The staff was extremely friendly and amazing. My partner and I travel alot and it’s been one of the most relaxing places we’ve stayed in awhile.

The staff were friendly and efficient, while the villa owner Maria went out of her way to make sure I had a wonderful stay. That included offering to drive me into town, taking me to see a traditional fire dance and going to the nearby food market. In my personal experience, the villa was better than the pictures showed. Location-wise, a little tucked away from Ubud centre but Grab is readily available and I barely noticed. Instead, I enjoyed being surrounded by the fields. Wifi signal was good. Bathroom was nice and clean. Breakfast was good. I found it to be great value for money. They can arrange pick up from the airport to Ubud which is usually about a two-hour drive. They also own a restaurant in the city centre which was nice to check out.

The villa is particularly private which was fantastic. The room was lovely, bed was comfy, and the shower was also good and provided good water pressure. The private pool was superb. The highlight for us were the staff - they were fantastic, polite, kind and nothing was too much hassle. They helped with our bags and cleaned the room daily. We were provided with a local drink upon arrival which was a bonus. Can’t fault the place, would easily stay again.

Our only criticism was that tax was added to some items when we checked out, which wasn’t clear from the menus provided for food & massages. This was our own fault - but do not leave any loose food out! We left out some food and woke up to ants all over it, but again, the staff were brilliant and cleaned this up with no hassle.

The villas were well-appointed, private, very clean, and comfortable. The pool was beautiful and inviting. The area and the villa felt safe. The team was so kind and helpful. They welcomed us upon arrival and helped us with our bags and to get settled in. Our taxi dropped us about 1000 ft from Niluh, and they came to us to help with our bags and get us there. They also checked in via WhatsApp earlier that day to ensure we had all the necessary information. The breakfast menu was nice, and they would bring it to the villa in the morning at an agreed-upon time. We were in Ubud for work and having this place and all the amenities to base out of made everything so easy for us. We are grateful, and we will definitely be back. The laundry and daily cleaning services were excellent, and we always had fresh towels. Also a very nice area to walk around each morning.

The light switch for the inside was outside, so that was a pain when we were getting ready for bed. There was only one plug next to each bedside, so we had to choose between our chargers or a bedside light. But it was all minor and very easy to get used to!

We only stayed here for one night but the actual villa itself was really nice - clean and big and the pool looked so good. Nice big comfortable bed and good facilities!

Unfortunately we got breakfast included and it wasn't very good - the toast was all cold and stale and the butter basically frozen so couldn't spread it on, and the juices tasted like nothing. The other element was the location - be aware that a taxi can only take you so far (on some crazy roads btw) and then you have to walk yourself the rest - this wasn't a problem for us though just wish we knew about it in advance. Also, forget using the taxi apps near here - the area seems to be drop offs only and if you want to get a taxi you have to use a local service which the place can help with but its more pricey.

This accommodation is the best we ever stayed in. Beautiful, quiet, private, excellent service, close by restaurants and stores. In the morning you can enjoy birds visiting the garden and in the evening great star-viewing from the private pool. We were sad to leave this paradise.

Nothing. There is a small distance (like 200m) from the nearest car drop-off, but we travel light and also got offered help with our luggage, so it wasn’t an issue.

Great value for couples to have a spacious villa with pool all to yourself and peaceful. Staffs were excellent and always happy to attend to your needs. Overall a very comfortable and relaxing stay at Niluh's.

Due to the quiteness of this area, it means that it's not so easy to access if you're relying on car as the small roads are narrow. No issues if you're on motorcycle. But it's only a 5 minute walk to the main road to take e-hailing service.

There were limited options for breakfast, but we didn't mind. It was fine for our 6-night stay. The quality was good, and the fresh fruit juice was really nice. The owner and the staff were super helpful and friendly. It was tucked away from the main road, but grab bikes were always available. It was what we wanted and well away from all the parties. We liked the quietness and rural environment of the place, so there was nothing to complain about. Overall, it was great.

Maybe the light in the room can be more bright. It was a bit dark in our room during our stay, but this may be subjective to people's preferences.

This villa exceeded our expectations, we were met on arrival with welcome drinks which were so refreshing. Our Villa was the perfect size, bed was comfy, had a mosquito net and the bathroom was great. The garden area was picturesque and clean and felt very private. The pool was the perfect temperature with an infinity edge. There was a mini fridge and new water container which meant we could refill our bottles and keep them cold instead of buying lots of single use plastic bottled water every day. The breakfasts were delicious and delivered when you requested. Staff were so helpful and lovely, they checked every day if you wanted breakfast the next day, they cleaned our villa and remade the bed everyday when we were out and were generally so happy to help with anything we needed.

It’s a fair way to get into town and cars can’t get all the way to the villa due to the size of the road (is only a short walk though). Our shower pressure was a bit iffy. There a rice paddies and other villas surrounding it and you can get a bit of noise travelling from that.

EVERYTHING!!! Such an amazing place to stay! We will definitely be back! So beautiful, the bed was so comfortable we couldn’t believe it, air con worked so well too- used the mosquito net just for fun didn’t even need it used no bug spray at all- pool was always perfect, breakfast was yum! Surroundings were so beautiful took so many pictures. And to top it all off the staff we’re the BEST!!! So lovely so helpful- felt like family ☺️ WIFI was great too! We didnt think there was any but there was! Massages in the room were also outstanding!
