1- The bellboy was not available for longer time and they admit they have short for bellboy at their hotel, they should fix this issue as it effects the check-in and checkout experience of a customer. 2- The refrigerator was out of order and upon calling the technician he said this is the refrigerator maximum cooling capacity, which was nothing , all the eatables I put inside was rotten. 3- The breakfast was just right and a little effort can be made to make it stand through.

The pictures in the hotel's site or in Booking do not show the real atmosphere of this hotel. We had a great stay all in all. Great breakfast, extreme cleanliness and a good location close to the Corniche. Not to mention the friendliness of the staff. We came to Jeddah for the Formula One race, and although the race track is located about 20 minutes by car from the hotel, it as no problem to get around, or to the track either by Uber or taxy. The hotel is also close to Palestine Street with all its shops and vibrancy in the evenings. My thanks to the manager, who I had the chance to speak to a few times, and to the reception and the restaurant staff.

I actually liked everything about this hotel.

Very clean, very quiet and very family friendly hotel. We got 2 connected rooms and the beds were so comfy and rooms are cozy and well furnished. We tried the dine in room service and the food quality was exceptional and great value for money. I would choose this nice hotel again in Jeddah specifically after the great welcome and help from all the staff from check in time up to check out. Very pleasant atmosphere and unforgettable hospitality 👏🏻👏🏻👌🏼👌🏼

I loved the staff at the hotel, they were extremely polite and professional in their upscale dealings As well as the cleanliness of the hotel, room capacity and comfort. also location is good

The thing I did not like is that there is a school opposite the hotel and there is noise and disturbance. also there is also no shaded for car parking

Very comfortable hotel in nice location close to the corniche nice staff especially the receptionist who are on training and Alrazaq and the girls even the porter. Thank you we enjoyed the help and the stay.

We enjoyed the large comfortable beds covered with special bedspreads and bathrooms that are clean and shiny. This hotel gave us comfortable and convenient accommodations. They offer a range of amenities such as room service, housekeeping, and access to restaurants, bars, and fitness centers.

The food from the room service takes a very long time and is not as expected.

The staff was amazing, very friendly, kind and helpful. You could really experience the Arabic hospitality here. The location of the hotel was great as well and the rooms were comfortable and clean.

The fact that the pool was only for man! And the gym didn’t have any airconditioning was very hot!

The staff were amazing especially the staff at reception. They changed our room three times for my health conditions and I am very thankful to the team. The breakfast was also great and I am very happy with the hotel. I will come back and encourage other people to also come.

The location was very nice and the view was beautiful. The hotel was close to the beach and was also near restaurants. The reception staff let us in despite us coming late and they took good care of our baggage. The food was really nice especially the Saudi kapsa they have, really amazing.
