The staff were exceptionally friendly!! The night we arrived late Christi was actually waiting for us. She was very thoughtful about our exhaustion. In the morning Maria was the woman at the breakfast. She greeted people so sweetly and was busy busy making sure everything was filled. Each day she was as friendly and welcoming as the day before.

While Marie was a gem, the breakfast choices never changed. Eggs and sausage every day.

The staff was friendly and helpful. Our room and beds were comfortable and we had a nice view of the small lake behind the hotel. We used the pool and found it clean, quiet and in a perfectly sunny spot (we've stayed in other hotels nearby and the pool was in the shade in a parking lot). We will definitely be staying here when we visit Bonita/Naples in the future.

Our only negative observation was that the carpet in the room felt a bit dated and worn. It didn't take away from the stay; just something we commented on.

Staff were very accommodating. We had emailed ahead of our arrival, asking if we could use the pool facilities prior to check-in as we would arrive earlier. On arrival, the hotel was able to check us in early as a room was available. Hot coffee flasks, hot water flasks, and ice-cold water are available all day in the foyer. Pool area is lovely with hand towels available for use.

Minot comment. There is no shower in the vicinity of the pool, so it is difficult to shower prior to the use of pool

Very convenient location. Comfortable room. Friendly staff, especially the receptionist Heather. When there was a problem with our room, she was happy to help move us to a different one. And Maria, the staff member who prepared breakfast was very nice and friendly, always asking if we are doing okay or need anything. I would come back to this place and recommend it to anyone visiting Florida.

I was always greeted with a smile every morning by the lady in the breakfast bar, the cleaning crew cleaned our room everyday I was thankful for that having two teenage boys and be quiet well we all know!

That I couldn’t watch the sunrise because the pool was closed in the morning til 7 and they closed it at 8 which I would have loved to go for night swims!

Very clean and good breakfast selection. I like that the property is not on a main road so it feels more private. We booked a double queen room and it included a mini fridge, microwave, and coffee maker which was great. Our towels were changed and the trash was taken out daily, which was nice. Our room had a nice view of the pool and lake(?). Grounds were well kept and clean as well. Great place to stay at a great price. Would definitely stay here again.

One thing I didn’t love was that the water pressure in the shower was pretty much nonexistent but that’s common in hotels so it’s not a huge deal. It wouldn’t deter me from staying here again.

The staff were all friendly, professional and prompt. I was only only there for one night and I was so busy didn’t complain about the 3 things below otherwise it was perfect.

Breakfast was ok but I was turned off from eating after the staff attending that area was coughing, wearing no mask and was talking about her tooth abscess. my daughter loved the Nutella but I couldn’t stomach anything after watching her cough, not using gloves, & hearing about her abscess. Pool was overly coordinated me and my children’s eyes were burning and turned red after use. Perhaps it can be serviced after hours to allow for processing, dilution, and time to allow safer use for guests. The beds were pretty comfortable as well as the pillows but the bed me and my husband slept on pillows were noticeably in lesser condition than that of the other bed that my kids utilized

Nice that breakfast was included. In general room was clean. Free parking a plus. Proximity to Mel's Diner was a plus as local family knew it and we ate there twice.

No complaints. Although when getting on the floor to do morning stretches the carpet seemed to have hair on it that could not have been from my daughter or I.

This hotel was perfect for what we needed. The front desk staff was friendly and informative. The room was clean, which is important to me. I didn't really hear roadway noise, so I slept good. There is hot coffee or hot water available in the front lobby. There is also a restaurant nearby that you can walk to, but we didn't have a chance to try it. There are other great restaurants you can drive to that are minutes away. Many are first come first serve, so get there a half hour early.

The elevators do take forever, especially if you're in a hurry. I wish there was a sign to indicate how close or where the staircase was, so I can go that route if I wanted to. I couldn't immediately find it. The beds are slightly on the firmer side, if that's what you like. Other than that, there are no other issues or complaints that I had for this hotel.

Beautiful landscaping, heated pool, friendly staff, & delicious complimentary breakfast .

some updates needed- need cushion replacement-no padding under a vinyl cushion in breakfast dining area, need housekeeping to remove a little mold around safety bar in bathroom in room 214, need new mattress for queen bed in room 214- sunk in the middle.
