Very good value for money , that’s why put 10 stars. Location good, they have small gym and yoga classes, big pool, nice beach with sunbeds and umbrellas. We stayed in bungalow, it was spacious, big bed. Only bad thing is in the bathroom, coz shower water goes straight to the wc, there is no wall between wc and shower. So for Deluxe bungalow I would put 6 stars

I found bad thing in bathroom which mentioned above. And hotel restaurant is very expensive, but you can find good places near hotel so it wasn’t a problem for us

My bungalow was spacious and spotlessly clean (a few minor flaws but nothing to worry about). Electronic safe in the wardrobe. Very good flatsc reen TV. Decent toiletries. Quiet and with clean towels every day. Sunbeds included on beach. Nice balcony/patio with seats and clothes airer. Good breakfasts and lunches in the open sided restaurant right beside the sea. Good reception where nothing was too much trouble. Staff and managers were excellent, as was the owner. Very convenient for outside transport. Amazing beach and sea. Plenty of good local restaurants, bars, pharmacy and street food sellers on the road outside. 24/7 well stocked supermarket next to the entrance, with an ATM. Great swimming pool that was lovely and clean with pleasant surroundings. Lots of things to see locally. No feral dogs or cats. Pleasant, quiet and polite beach vendors that weren't pushy. Fantastic cooks preparing very cheap light meals on the beach. Nice massages at a couple of places, also on the beach - good walks there too.

Breakfast service was a little slow sometimes but not really an issue. Other customers smoking in the restaurant.

This lovely hotel dose exactly what you want. Firstly the location is perfect and on such a beautiful beach! We stayed in one of the bungalows and waking up and being steps away from beach was honestly amazing! The room was cleaned to a high standard and had everything you could need! The beach restaurant serves great food, ingredients were fresh and at a reasonable price! All staff were friendly and happy to help. Ing on reception helped us with trips and recommendations on fantastic things to do while in koh samui. Already planning our return

We had a great time at Bay Beach Resort and highly recommend to anyone that is after a comfortable stay at very reasonable prices. The location is perfect, right on the beachfront with direct access, and the beach itself is very beautiful, peaceful and great for swimming. James, Christina and all the staff are absolutely amazing and so helpful with anything you need, and the rooms are cleaned regularly during your stay, with fresh towels and drinking water replenished. As with most places, the Resort is still coming back from the covid shutdown period, but the team are working extremely hard to ensure all facilities are spot on for all visitors.

Superb beautiful location right on the beach front. Really friendly and helpful staff. Room was cleaned daily to a very good standard. Excellent selection of food and drinks available from the beach restaurant. The resort itself is centrally located to a wide variety of really nice bars and restaurants and a short taxi ride to Chaweng should you wish to explore further and sample the night life.

Since the property was in discount we had a very good value for money on this property! The room was very clean and smells so good! Big room and a nice and big balcony! We didn't use the swimming pool but we enjoyed the beach, it was very relaxing! The staff was very helpful and the late check out was great!

In the bathroom we didn't have a curtain and it was a bit of a mess when showering! We had lunch at the restaurant and the food was great, so the next day we went again for dinner with some friends and OMG it seems a completely different restaurant! The food wasn't yummy at all, some of us didn't eat! I noticed that during lunch the manager or boss was there, must have done the difference!

The staff was always extremely helpful to me on many occasions. I thought my plane was arriving at 9am and they said I could check in early however, my mistake the plane arrived 9pm and they were accommodating and make my late check in very smooth. I asked to change rooms after the first night because the aircon was too cold blowing on the bed and they moved me to a better room with a better A/C. I was quite pleased and grateful.

The lighting in the room could be brighter but I have poor eyesight. Daytime was fine with the curtains open.

The location right on the most stunning bay in Koh Samui! The rooms all have easy access directly onto the beach and there is a lovely, large, centrally located pool also. The staff are very attentive and polite. The beachfront restaurant and bar is a fantastic place to enjoy the great food on offer and fine selection of premium drinks. It is a short walk to the surrounding bars, shops and restaurants on the main street, but whilst in the Resort you are a world away from any hustle and bustle and can just relax.

Nothing, all was great.

Went here for a couple of days to suss it out, as looking for a location for a big family holiday in February 2024, including teenagers and more elderly relatives. This venue will cover all bases - great rooms, swimming pool, bar, restaurant and location - right on Choenmon beach. The restaurant has a great menu balance, covering both Thai and more western influences. They appear to be installing a wood fired pizza oven currently. Amazing staff who are not ‘in your face’ the whole time, but there with amazing service when required. The couple in charge ensure you feel at home from the moment you arrive. It is unashamedly 3 Star, not pretending to be an anonymous 5 star international resort, where you could be anywhere in the world. Having said that, it has everything you would expect from a professionally run, well appointed resort (and at a substantially lower cost than many of the offerings in Cheonmon and Chaweng). Can’t wait to return in February!

Although I wasn’t going for the weather, one of the days was pretty wet. But this is not unexpected in November and early December, and is of course totally out of the resort’s control!

Location on the beach. A decent sized pool. Staff were great. Rooms were reasonable value for money.

Beach restaurant had a very limited menu and was overpriced compared to many others on the beach. Smell of drains pervaded the restaurant and sunbed area at times. The mattress was ancient with the springs poking into my body as I tried to sleep. Noisy neighbours voices and heavy footsteps echoed through the hotel corridors and rooms. A bungalow would be a quieter choice but not so affordable.
