice of restaurants in the airport one floor above.

Very conveniently located. I had a 9am flight so took the train from Nagoya Station to airport the night before my departure. Hotel is steps away from the airport train station gate and literally next door to the airport departure hall entrance. The hotel lobby had airport baggage trolleys so I loaded my luggage and strolled out of hotel straight to check in counter! Nice facilities, nice and comfy room. Better than i expected. Family Mart and food court nearby.

Nothing. At first a bit worried about noise from airplanes but hardly heard any take off or landing. No trouble sleeping.

I love so many things about Centrair. I love how the hotel smells! The hotel smells really really nice, especially once you enter tye lounge on your way to the Pacific bldg. I love how it is so comfy. My room has a view of the runway, so we are watching the planes arriving and departing during breakfast in the room---and you cannot hear the planes❤️. There is a vacuum sealing machine at tye lobby for compressing your clothes (100¥ for 5 min usage). Their breakfast is a mix of Western and Japanese dishes. I love the fact that it does not come out in huge trays---so that certain batch won't be sitting there for a long time. I really love Centrair hotel. Many things to do around. It is literally beside the Terminal 1--- 5-10mins, we were at our check in counter. We stayed here for 3 nights,, so we were really relaxed before our flight out of Japan.

This is 2nd time we stayed in the Centrair Hotel. In these 2 times, it took awhile (like 20 min) to find the reservation info for checking, not sure if there is any correlation with Booking.com system. However I didn't experience same issue in other hotels during the trip. Nothing to say about the room, it's compact and cozy as expectation. However, I didn't feel welcomed after I took long time in check-in. I got noticed by the reception, that I had to wait another 20 min for them prepare the rooms, especially I'd already delay the check-in time from 3pm to 5pm. This was really bad experience the rooms couldn't be ready at 5pm. Hope it won't happen again to others.

SQ flight leaves Nagoya for Singapore at 10:30am. Before we had our daughter, we always stayed near Nagoya station and took Meitetsu Limited Express train uSky to the airport. This means early wake-up, fumble packing and checkout, rushing to the train station dragging big luggages. After we have our daugter, we chose to stay in this hotel on the last night of our trip to save us from the morning rush. We had a great experience during our first trip in March 2023 (which I didn't get to write a review about), and we did the same thing again in this stay in June 2023. - Location location location: 1. The hotel lobby links directly to the Access Plaza in front of the train station, and is linked to the airport's passenger terminal through a linkbridge with travelators. You'll reach the check-in counters with less than 10 mins' walk. If you are in a hurry, 2 - 3 mins of runnig will do. 2. There is a convenient store Family Mart right before the entrance to the lobby. 3. The rental car return office is very near the lobby. We got around Nagoya in a rental car, and returned it to the Airport outlet. The rental car return offices are located in a cluster with clear signages. It is very easy to walk from there to the hotel with luggages. - Good buffet breakfast. Enjoy hearty food and piece-of-mind as the restaurants at the airport don't open until around 9am. - We booked the same room type during our last 2 stays. The room was new and of decent size. I like the separate rooms for toilet and shower/tub. The shower is outside the bathtub which is more hygience and safe. - The room has a big desk and a pretty wide window recess, providing space to lay things around for re-packing your luggages. - An empty water bottle was provided in the room, and the water dispenser is located near lift lobby of each floor, so you'll never run out of water.

- In contrast to our 1st stay, the room for this stay wasn't cleaned thoroughly. There was a layer of dust in some areas, such as the bottom of the open wardrobe and the top of the side desk. - At check-in, the receptionist acknowledged that breakfast was inclueded in our booking, but forgot to issue us the breakfast tickets. We didn't realize it until we checked out in the next morning and went to the breakfast buffet. The staff at the breakfast was kind enough to let us in after confirming our booking. Remember to ask for your breakfast tickets if it's included.

I stayed at this hotel for my quite early morning flight. The hotel is connected to the terminal and very convenient. The room was spacious enouogh with all the necessary amenities, kettle with complimentary coffee/tea. The bathroom was also big enough and it was a Japanese style bathroom. I stayed a room in the pacific building which I thought more quiet than the main one. The checkout was also so easy that I just threw the card in in the box and no need to do anything. All in all, I recommend this hotel. There is also a convenience store right at the entrance of this hotel so you can get some food and snacks when you get hungry at night.
