The staff are very friendly. The facilities are very clean. The location is great. The breakfast was simple but good. Very clean and nice in a little gazebo. I would stay again but would like it to be updated first.

The actual rooms and the office, the building is very old and needs some updates. The air conditioning, although it work it didn’t cool down enough even when running continuously. Had to close the door to the bathroom and the closet in order for it to cool down a little. Naples Florida is a place where you need great air conditioning. The pool was small but. I’ve but closes too early.

The breakfast was in a garden room surrounded by lush gardens, There are three barbecue stations available for your use. We did not use them but they are well arranged.

The property allows smoking throughout the grounds which is problematic. When walking to the garden room you walk by people smoking. The smell of smoke seeps into the room through the bathroom fan vent. Smoking on the property should be banned.

Comfortable room and very clean. It was actually a very lovely property with gardens .set in a gracious Naples neighborhood. It was older and not a typical big hotel. The kind of place you would want to stay for several days. Bed was comfortable.

Unfortunately, the pool was not heated at the time we stayed. But no complaints. It was so nice

The front desk staff were extremely friendly, hospitable and helpful and were clearly trying to make our stay as nice as possible. The breakfast was a standard continental breakfast with everything we needed to get a good start on our day - juices, tea, coffee, fresh fruit, cereals, toast, bagels, cheese, sweet options, PB, jam, hard boiled eggs, yoghurt etc. The room was very spacious, bright, and especially clean and many of the rooms are on the ground floor with parking outside the room, which was very handy. There's a lot of trees and other plants around the outside of the complex and inside in the courtyard where the breakfast pavillion and the pool are. It's a very quiet and relaxing atmosphere! It was very easy to find coming from the airport down I-75 and easy to get to "downtown" Naples, restaurants and the beaches! We didn't use the AC as it was quite cool outside, but it was there!

We highly enjoyed our stay. We had a very ample room for our family of five with direct access to the pool. We loved the kitchenette as really convenient. Comfortable beds, good A/C. All very clean. Good breakfast in a cozy gazebo. Front Desk Associate Ms. Meghan was really nice and attentive, answered all our questions and gave us helpful information regarding activities in Naples. A plus is that is pet friendly and even when we couldn't take our fur baby this time, we saw many families enjoying with their doggies.

From the start, friendly staff saying help yourself to coffee and cookies whilst waiting to check in. The room was extremely comfortable with chairs and tables outside on which you could have yourselves drinks etc. New developments outside the breakfast room which was adequately stocked for the inclusive breakfasts.

Well nothing really. If there was anything it was strange after rain though that it dripped from the higher terrace onto the lower one.

Not a chain hotel/motel... It is older property that the owners have kept up over the years. It has great pool area that has been recently remodeled. Around the property the owners have done an outstanding job of landscaping with beautiful native plants and trees and the finishing touch is a Koi fish pond.. Many of the rooms have a small kitchenette and mine was conveniently located next to the smoking lounge. Great staff and your welcomed with coffee and snack..

I like older properties and I try to help smaller businesses. With that said, to some people the rooms can be smaller then many people would like. If you are looking for a suite type room with living room,big bathrooms and lobby that is big enough to play the Rose Bowl in this may not be the property for you. If I could have my wish, the pool area have a hot tub. The property has plenty of parking but to get a good spot park early.

80ies style motel, very helpful staff, clean room, everything was working correctly, kitchen with enough equipment, good (but loud) air conditioning, good beds and a ceiling fan. There is a pool in and breakfast may be taken in the garden with a certain "jungle feeling": great! Free parking space is available around the motel.

The US-style breakfast buffet is served in paper plates / cups, everything is packed, thus leaving a large amount of waste. A nightmare for european travellers. Please serve cereals and fresh fruit.

Super friendly, informative & quick staff. Large car parking area. Just off the street but still very quiet. Complimentary coffee & cookies at reception. 2 coin laundry machines + 2 dryers, complimentary detergent at reception. Gorgeous ambience in the garden, pool & breakfast pavillon area, full of trees, bushes, flowers, many tiny lizards even seen one small bunny.

Breakfast wasn't super diverse (different bagels, a toasting machine) otherwise mostly grab-n-go type. Probably quite bland for multi night stays but perfectly adequate for 1 night. Due to it almost feeling like a jungle resort a bit humid air conditions but not overly so.
