Well, overall this hotel deserves 10 out of 10 rating due to its cleanliness, comfort, friendly staff, and delicious breakfast. As a frequent traveler, I can easily say that this is one of the best hotels I have ever stayed during my Europe trip. My special thanks also goes to Mr. Stefan (the tall gentleman at the front desk) and Ms. Hilda (the breakfast lady with a big smile on her face). Y’all are just incredible people!!

I could only make a quick suggestion here: having two regular (“still”) waters as complimentary in the mini fridge would be highly appreciated. (I am aware that this is not a usual practice in Europe; but it can make your hotel way more “distinct.”)

Very nice, spacious room and bathroom, very large „single“ bed, desk and separate table with two chairs, conveniently located near „Messe Frankfurt“ in a good neighbourhood, good selection of restaurants in the vicinity

Only small details: Low water pressure in the shower, too few electrical outlets at the desk (requires unplugging of water kettle or lamp to get a free outlet), stairs from street level to the reception without ramp

Nice quiet location (and hotel surroundings) close to the Exhibition/Conference center (Messe, 5' walk). 20' walking distance to Frankfurt main train station (Frankfurt Hauptbahnhof), 5' to metro station (U-Bahn). Decent breakfast, good coffee. Friendly stuff. Ice maker on ground floor. A/C in the room. Choice of restaurants close by.

No minimarket or convenience stores close by (alas, a minibar was in the room).

I saw the pictures of a room in the hotel VIA Booking, and I was impressed. I was more impressed to find out that the room we got was even nicer (-: I didn't know that the rooms have a "theme" - and ours was an african wildlife theme. IT WAS BEAUTIFUL! cozy room, lots of storage places, tidy and wide bathroom.

Although I've booked a room for two, it was set to one guest - one blanket, cup, towel and such. The staff was helpful to add the missing items.

Extremely close to the convention center (less than 5-minute walk). Very quiet. Comfortable beds. Excellent breakfast buffet. The outdoor patio looked nice but was too cold to use. Interesting room decorations. About a 20-minute walk to the train station, but also on a tram line.

I really don't have any significant complaints about my one-night stay, except that it was somewhat pricey.

The rooms are very large and clean. The staff are very helpful, professional and friendly. The location is close to subway and had parking. We stayed.for several days and can highly recommend.

The shower is just a bit hard not to get water on the floor unless take a bath.

Right across the Messe, and other big hotels. Nice restaurants around and easy to get to the U-bahn. Bathrooms are renovated and all work well

The bed and pillows isn’t to my liking (too soft) but that’s really personal preference. Heavy key for you door room and you can hear the noise from the hallway.

Breakfast was great. The breakfast area is rather beautiful. The staff were amazingly helpful, polite, and courteous. And everything was clean and well-maintained.

Our room was on the side of the street and we could hear sounds of cars and people talking on the street as they walked past in the night. This meant that we had to close the windows to sleep. Even with the windows closed, although we could sleep effortlessly, one could still at times hear the cars from outside.

The hotel charged us twice,once from my wifes debit card and once being pid by cash.Thsi was reported to us by our bank so as we have just arrived home this will be verified tomorrow 21/7/23. The money taken on the card was a date and time stamp of 16//7/2 at 00.18.am a day before we arrived If this is correct then I will be taking legal action and if it is proven otherwise then no action will be instigated

It was in an excellent location, close to many restaurants, bars, and trendy areas. The staff was awesome, shout out to Stefan who was amazing, and accommodated us in any means necessary.

3rd bed for our group of 3 travellers was not comfortable. The room could be a bit stuffy.
