Great place to stay after leaving Manhattan and having an early flight from LaGuardia. Enjoyed the pool table in the lobby and had a delicious, huge, reasonably priced happy hour dinner at the bar. Manager was working the bar and was super personable and fun to talk to. Shuttle to the airport made for an easy end to our wonderful vacation.

2nd floor room. Heavy glass hallway door that slammed many times during the night. Also, it was a little odd that our windows were textured and we couldn't see out. Made sense since they went out to the elevated rear parking lot, but gave off prison vibes!

The size of the room was very nice and the decorations were simple but appealing. It felt modern, new, and very clean. The shuttle service was wonderful. They have a shuttle to the airport running every half an hour starting at 4am. There is a game room next to the restaurant that has a pool table, and other assorted games (like a giant set of jenga).

The room was very spacious but very cold, even after adjusting the thermostat to 80 we were freezing. Also, there is a long window (with stained glass) in the shower that leads to the side of the bed. So, when you turn in the bathroom light, lots of it filters through the window into the bedroom waking or at least disturbing people sleeping in the room. There is an elevator, but you still have to go down 3 to 4 steps to go from the elevators to the wing with the rooms. This can be difficult for carrying down heavy luggage or for a person with mobility issues (and not feasible if using a wheelchair).

Conveniently close to Lagardia. I walked to Hotel which took 12 minutes with luggage. You can also ring Hotel for free pickup from airport Very large rooms. Very clean. Good bar and restaurant if you can't be bothered venturing into Manhattan.

Fridge started to ruttle at 3am so had to unplug it but that's just minor however on my next stay I'll unplug the beast b4 bedtime. Lights could not be turned off from bed so had to get up to switch all off. Again minor and ill be definitely back. This was my second stay and both night were great.

The convenience of the airport shuttle, the layout of the lobby/restaurant, the beautiful room, super comfortable bed, it was a quiet space, and the ease of checking in & out. Finally, but not least, the staff was professional, friendly, attentive, and efficient.

The little lotion bottle in my room was empty. I know if I told someone they would have replaced it for me. My 1- night stay didn't make that effort worth it. The convenience of the lighting could be better. First, the overhead lights only give you 2 options of all or none. And all the switches are near the sink by the front door. If there was a closer switch like the one that was by the bed, it did not work. Finally the tv remote should be upgraded. It is clunky and delayed with button responses.

Very nice hotel, clean and very comfortable. Great staff!!! Fast shuttle from the airport. Fantastic happy hour bar and snacks!!!

Can't really think of anything we didn't like except for being picked up by UBER and we had to pull luggage to the road in Queens traffic to load and get into the car because they couldn't get into the security gate which is good there was a gate but would have been nice to just be picked up curbside at the hotel.

This hotel was very clean and comfortable. The rooms are large and well lit when needed and nice dark shades for night. The staff was helpful and friendly. We were there over the Christmas holiday and I was impressed by how welcoming the staff was despite giving up their holiday. The breakfast at the in-house restaurant was so delicious. Also, huge shout out the food truck right outside. Due to unforeseen circumstances, we stayed a little longer than normal at an airport hotel and it was a great stay.

The cleanliness of the property was overall exceptional. And the staff were friendly as well. I would definitely book here again. The location was close to the airport and I must admit the blackout shades were true to their color. I swear I couldn’t tell what time of the day it was until I lifted the shade up which was a major plus!!!

Almost across LaGuardia airport, free shuttle that leaves every half hour, big & clean room, decent wifi, in-house resto & bar, decent menu & drinks selection

The room I was given had locked, frosted paned windows so I couldn’t see any view of the outside even though it was a beautiful day. Reception encouraged me to sign up for their loyalty program, which I did, but neither I nor they could get their app to work after several attempts.

Very close to Laguardia Airport. Clean, quiet, comfortable rooms. Bed was super comfortable.

Shuttle to the airport in the morning was a bit of a disaster. Was told Shuttle comes every half hour. Took the 7am Shuttle. There were about 15 people waiting for the shuttle, but when it arrived there was only room for 11, so 4 people had to quickly pivot and call an uber. Shuttle made two stops before my stop at terminal C. When myself and two other remaining passengers went to get our luggage from back of the Shuttle van, it turned out other passengers had taken two suitcases belonging to the other two remaining passengers. Watch out for your belongings! As we were driving I also noticed that there are sidewalks and a bridge, so walking from the hotel to terminal C would have been very easy. Keep this in mind if you encounter a full shuttle situation.

The room was great size, clean, and comfortable! The location was perfect for having an early flight our of LaGuardia in the morning. We greatly appreciated the free airport shuttle. Would stay here again for flights if needed.

It is quite expensive for the location in relation to actually visiting NYC or just staying for one night for flights.
