The accommodation was good. A nice big room - the bed was very comfortable. Good wardrobe space although more shelf space would have been preferred. The only shelf in the wardrobe held an iron and spare towels, but was also too high for me to comfortably reach. The bathroom was nice and clean. The toilet roll is placed in an awkward postiion, one has to be a contortionist to reach it. Disappointed with the shower, which wasn't very powerful. When i tried to lower the shower head, the whole attachment kept coming away from the wall. (I forgot to report it). Otherwise the room was good. I was very pleased with the service at dinner. Being gluten free (intolerance) and a red meat intolerance also i struggled with finding something suitable on the menu. However, the chef came out and spoke to me and went through the allergy menu with me and delivered my food to me which was very good. I could not fault the service from any member of staff. Everyone was very pleasant and helpful.

My Husband and I were attending a party at a nearby venue (Aug 2024) so we booked a double room for the night at the London Aerodrome. We were upgraded to an Executive double room which was a pleasant surprise. The room was very clean, spacious and had a large air conditioning unit which was very welcome due the summer heat. Also the bonus of a small fridge. We didn't partake of the hotel snacks other than a cup of tea but it was nice to be able to store our own water! The front desk staff were courteous and friendly. We didn't have any meals so can't comment on that. Overall we enjoyed our brief stay and would consider staying again if it suited our needs.

The hotel provided parking although at £10 per day but at least that was overnight and you could add the exact time of your stay when paying at the machine in the car park and so paid exactly for your stay. The family room we had booked was large and clean. Just right for a family of three. The beds were comfortable and the room was modern and clean. The bathroom contained a shower and a bathtub and was a good size. Breakfast was good with options for a fully cooked breakfast as well as cereals and toast. The coffee was also good.

It was very busy when we came down for breakfast and we had so search a while for an available table. The breakfast area has rather limited space for the size of the hotel.

Fantastic, kerb appeal, clean, tidy, well maintained. Inside just as presentable, very clean. Our Family Room was huge. Would suggest an overhead main light and a spot light over the tea coffee making area. The bathroom door had a dodgy handle on the inside, which we mentioned to the Receptionist on checkout, she then proceeded to type on the computer our concern. All the staff we encountered throughout our stay, were polite, courteous and friendly, reception staff extremely helpful, with the various questions we had regarding transport, as we were new to the area.

The Hotel & The Staff Were Amazing. I Only Wish I New Beforehand That Renovation Was Being Done, As It Was A Little Annoying Hearing Drilling & Pounding In The Morning As I Was Already Trying To Adjust To The Time Frame & Needed More Sleep. Outside Of That It Really Was Amazing..Really Appreciated The Kindness Of The Staff, Especially Those At The Bar / Restaurant Area.

Renovations, Being Done At The Time Of My Stay, But It Was Still An Amazing Experience. After The Renovations Are Done I Think It Would Be Even Better. There Isn't Anything To NOT Like At The Hotel.

There is some great history surrounding the local area, which is highlighted in various places throughout the communal areas & the reception/bar area is very welcoming - it does feel like you are in a more luxurious hotel. We didn't have dinner or breakfast so can't make any comments on that - but we did have a good nights sleep, the bed was comfortable & the bathroom was modern and well equipped.

Despite being a double and getting a free upgrade from their standard room, I must admit we still felt it was quite small and little cramped, for example, I couldn't pull the chair to the desk, all the way out... it hit the base of the bed, so I had to squeeze in behind it, plus, with two people in the room getting ready at the same time, it was a bit 'hit and miss'.

The hotel is very nice. Although I paid extra for a 'newly refurbished executive room', it was obvious that nothing had been refurbished! The room was clean, but the carpets were worn and stained. The bathroom was in need of major work! The floor tiles were cracked, and the grout was stained. The whole room needs updating. The room itself was a good size, far better than a standard double, which was we stayed in on a previous visit.( That was ridiculously small, with the bed jammed against the wall! ) I queried this with the receptionist, who didn't seem to understand my questions, and she got the manager, who agreed it had not had any work done, and refunded the extra payment. The bed was spacious and reasonably comfortable, but the mattress was in need of replacement as it was creaking every time I moved or sat on the side of it. The breakfast and dinner were very good and value for money. All the staff in the hotel were charming, helpful, and very attentive. We will stay there again, hopefully in a refurbished room!

The bathroom. The whole bathroom is in quite poor condition, with broken tiles and towel ring, stained grout on the floor, missing pop-up waste substituted with an ordinary plug on a chain which was wrapped around the tap. Shabby carpets, which were worn in places with some staining.

my stay here is always great the manger and staff sometimes go the extra mile for customers , very clean at all times I had recommended this to family and friends and even my mangers to book lounge for staff meetings and training all in all I can say it's like I am part of their team because the people I have recommended and did stay was very satisfy Keep up the good work .

Thus is not any fault of the the hotel but I always check in almost mid night so that's almost paying for the day that has gone so maybe a free breakfast once in awhile .

This is not a reflection on the hotel but we used the taxi serviced from Wadden station to the hotel and used one that was recommended by the hotel. They charged us £13 from Wadden station to the hotel and when the hotel rang the taxi company the next day for transport to Wadden station they charged us £7 for the same amount of people and luggage. I think you need to look into what they are charging your customers bearing in mind our destination from the station was to your hotel. The taxi firm was call Station Cars. It was only on our return journey to the station that we realised that they had charged us nearly twice to get from the station to the hotel than what they charge us from the hotel to the station

The room was spacious and comfortable. It was well equipped with a hairdryer, iron and ironing board etc. We had dinner on Friday night which was very good and excellent value for 2 courses and a drink. Staff were friendly and helpful. Good location as we were visiting family in Surrey

I had requested an accessible room which unfortunately wasn't available. All other rooms only have a bath with over bath shower which wasn't ideal for me as I have mobility issues - but it was manageable
