I loved the staff they were always nice and accommodating to us. The young male helped me get a bike. Loved the big room, the ac w fan, the huge patio, hammock was a great touch. Loved the closet space and free waters in your room.You could connect your YouTube, Netflix account to the TV which made my stay great.

The bed could be more comfortable. The toilet seat moved around. The stairs should be grippier to avoid falls, it's not easy for people w knee or foot issues.

Nice, clean and close to the market. Really quiet at night and really comfy beds!

The only downside is that in our room there was no window at all (it was communicated at the time of the booking so for us it was no surprise). That was still ok for us as we stayed only one night, but I could not picture how that would work for longer stays.

Our stay was very pleasant. The staff is very kind and attentive. The rooms are very clean and the sheets smell really good :) There's unlimited water, tea and coffee. The hotel is located in a quiet area, close to the center. We rented bicycles directly from the hotel for 100 pesos each. We loved our stay.

Quiet rooms, comfortable beds and pillows, great staff. Mario and Jasmine were very helpful, hot and cold drinking water available, good location not far from ADO and near el mercado. It’s on the second floor of a building so you need to be able to go up/down stairs. Modern pretty new building. Nice lighting by the beds. Outlets by the beds as well. Can ask for hair dryer. Shared front terrace by receptionist area. There are a few chairs and tables in that area. Would stay again.

Could use a few more hooks in the bathroom to put wet towels.

The hotel room was nice with big balcony. They had a daily cleaning in the rooms and free water in the reception. Helpful staff. Would stay here again!

The bathroom had a bad smell and it only disappeared after the cleaning but then came back. Bad wifi in the room and the location is a bit far (10-15min walk to the center and same to the lake).

The room was very nice . Good size big bathroom big mirror in there nice lighting in the bathroom. Tall Ceilings. And the Balcony was very big and private for me so i really liked the room

The only thing I didn't like was that they have loud banging most mornings at around 7 in morning for 15 mins . It woke me up. Really didn't like that very stressful for me . But if u wake up early anyway its all good .

Everything works well, great owners, good parking, good coffee, lots of towels, good pressure and hot water, high ceilings, nice deck, nice sheets

Mattresses are cheap and swayed, tv didn't work, pillows not so good..

The room was clean and spacious. We had a late check in and they were very accommodating. The front desk clerk was pleasant even at that late hour. 👍🏻👍🏻

Only thing we didn’t realize is that there are stairs to get to the hotel. Stairs are a bit difficult for my mom. But it was not a huge issue.

staff were very friendly, room was quite nice, location was super accessible to the lake and the bus stop on the highway.

our room didn’t have a window, we were there <12 hours so it didn’t bother us too much, but it would have if we were there longer. there was also no toilet paper in the room (i assume by accident) however was a little inconvenient.

The staff was helpful in setting up a tour for us at a reasonable price. Friendly staff, coffee and water was always available in the lobby.

No windows in our room. Its best to pick a room on the outside walls of the building. It's a10 to 15 minutes walk to the square where most of the restaurants are located
