No coffee in the lobby, except Starbucks. I'm not paying $8.00 for a cup of overpriced Starbucks when a nice pot of coffee is provided literally every hotel we stay at. $20.00 to park in an UNSECURED lot. Had trash ALL around my car in the morning.

This will be our hotel everytime we go to disneyland and/or knot´s berry farm. Worth every penny. Location is great, service is unremarkable! The room was very clean and the matress is heaven. Lot of space in the room and restroom.

The parking lot. It was full and some SUV blocking up to 3 spaces. We drove this time a mini cooper, and we find the last parking spot. Not enough space if you drive an SUV or truck. They charge you for the parking 20 dlls (we had a late arrival, so they didn´t charge us this time).

The available breakfast was served quickly and hot but the price was outrageous. We did not partake in any of the dinner options. The people were friendly.

The parking price was unbelievably high considering the price we already paid for the room. The shower door in our room had been installed incorrectly leaving us with a lot of water on the floor. The desk gave us additional towels to clean up the floor. It would have been better if someone from housekeeping arrived with a mop.

Close to freeway entrance/exit. Restaurants/convenience stores within walking distance. Gas stations nearby. Quiet location and not busy with a lot of traffic. Staff was friendly and helpful. Rooms were clean and in good condition.

No fan or vents in the bathroom. A bit of a drive to get to the beaches or amusement parks. Not a lot of parking stalls. Pay to park signs near hotel are not clear about hotel guests not having to pay for parking. No free breakfast.

When we checked in at the front desk with Patty Obert, we were immediately greeted and felt well taken care of. She was not only warm and welcoming she also took the time to make us feel like VIPs. She introduced us to the rewards program and helped us to sign up and earn points for our future visits.

Good location, right opposite Starbucks and a few small restaurants. Our room (2 double beds) was huge. Beds were massive and lots of floor space.

Still not doing housekeeping, we did ask for fresh towels and bedding and the beds weren’t done. There is a coffee making machine in the room but as there was no housekeeping this wasn’t re-stocked unless we asked. Breakfast options were very poor! Both breakfast sandwiches had meat in them so there was not vegetarian option other than the pastries. $9.95 for a small breakfast roll also seemed pretty expensive seeing as Starbucks is across the road and cheaper..

Nice and quiet location, lots of room in lobby for relaxing. Good food across the street, Rubios, Pan Dumplings, Chinese food and Starbucks in an easy walk.

Breakfast Bistro doesn't open until 7am on Saturday/Sunday. Having that available earlier would have made our morning a little easier. Luckily Starbucks is across the street and open early.

My stay was great. I loved how I was close to amazing restaurants, very close to the freeway and we were in the heart of Orange County. I am a tesla owner so there was a supercharger was minutes away. Overall I was very pleased with my stay.

I love how friendly the staff was, the rooms where clean and the view was amazing. I would defintely stay again in the future.

Great location. Conveniently close to the airport, shopping, and freeways. The room was pretty decently sized. The staff were all very kind and accommodating. The gym was regularly cleaned and stocked. Loved that they had a market and hot meals available.

The bed and the pillows we're not the most comfortable. The AC unit was a bit loud, not super easy to sleep with it on. And the toilet kept making sounds all night as if it had been flushed.
