Always love the cookies. I like that it has a bedroom and living room and 2 tvs. I also appreciate the idea of checking in through the app and was able to check in early due to the exhaustion from the long ride there. The location is the best for the reasoning to why we were in Charlotte.

The coffee maker was dirty where you add in the water to make the coffee and the bathroom looked like it had a spot that needed to be mopped up and the wall was a little nasty in the bathroom as well. One of the pillows had a musty smell to them. And although this wasn’t the hotels fault, the neighboring family kept slamming doors in their room which was annoying after awhile.

I thought the breakfast was ok. Food was not very tasty or warm. There was a good variety, . For the price however it was passable. It was better than having to put on clothes and go out. The one-bedroom suite was nice loved the amount of room and the kitchenette was good to have even though we did not use the stove we used the fridge. Saw pots and pans but did not see silverware or utensils but also did not really look for any. It was very close to the mall. Parking right outside the entry door was very convenient.

Notice stains on furniture and wished there was no carpet. Even though the toilet was low (I have knee issues) it was situated right next to the counter so it made it easy to get up and down. Not having an ice machine nearby was interesting and it was a long walk to get some on another floor.

I loved everything about the hotel. It was beautiful 😍. I enjoyed the staff and the area of location was great. This was my first time to Charlotte and I will definitely come back to your hotel for another expanded stay.

I didn't like that the room was dusty 😕. Also the bathroom wasn't as clean as it should have been. I had to buy clorox bleach cleaner and clean the bathroom properly. The toilet has stains and the tub had a ring around it. Also the POOL was dirty and Nasty. I feel with so many people in and out of the pool someone should have been there to clean it out on a regular. It was dirt on the pool floor, trash on the tables from quest. I was disappointed. Also for the prices I was wondering why complementary breakfast wasn't offered? But thank God we were able to cook our own breakfast but some might want to relax considering their on vacation. This is the ONLY reasons I didn't give a 10 and I give a 9.

Location was excellent! Very spacious quarters! We had a 2 full bedroom suite (1 l King bed and 2 queen beds) that also included living room space, 2 full bathrooms, an balcony outdoors, and a kitchenette with a full sized refrigerator, dishwasher, and 2 eye stovetop for about $425 for 1 night; this also included breakfast.

The room could have been a bit cleaner, carpet in hallway to rooms was old.

It was so nice to have restaurants on site as we had a tight schedule due to a conference downtown that we were attending. It was in a great location near the Southpark area mall for easy access to everything too. The Staff was so nice and always checking in on us to make sure all of our needs were being met! It was really a great week!

I loved the location it was my birthday weekend and I like the fact there was a steak restaurant across the street and I didn’t have to drive far and that same restaurant has brunch so i went there twice. I definitely would recommend this property to anyone

The pool was open but it was very very dirty .. bugs and everything was in it .. also the staff/front desk had an attitude .. get new staff and clean pool this would be a 10/10.

The staff there was amazing. The two ladies at check in Keisha Griffin, and Latie Jones superb customer service, outstanding I haven’t seen customer service on this level in years.

I normally stay here whenever I’m in Charlotte, I love the location the size of the rooms the pool area in the staff is always professional. Hey lets not forget those COOKIES yummy🍪🍪

Everything about this place was amazing! All staff members were very sweet and welcoming ( especially Mr. Chino). The kids enjoyed pool and the cookies! This hotel was close to multiple restaurants, coffee shops and the mall was right behind it. Just amazing!

I love the the property, it was very clean.

First off, the lady over charge my card, I’m still waiting on that issue to be resolved. Secondly, she gave us the wrong room and it was a long walk to go back to the service desk; she kept leaving me on hold when I used the phone in the room to call her. After she switched our rooms, I wanted to take an shower before we went out. 😩, the shower only gets warm and the drain didn’t work well, the bottom of the tub was filling up with water.

The hotel is located in a very nice area adjacent to symphony park, and shopping centers. It's literally a short walk away. The check in was very fast in fact one of the best experiences I've had thus far. They also offer bottled water and a cookie to guest at check in. The room was very nice and clean. The beds were very comfortable. The showers had good water pressure. Absolutely no issues with the room. The hotel also offers a buffet breakfast which is a separate fee from your room. I've gotta tell you the breakfast is good. They even have staff walking the dining area to assist you. Now, they dont serve lunch but they have a very nice selection for the dinner menu. The bar is very nice as well. In the courtyard area there are sitting areas with fire pits if that's of interest to you. Overall, it was a really good experience. I will be back!
