I just wanted to give a shout-out to the amazing cleaning staff! I only requested a light cleaning, but they really went the extra mile and exceeded my expectations. I'm so grateful for their hard work!

The only thing I didn’t love was that my key didn’t work a couple of times during my stay, but the staff was super quick to help me fix it!

staff fabulous. young lady who dropped off towels was excellent. My son lived the breakfast. And they let my 2 yorkies could stay there as well. We will be back in August.

The carpet on stairs going out side door. It was difficult using them because the lines were played vertical with the step

The friendly and helpful staff and the clean and comfy room. Location was perfect for our visit. Katrina, at the front desk, welcomed us with a smile and a great sense of humor. She helped to make our stay a happy one. A big thank you to Katrina!

The continental breakfast was nice, maybe if there were more options laid out it would be better. Don’t let that dissuade you from staying here though, the place was nice

The stay was nice, I really don’t have anything significant to complain about. There’s a Meijer store right across the street, and a gas station, restaurant, and auto/tire place easily within walking distance (if you ever need it). There’s also a Walmart less than half a mile away.

Everything was top notch! Excellent breakfast, incredibly comfortable accommodations, wonderful staff, a huge bonus while traveling was the late hours for the pool and extended hours for breakfast!

There was nothing we didn't like about our stay. Literally wanted to extend our trip for an extra day to stay longer!

Katrina J is an incredible manager at this hotel, kind, funny, attentive to customer needs to the max! Katrina J has the perfect personality to genuinely make any guests stay the very best! This will always be my hotel of choice for ALL my Big Rapids visits!! Thanks again KatrinaJ and all her amazing staff!

The bed was very comfortable & a good sized room. this was the friendliest staff I’ve ever encountered at a hotel. All of the girls were friendly & so nice

The carpet in the rooms & all through the hotel look very dirty & old. They need to be replaced. The real disappointment was that we wanted a hotel with a nice pool & hot tub to relax in after moving our daughter into her new house. The hot tub Jets didn’t work & you couldn’t stay in the pool room. There was no air & the hot tub & dehumidifier for the pool room have been broken for many years I learned. That’s really disappointing & will probably lead to us staying somewhere else at our future visits

location, staff, room was very nice

the entire 3rd floor smelled like heavy cigarette smoke. I literally almost left as soon as I stepped off the elevator but our room did not smell like smoke. I’m quite shocked by the smoking atmosphere… it’s almost 2023 and all the direct evidence that secondhand lingering smoke causes cancer is a proven fact yet your hotel still allows it. it was disgusting, a health hazard. if my room hadn’t been so clean. I would have demanded my money back and left.

The hotel was nice. Kids and adults were loudly talking in the hallway for almost an hour, from 10:30 to 11:30pm. There rooms were apparently separated and instead of going into one room to visit they were loudly talking in the hall.

The breakfast wasn't very good.

The reception staff did not know that the elevator was out of service. The room we were assigned was on the second floor and directed us to the elevator. Where we sound an out of service paper sign. It seemed an inconvenience for her to change our room to the first floor.
