The location was preferred. The room arrangements were superior. Staff was direct, helpful, and informed. The weather had contributed to the location being likable. Dinner was within walking distance.

The room was in the middle of the building on the first floor. The exit door was nearby so I guess that there was not a room open near the other exit. I was near the pool on the first floor. The structure of the building did not allow my expectations to be met. The staff was able to place me in a room on the first floor, near the pool, and near an exit door.

Nice clean bedding. Friendly environment. Abundant breakfast choices, one of the best we've experienced in fact, especially for the location. The new carpet was a beautiful surprise. We've stayed at this hotel many times before and are very pleased with the updates, they were very much needed!

We've stayed at this location 3 or 4 times. They've always allowed us to invite our family to swim. But this time they didn't allow visitors to use pool? Apparently this is the new policy? This was really disappointing news. We travel 6hrs to see our family and always utilize the hotels pool as a meet up spot. Unfortunately this isn't a compromise. And we will no longer be able to book this hotel. Also noticed the price went up $75-$100 from our previous stays, mind you we've always booked the same room every stay. Room 202 The King Whirlpool suite.

Location is perfect- not too far from the fwy and not too far from restaurants and Ferris State.

Nothing bad at all to say. It was a nice stay there for the week.

Bed and pillows were very comfortable. Room was clean

It’s outdated but clean. There was some trash around entrances and cigarette butts hadn’t been cleaned up . The fridge froze my salads n ruined them. Shower had very low pressure.

We stayed In room 110 ... Everyone was so kind and helpful and very smiley!!! Breakfast was amazing we thought it was open until 10 but it was 9 but the man behind the desk let us and an older gentleman still get breakfast..thank you!! We are there May 1 and 2..I would recommend this place!!

I wouldn't necessarily say dint like...but online it showed a hot tub and was seriously looking forward to the good soak so was disappointed... !! But still clean room and friendly service and clean breakfast area can't beat for the price!!

Very clean and comfortable. The people above us were very loud .while trying to sleep. But I don't blame the hotel staff. They finally settle down. So I went to sleep.

My only complaint. I have stayed there a hand ful of times. And I have never paid over a 100 be fore. But I ended up paying 124 but it was also memorial weekend. A bit high. But was the cheapest in the area. So I'm not complaining to much. Just thought it was a bit high.

Really comfortable room and bed. Clean and tidy bathroom.

Stayed on first floor and could hear footsteps from the floor above throughout the stay.

The pool was colder and we had an issue with one of the other patrons at breakfast time

did not eat there, the hotel is located a bit back from the road and is not clearly visible. But once you find it all is good. But the placement on the property is not anyones fault or fixable.
