Newly renovated, looks like the pictures and our room as well as other areas like the pool, restaurant and lobby are very beautiful. There was always some nice house music playing by the pool which we liked and even DJs on Friday & Saturday. Staff was very nice and always helpful especially Nicola when we had questions regarding the safe and rented car. There’s a big parking space from the hotel you can use.

The standout features of this hotel are the stunning decor and top-notch facilities in the common areas. The reception area is beautiful and spotless, and the central hub has hanging chairs, beanbags, sunbeds, tables and chairs, and a well-stocked bar. The waterfall-style pool is gorgeous. The free breakfast buffet every morning is a fantastic perk. The hotel is absolutely gorgeous and offers great value for money. Plus, the staff are incredibly friendly, and the rooms are impressive with balconies and excellent cleaning service.

There were a few downsides to our stay. The beds only had a thin sheet for cover, with a spare blanket in the room. It can get quite cool at night, so a duvet would have been much better. The main issue was the constant noise of a dog barking all night from the neighbouring flats, which kept our party of six awake. We understand this can't be helped, but it was quite disruptive. Additionally, the mini fridges in the rooms have bright lights that shine on your face as you sleep. We had to turn them off every night, so an integrated fridge would be a better option.

The pool/bar/restaurant area was beautiful, having been recently renovated, with plenty of space, comfortable loungers, two pools and shaded seating. The food was AMAZING, breakfast was the usual buffet but the lunch/dinner items were delicious and really good value. It’s in a great location just 5-10 mins from lots of restaurants, the bus station, supermarkets and the main strip. Staff were super helpful and accommodating. Honestly couldn’t recommend it enough.

Only complaint would be the two single beds pushed together - as a couple it would’ve been nice to have a double bed

Accommodation was modern and clean. Restaurant and pool area was lovely. The two gentleman at breakfast service were very polite and friendly, as was the young lady who worked the bar at the evening. Regular room service with towels changed as and when required.

On arrival we were requested to hand over a £60 cash deposit for any damages. I'm 62 and my partner 71 so a little taken a back. We were then handed a remote control but the TV only had one English channel (Berlin news) so not much use. I appreciate as its located in San An (back of town) the age range is probably 18 to 30 so maybe the deposit is necessary.

24/7 reception, good location, helpful staff, spotless clean hotel, amazing pool and pool bar, lunch and dinner menu was so good and reasonably priced and good quality food, luna and nicola were so nice and helpful, fresh towels every day, breakfast was good, looks like the pictures. hotel was a 10 minute walk to the bus stop for the big clubs and the old town which was ideal.

nothing! just €30 cash deposit per person and €3.30 pp per day city tax also has to be paid in cash, but we got our deposits back at the end of our stay.

It was around 7-8 minute walk to the front and around the same to the bus station so you could explore the island if you so wished, the breakfast was great and the staff at breakfast where funny , everywhere was clean and tidy, cleaning service great l, pool area was always spotless

Pool on the small side more like a plunge pool, but it was quite quiet during our stay so it never got too busy, been bag beds where always damp as there doesn’t appear to be anywhere to store them if it rains and we did have a few showers when we where there, but all in all nothing to complain about really

The location is pretty close to the bus station, so you can travel all over the island by bus if you wish. The breakfast was very well - basically everything you can expect from the good buffet. The room was clean and comfortable. I found all I expect to find regarding kitchen facilities (except only lids for a pot and a pan). The hotel itself is modern, stylish, well designed and pleasant to stay in. There is a huge supermarket with everything in 5 minutes walking distance from the hotel. The staff was friendly, responsive and welcoming.

This is a trifle, but it would be convenient to have more hooks for towels in the bathroom. If I were not alone in the room, it could be inconvenience.

The hotel was fabulous ❤️ Excellent location, the staff, especially Luna and Juan were so friendly and always greeted us with a smile! The breakfast was so fresh and tasty with plenty of choice. Bar food was also super tasty and good value too! Beautiful pool area and comfy sun loungers! The room was very spacious for 3 of us and the full length mirror was helpful in the room. Excellent shower too! There was a mini mart to the left of the hotel, 10 second walk too! Would highly recommend and will stay again for sure!

The staff were incredibly lovely especially the guy in the breakfast room every morning who was eager to help everybody! The breakfast was simple but enjoyable The room was clean and the bed was comfy and the aircon/ceiling fan were great

I would say this hotel is style over substance - it was “posh” but basic and during the night you could hear other guests moving around in their rooms and during the day there was some repairs going on which disturbed the peace. I personally found the coffee machine not to my taste and had to buy coffee elsewhere.

Property looks amazing- new refurb is fantastic and gives off Bali vibes! Food menu was great for all meals and they supported allergies well. 10 minute walk to the water front.

One dislike was we were not always given clean towels and the right amount of towels so each person in our group could have one. You are also not allowed food and drinks by the pool that are not purchased from the bar, this includes the drinks from the vending machine within the lobby.
