Very spacious room and clean. Good ice cream and snacks are provided. Nice staff and provide good support.

I expected to have city view which it mentioned in the description. However, the view is blocked by a high wall with the air conditioning placing outside. Please request for the room in level 4 or above. And apart from BBC news channel, you are unable to switch to other channels (assume it has other TV channels) nor controlling the volume.

This hotel is really wonderful. The location is fantastic being in between Taipei Main station and Ximending. The staff are very thoughtful, helpful and friendly. I am really impressed with their service standards. The hotel also have a nice little cosy area at ground level where all sorts of drinks like coffee, tea and soda are served free flow. As well as some little Taiwanese snacks to savoir. All these items do not require additional payment. 😊 The hotel room is very cosy, concise and pretty utilitarian esp the toilet bowl that's controlled by a panel for seat heating, bidet, etc. The shampoo and shower gel smells of nice essential oil that made me feel like i am in a spa during shower. The room is also pleasantly clean and has no weird smell at all. The TV is also pretty big. There is also a mini fridge for guests to use. I have no doubts I will be returning to this hotel whenever I am in Taipei. Excellent choice!! Well done ❤️

Perhaps your engineer can look into the doors of the room! Most guests would leave the door to close on its own but problem is the closing door generates a loud bang! This disturbs the rooms on the same floor! Is bad especially if guests return late in the nite! I believe the engineer can adjust the speed of the door hinge to allow the door to close without a loud bang!

The rooms were clean, tidy and equipped with everything. The room was also big and there was enough space. Also two bottles of water and shampoo/shower gel. The location was also good, within walking distance of a shopping center, the metro and all kinds of restaurants. You could get free drinks, ice creams and cookies downstairs. Very nice. We were even able to borrow umbrellas after it started raining so hard. The staff were very friendly and did their best for you. I will recommend this hotel!

The bathroom was a little strange (no separate bathroom), I didn't mind it, but it is good to pay attention to it

It's my 3rd time staying here. The room is spacious compared to many other hotels in Taipei. I love that the hotel is within walking distance from 3 metro stations (Taipei Main Station, NTU Hospital Station & Ximen Station). The staff were friendly and approachable as always.

There's almost nothing to not like about, but if I were to mention one, probably the soundproofing. Having said that, I also understand that this is a very common issue for hotels. The noise from adjacent rooms and corridors is actually bearable.

Although the hotel is small / boutique hotel, I loved the accessibility of the location, the staff were all accommodating and friendly. They maintain the cleanliness of the room too. And of course the free snacks. Hahaha. Their instant noodles were better than the beef noodles that we had in the restaurant.

This is not a complain, just the night shift staff, he cannot speak english so when we had problem with the uber food delivery, we were asking for help and he couldn’t help us because he cannot speak english and that made me very very frustrated that night, but not a big issue :)

1st floor 24/7 snacks were the best. Icecream, soft drinks, bottled water and instant noodles, snacks on hand anytime of the day were the BOMB and one of the best parts of the place. Front staff were incredibly helpful (shoutout to Spencer) especially with booking things (as we didn't have a taiwanese phone number).

No real complaints. Nit picking here - sometimes had difficulty with trying to find a time to use the washing machine and dryer at night (at peak hour) as there is only 1 and there were quite a few people trying to use it. Additionally there is only 1 lift in the building so sometimes can take a bit to get up and down during the morning. We also had a long stay, and would highly recommend getting a windowed apartment (for fresh air) as it can get a lil stuffy during humid periods.

The hotel is clean and offers a comfortable bed. There is hot and cold shower with strong water pressure. Free snacks and drinks are offered at the ground floor. They also have basic toiletries. Our room was cleaned as requested. Room size is adequate and has good sound proofing. Toilet seat is Japanese technology. Hotel staff are accommodating. It was very easy to check in. Nearest station is at the National Taiwan University Station. It is about 8 minutes walk from the hotel, passing through Peace park. This park is a nice surprise. We were able to see squirrels while walking through it. We were also able to access Ximen Station by foot, it took us 10 minutes. Taipei Main Station can be accessed by foot also, it is around 12 minutes walk. The neighborhood is like a business district. Family Mart is just about 5 meters away from the hotel. There is Starbucks two blocks away. Overall, this hotel made our Taiwan vacation an ease.

The bathroom is not big, though it is enough. There was no view in my room, only windows. There are no bars or clubs near. Only a few restaurants within 20 meters.

The place was very clean and the location was very convenient. Most importantly, the staff was very good and helpful. The AirPort Express MRT is less than a 10 minute walk. The staff noticed that I had forgotten my phone charger in the room when I vacated and followed me to the station for more than 5 mins just to give it back to me. I really appreciated this and would like to thank them for the same. The snacks they provided in the hotel allowed me to try a few and they even helped me find the ones I liked in the grocery store near by so I could bring some home.

Room without window was fine as we only needed a place to sleep and refresh. It was a decent size, and comfortable. The free snacks 24/7 was great and free tea/coffee/water too. Free use of laundry and dryer plus free detergent was a surprise and we made use of it for one load. Location was not too far walk from Airport MRT and Taipei central station or to walk to nearby shopping districts.

The AC in the room could use a guide in English to allow changes to settings. We had to experiment with the settings. The fan controls in the shower area as well could use a guide. Shower fairly clean but could use a bit more bleaching to avoid small mould in the corners.
