There are only a few cafes/restaurants nearby. However, the hotel`s lounge/restaurant is quite pleasant - especially when you are tired after your flight!

The breakfast was really nice, with variety of food and drinks! The location was very good, about 10-12 min walking to the central area. The room was very spacious and the bed super big! The staff is very polite!

We were two single women travelling together, there was a hairdryer in the bathroom which was one of those stupid hold the button in hairdryers that are useless for styling your hair. We both took our own hairdryers but there wasn’t a single mirror in the bedroom area, which made it quite inconvenient to get ready together, and actually try and blow dry our hair. I highly recommend putting a full length mirror at the side of the desk, plenty of space and next to a plug socket.

The hotel location is good. There is a supermarket opposite. We had an apartment on the 8th floor in the corner, overlooking the Castillo de Santa Barbara, so we watched a cold fire show every day. We could go out to the large terrace from the bedroom, bathroom and living room because each room had large terrace windows. If someone is going to a week-long summer festival and wants to be at least a little out of the way, the hotel will provide less music noise from the street. If someone likes Spanish meats, cheese and fruit, you can change your breakfast every day and you won't get bored. At home we usually eat the same things and a week of eating the same meats will satisfy our needs. The restaurant is cozy. Very nice service. The apartment was cleaned every day and towels were changed. Added coffee capsules and milk. A kettle, coffee and tea service are available. Fridge with drinks.

The location of the hotel was great -- just 7 minutes walk (downhill) from the railway station, and 5 minutes walk to the waterfront. We were able to drop our bags at Reception on our arrival and again before we departed. The soundproofing on the windows was excellent -- barely a noise heard from outside -- so this is certainly a good choice if you need a good night's sleep. The room was surprisingly large and contained a fridge with a mini-bar. The buffet breakfast was excellent value. There is a Mercadona supermarket across the street and plenty of cafes and restaurants nearby.

The only drawback was that you must contact Reception to change the temperature level in the room.

Pros: The location was great for us though it's not in the city center. There are two other Eurostar Hotels in Allicante but for us this was the best location. It's an easy walk from the rail station. Close to El Corte Inglés for shopping. The room was very clean, check-in quick and easy, and the WiFi excellent. We liked our room on the 8th floor with lots of space - the terrace is huge but it was too chilly when we were there to use it much. The fitness room is small but has good equipment and mats for stretching or yoga.

Located in downtown Alicante close to the yacht harbor, shops and dining. The suite was huge and included a balcony. Comfortable bed. Robes and slippers were welcome. Spa tub and body products were present. Breakfast was great: a huge buffet with fresh fruits, charcuteries, all manner of fresh breads etc., and a smiling camarera welcoming us.

Due to its location it is difficult to check in: the hotel has two temporary parking spots across from the lobby where one can park to achieve the same. The restaurant was closed and room service was not available until January 8. The rooms are impersonal to a fault: almost industrial. No welcome is exuded. Please install smart TVs. Our suite was also not very clean with hairs on the facilities in the bathroom, an unpleasant smell of sewage, and coffee refuse encrusted around the coffee machine. This hotel needs rigorous attention to details. With effort it could be very good.

The location was good far away from populated tourist area but close enough to walk around the city then beach. The room was a great size, and hotel staff were accomodating for my needs, they help me to get extra comfort when I was unwell. The coffee machine didn't work well at all, the room service team came to clean it and replace it. The restaurant has good variety of breakfast and atmosphere is good, lots of families home holiday. It was good to be situated in the neighborhood with great tapas places.

Sadly my bedcover change wasn't the best, unfortunately, they kindly compensated me the issue. It is true the walls are thin so you can hear all your neighbours in the next room. Sadly one of my personal items were misplaced but never found. I wish to speak better Spanish but TV had no international channels.

City location, quiet but accessible. Near Plaza Seneca Close to bus and train stations and the beach. Lovely clean hotel.

Nothing wrong with this hotel it is lovely. But I informed the hotel of my late arrival on the 24th June, providing landing times and I would have appreciated that the hotel had informed us of the biggest festival on that night meaning Alicante was closed off to all transport. No taxis would take us into the city and we were told to walk the 12KM to the hotel. Eventually we got a taxi who dropped us as close as they could which meant a 2hour delay in getting to the hotel. If the hotel had informed us of this I could have made arrangements to make this journey easier. Communication of this event to arrivals at the airport would have been welcome.
