Excellent stay at all levels. Food was fresh, lots of variety and delicious. Rooms perfectly cleaned and extremely nice and confortable. Staff service is outstanding and the beach / gardens area is a place from heaven. Highly recommend this new hotel in Djerba.

Check in was smooth and got an upgrade to a more premium room because hotel just opened. I would recommend to pay the sea view supplement as the views are gorgeous. Rooms were spacious and the design was great. We liked the food a lot although I can be a fussy eater . A lot of variety with fresh fruits, juices, delicious fish and amazing tunisian pastries. The level of service in the bar & restaurants was excellent. Entertainment was OK but they did their best and it looks like the other guests loved it. Would I go back? YES and we already booked with 3 other couples for the beginning of September

We had an amazing stay at this hotel, and although we were a bit hesitant in the beginning since it had just opened, the place exceeded all our expectations. The room was clean, spacious with great decor and comfortable bedding. It was so nice to sit in the balcony and enjoy the sea view and the breeze. The staff were super helpful and kind. The food was delicious and one could choose from a big variety of options. I particularly enjoyed the fresh vegetables and fruits. The beach is less than 1 minute away from the room, and the water was stunning. We spent our days at the beach, and enjoyed an extraordinary sunset there, simply magic! The pools were also great. Thank you for a great stay, and we will definitely come back for a longer stay !

This hotel has a great location on the beach. I was surprised by the room size. Separate bathroom, separate toilet. Overall spacious room and has very comfortable beds. Breakfast is tasty and they also have delicious local food. The highlight of my stay is the amazing and very friendly staff. Very welcoming and helpful. Thank you so much for your great service!!

Perfect beach, clean and safe. Rooms were very large and clean. I had requested a quiet room away from families/children and that is exactly what the hotel provided for me. I slept better than I've slept anywhere in a very long time..thank you for that. Customer service rep at the front desk who welcomed me and responded to several inquiries was exceptionally nice and helpful (I unfortunately did not get her name). The waitstaff and room service/restaurant were highly professional, kind and patient with my inability to speak French, helping me to order dinner in my room a couple of nights. The porter/doorman (Ridah, I think) was also very helpful (however, the other porters were not much at all). I hope to return next year.

Two suggestions: Put the tea bags on the same table with the hot water dispenser, sugar, cups and coffee. I have no idea why it is kept across the room, two buffets away, with the cereal.?? And, customers should be given a printed, itemized receipt upon checkout for all incidentals such as meals, room service and laundry. I was only told what I owed and when I asked to see list of services I used, the desk rep turned the computer monitor partially towards me, which I couldn't see very well. I just took their word and paid the bill, hoping it was correct with no unnecessary or incorrect charges.

I liked very much the spacious room,very clean,all the furniture are modern and good size. The breakfast is reasonable and it is catered for anyone, there is a room of improvements in the breakfast.

The fridge is used as a minibar,I did not want the mini bar so I had to ask the staff to empty the mini bar so I can use it as a fridge,it is very small really and you can't fit much in that fridge.

As it is out of season, Spa was closed!! It's supposed to be a Spa Hotel, the clue is in the name? You can't get a second key, the Manager's responsibility?? Breakfast was stale n WiFi not secure.
