The stunning views. The size of the villa. The hotel's resident goats! The exceptional personalized service blew me away. There was one day when my guest relations officer noticed my car wasn't in the hotel carpark after dark. she recalled that I had mentioned that morning that I might visit one of the other resorts just to have a look around. But, because it poured that day, I changed my plans. My guest relations officer tried to track me down at the other resort, worried that something might have happened to me. I was deeply touched by the level of care!

As like most resorts located in stunning locations, guests might feel the resort is not really within walking distance to amenities. I would recommend what I did, I picked up a rental car from the airport and had the use of the car for my entire stay. Drive Car Rental is an excellent Thai company to rent from. The rate was reasonable and the car was new and clean.

One of the most stunning properties we have ever stayed in. Location is breathtaking. The staff are the most humble kindest people we have ever come across at a resort. Above and beyond a 5*. The staff go above and beyond and out of their way to make sure you have everything you need. The staff make this resort one of the best in the world. Special mention to our Gem Maya, who was there on hand to make sure we had everything we ever needed. To Deaar the restaurant manager on the hill , the kindest friendliest person I’ve ever met, all of his team are just amazing, special shout out to Film, Tak, Carton… we could literally mention everyone . We stayed for 2 weeks . It was paradise within paradise. Out of this world next level hospitality at its finest! We miss everyone and the resort already.

Aeroplanes flying over all day. Only downside to the property is it is quite close to the airport and the flight path in and out .

The location is very good. The staff is super polite and helpful. The real gem is the pool. Omn the Rock restaurant is one of the best in Samui in terms of location and service. Our butler Maya made our stay great.

The food in the main restaurant should be better. Asian food for dinner does not match the price level of the hotel. In any place, you get better Thai food. The food on the Rock is also not up to the level of the restaurant and does not match the ambience, the choice is very limited and the food is not the best. We also were unlucky with the weather. You cant swim in the sea in January. see is very dirty and the waves are big. We did not manage to swim even once in 4 days.

Easily our best vacation experience ever. The room was expensive but it has very high value compared to American resorts. The staff were very friendly and attentive. The whole experience in the resort was very customer centric. All the villas offered fantastic privacy and a great way to recharge. Particularly loved the private pool. Free breakfast every day was so awesome. Tons of fresh fruits and tropical drinks. This place really made us fall in love with Ko Samui and Thailand. They also offered some experiences and excursions. We did the Thai cooking class in the resort which was delicions. We also went to zipline and elephant sanctuary from the resorts. Very convenient to have them pick you up.

The staff is very friendly. Our room met all expectations - private, quiet, great size, very good bathroom. the beach was excellent and all guests get complimentary ice water on the beach and at the pool. The food in the main restaurant is superb!

A bit disappointed in the tasting menu (the only option) at the restaurant On the Rocks. The appetisers are only one mouthful, the main course (steak) was precisely cooked, but 5 bites only. The whole dinner felt like an expensive starter. The spa treatment was not as described in detail. The singing bowl twice 5 minutes, not twice 15. A big difference.

awesome setting, architecture of the villa's, pool and gardens, delicious breakfast, food in general,

everything was perfect but if I could make one remark: the thai/eastern cuisine (dining on the hills) is far better than the international cuisine (dining on the rocks) - this exquisite place could also be used for eg barbecues or other dining experiences; it is only a suggestion...

This was part of our honeymoon trip. First of all- the staff! They were absolutely amazing, Big love to our GEM Deen! The villa, the views, the pool, the food, the spa and massage- perfection and top notch! I was tearing up when we had to leave. Thank you for everything.

They made a mistake with our massage reservations but found us a different time and apologized. Also, if you want to be in the center of attention- it might be not the best choice for you. Keep in mind you will be needing taxis and there are a bit pricey from the hotel.

Love our Guest Experience Manager, Buay. She went out of her way to organise our stay (restaurant reservations and tour bookings) and is super sweet and professional. The hotel is stunning, breakfast really good and fresh products. A nice mix of Thai and Western cuisine. The infinity pool is STUNNING. The spa is fabulous and super relaxing.

The pool can get crowded and all the beds are booked early in the morning during high occupation periods. 15/20 min cab drive to Chaweng & 1 hour to Lamai, bit far if you want to party every night but not what we were after luckily. The jet ski provider (external supplier) could be better, the jet skis were not really high quality and we always had to wait 10-15 min.

One of the most beautiful hotels I’ve stayed in. The resort is carefully designed and situated the tip of the island so you get views both towards east, north and west from different areas. The villas are secluded and well fitted to the surroundings with beautiful interior. Stunning infinity pool with sunset view. Two restaurants, both serve excellent food and the breakfast is delicious with options from the menu as well as a fresh buffet. Most of all the service was top notch throughout our whole stay from the minute of arrival to departure. Hope to come again.

The only little minus is that the airport is quite near so sometimes you can hear the noise from the planes.

Convenient location close to airport yet serene and quiet setting. Facilities well blended with the natural setting of the hill slope. Excellent beach with no outsiders. Exclusive resort with just 60+ villas such that staff are able to call you by your name. Staff are friendly. Nice to use apps to chat with staff and make reservations and requests so you wouldn’t be disturbed when you don’t want to. I have an extremely pleasant stay with Six Senses Samui.

Unavoidable mosquito bites.
