we liked the most the privacy you get there… because villas are placed with a good distance from each other, not like in other places we were… villas inside are really nice too… 🤩 loved the plants and garden, nice pool with a sea view and little private beach. everything what you need for a relax… the staff communication in English was brilliant and very welcoming friendly all of them. Staff really does everything to make your holiday fantastic! I would come back here for sure!!!

nothing really do dislike, apart the weather wasn’t great (we were not lucky) 😂 location is a little far from everything but if you want privacy and not crowded place it’s normal. you can rent a motorbike there or its short 10-15min drive with taxi to the Chaweng beach. drinks at the bar could be cheaper, as it was most expensive bar we ever seen in whole month visiting Thailand.

We loved the private beach and location which is off a relatively quiet road in a quieter section of the island, but still not too far away from the action and attractions. The staff were all super friendly and accommodating from arrival to the moment we departed. They have a great little app to contact reception for the usual things, which saves time and things getting lost in translation, although everyone speaks good English. My partner hurt her foot during our stay and the staff were constantly checking on her and helping to make sure she was looked after. The food at the restaurant was excellent and reasonably priced. Our villa was very comfortable and the private pool lovely at night when it was hot out.

At low tide the beach is a little rocky and at least while we were there, the beach wasn't being used to its full potential which begged for loungers and umbrellas and maybe service from the nearby bar. There might be a reason but it would have been a nice way to enjoy the beach.

What was there not to like about this property? The staff were so so warm and kind and they made us feel very welcome from the moment we arrived until we left. Ink, Tak, Aek, Ter, Boss, Little (to mention a few) were just the best. The villas themselves were beautiful with so much light and warmth, and we loved the pool! The layout was super cute. Breakfast was included in our stay so we enjoyed the selection they had and the staff would accommodate any food or drink wishes you had. We just loved our stay and the continued kindness they showed us throughout. We will be back soon!

The ONLY thing- we would have loved to have been able to cast to the TV or have better satellite tv so we could enjoy our snuggle in the evenings :)

Liked the location, the beach is a very beautiful and quiet place with no access of strangers. The hotel territory is nicely designed and well-maintained. Really liked the service provided, staff is always ready to help. For example, proactively suggested late check-out, even helped with some really non-standard requests - brought us to a local ATM and shared wifi on the spot as otherwise it was impossible to get cash from our bank Quality of spa is really high

No major points here 1) Too rocky beach, it is public as all beaches, but basically only this hotel has access to the beach. So would be nice to clean the rocks. It's not a major problem since very nice Choengmon beach is located nearby 2) Variety of foods for breakfast is limited - could be more. Though the quality of food is nice 3) Limited availability of sports and yoga classes (e.g. only 2-3 yoga classes per week)

it was quite and peaceful away from city life

the location away from restaurants, supermarket was close but the road was dark and a lot of dogs which was annoying to walk at night the insects were in the room and the toilet

The staff and service were first class. You don't have to leave the Deluxe Pool Villa, there's plenty of sun and your own pool is great. You can even rent a scooter from the hotel and the nearest shops are within walking distance.

Some places would require a little renovation, but nothing serious. The menus were a bit limited and sometimes you needed a change. We knew about the beach that it is not the best possible and the location is a bit remote, but these are not the place's faults.

SAii was wonderful! Everything about the facility was to the top. Breakfast was really good and they had a good variation to choose from. The pool area was nice and we had a great time relaxing by the pool with a cocktail in hand. The restaurant had great food and was never a let down, the waiters were always so polite and gave of such a good vibe. overall we loved our stay and highly recommend it! The gym was small but had everything you need to get in a workout. There is a scooter rental at the premesis but we’d recommend just walking the 10 meters to the next rental which is just next to the hotel. Also couldn’t praise the staff more! they were always so friendly and helpful.

Beautifully presented hotel. Pool and private beach area are great. Nice and quiet with a small number of rooms. Staff were amazing and couldn’t do enough for you. Drinks at the bar and food at the beach side restaurant were lovely. Scooter rental right outside the hotel, they do have a taxi service which is good but will cost more and you have set times for some trips. Pui Relax restaurant is a 5 minute walk away and was great as well.

Prices for food/drink/additional services are more akin to western society and it’s about a 20 minute walk to the busier area, where you will find the prices you are likely more used to in Thailand.

Everything was great. The staff was really friendly and helpful, it was great to be able to chat with them through the app which offered a lot of information and additional services. The bungalow was lovely with a stunning view on the sea. Great cleanliness and services, including the laundry and proposed tours. Breakfast was excellent with a lot of choice. We also appreciated the bar and the restaurant (including dinning in villa). The spa was great as well and we really liked the yoga. We really appreciated the location, as it was calm and secluded on the beach, a perfect bit of paradise.

Only two minor points of improvement would be the WiFi quality (which varied depending on the day) and the price for airport transfers (which is located less than 15min from the hotel).

Very welcoming staff, gorgeous room, lovely shower, comfortable large bed, plenty of storage with lovely large pool outside for swimming & cooling down. A little walk to the main road but accessible. Beautiful grounds, kept very well, nice pool area, plenty of different places to sit, lay, relax, shade & sun, 4 different depth pools to choose from. Beach had very sharp sand, footwear needed & provided, not for relaxing on but beautiful coastline to look at. Breakfast was delicious with all the choice & more you could imagine. Restaurant food in the evening was delicious, bar drinks good with 2 happy hours Spa facilities gorgeous, wonderful traditional Thai massage & lovely therapist. All staff were friendly, helpful & very welcoming Complimentary yoga was really good & the lady running the classes was amazing. overall a wonderful place to stay & close to everything you want to explore by foot or tut tut

Wi-Fi was hit & miss, the need to log back in was frustrating at times. There are lots of steps linking all the outside areas, not suitable for everyone
