We like the spaciousness of the room. The room was clean! Everything worked in the room. The staff was pleasant! The location was great and close to all our planned activities!

The only complaint that I have is the hallway and lobby was hot! The room temperature was comfortable because we turned the air down low! But, we were sweating every time we came out of our room to go somewhere! It was 103 degrees during the weekend! Please lower the temperature in the hallway and lobby!

Our hotel room was very nice. The hotel breakfast was delicious, and the lobby was decorated beautifully for Christmas. The front desk staff was very friendly and accommodating during our stay.

The front desk staff is short staffed. I had tried to call multiple times on more than one occasion on the way to the hotel. It kept going to voice mail. It made complete sense to us once we arrived. There was always one person at the desk during our stay trying to manage the Starbucks counter, the front desk, and the phones. There should be two people at all times.

Very good breakfast and happy hour. Parking lot seemed to be full but found out there was a gun show being hosted so that took up a lot of spaces. Nice restaurant attached to hotel or one across parking lot. Great location for shopping and entertainment.

Our first night there was a kids birthday party at the pool so no room in the pool, kids didn’t get to swim that night. I mean it was FULL of kids and parents.

The happy hour was wonderful, the staff so helpful and pleasant. We were amazed at the complimentary breakfast - an omelet made to order, with NO wait (granted it was 7:45 am, but still!!). There were an abundance of choices for breakfast, so everyone would be happy. I even used the exercise center before breakfast.

Minor, but the exercise center could use a TV with choices of something to watch (local TV coverage would have been great).

Breakfast (past reviews help us choose this location because breakfast reviews), friendly and accommodating staff.

Honestly the beds were not that comfy. With everything else in the hotel being great, the beds being "OK" were kind of a let down. The bedding was clean and comfy but the sleeping on a cloud feeling wasn't there for me. I would have preferred maybe more fluffy mattress topper.

Wao wao wao the cleanness was so impressive. The breakfast yummy. And the happy hour so delicious. The worker were on top of everything. Everything was working properly the gym, ice machine, and the pool. The location for the kids was fun. was nice stayed. The outlets, the uncle duck and some groceries around were so covinnient.

The heat 🔥. Outside. Probably have some signs reminders the kiddos to keep it quiet on the hallways.

Beautiful and clean

The guy that checked me in the evening I arrived. I felt like I wasn’t supposed to be there. Later another person came to help at the front counter and I dealt with her the remainder of the time. She was friendly and educated us on the details of our stay so that we could fully enjoy our stay.

Location of the property Rooms were clean- (Although, I did find someone else’s jean tag next to the bed so not sure how well they vacuum) Pool was nice Most of the staff was very friendly. Some were more helpful than others. Happy hour was ok with the two free drinks. The snacks were not that great. Bring your own. Breakfast was good and had options.

The staff was nice and friendly,I like the complimentary bar also and my room was clean.the breakfast in the morning was amazing my overall experience was great!!!

More variety of alcohol and chasers at the complimentary bar the bartender was amazing and made sure everyone was taken care of! Some Peanuts at the complimentary bar would be nice,but other than that it was amazing

Hotel property and rooms are well maintained. The rooms are clean, beds are firm, spacious. The breakfast is excellent and offers a variety of breakfast choices beacon, eggs, hot or cold cereal, fruit, juice or coffee. Staff is friendly lobby is a cool place to hang out and watch television and enjoy the happy hour. We have stayed 7x at this hotel and it’s always the same great experience.

Water and hot coffee not available through out the day. Therefore you have to make inside if your hotel room but your supply only makes one cup.
