The location was nice and close to the airport, as well as some nice eateries. The facility itself and our room were exceptionally clean. Pool area is completely covered so the sun wasn’t bothering us and we stayed cooler.

The free breakfast isn’t included in all reservations. Upon check in I was told I would get it, then after they realized they were checking in the wrong booking, they told me it DIDN’T come with mine. A bit noisy. We could hear everything happening in the halls.

Everything was perfect for my sis and I spending Christmas in a hotel. So happy I chose this location. The ladies at the front desk were professional and kind. Our room was clean and comfy. We enjoyed our time on the outdoor patio. The hotel was quiet and a great location. I will be back. Thank you Hilton!

Very clean and in a very nice area. Price was about right.

Charge for parking, the pillows were really uncomfortable. The curtains did not fully close and as soon as the sun is up, the rim becomes very bright. Also, what was very annoying and a deal breaker for me is the smoke detector light that was flashing ( not triggered, but the default flashing) all night long

I thoroughly enjoyed my experience at this place. The check-in process was simple, and the staff were incredibly nice. The room was clean and comfy. The breakfast was AMAZING!!! I will definitely come back to stay.

it’s a nice place good location. the staff was definitely very good and kind. very good customer service. the rooms were spacious and the beds were comfortable.

we had to request our sheets be changed because they seemed to be dirty. there was only one elevator working and it also seemed like there wasn’t enough parking spaces or if other people maybe were parking there too. their continental breakfast was 10 dollars it didn’t seem worth it to me.

Breakfast was too pricey. It would be nice to of had free breakfast depending on how many days I spent for the room

Front desk and eatery staff were great.

My suite is great but it would have been much better if there was a small "dining table" where one can consume snacks and light foods (unlike the nearby Irvine Embassy Suites).

the guy who checked me in wasn’t hospitable. I felt like I didn’t belong there. He was going to charge me early checkin when a girl on the phone said early checkin is 25$ before 12 pm. I waited till 12 pm and he was going to charge me with early checkin. also he did not give me my parking pass that I had paid for. I later asked another person who got it for me. for 170$ I expect to be treated with respect and dignity as a paid customer.

The cleanliness, good size pool, the items we could buy to snake and drink, the parking in the garage for us and the nice bathroom and towels.

Nothing we didn’t like.

We thought that the room was comfortable and breakfast was tasty.

I don't like the additional fees for parking and breakfast (even though both were nice).
