The room could have been swept and mopped better. There were toenail clippings under the bathroom vanity when we arrived.

Loved the modern design of the room! Beautiful! Nice and quiet! Love the late check out of 12p! The food was amazing! Shrimp and grits and fries!!! Woww!!! Never had so good of food at a hotel!!

The staff both at night and morning was in a rush to get us out their face! The one from our arrival was speaking fast, my husband said it was bc she was in a rush to get back to her text messaging. I missed the phone in her hand. Neither of them ever said anything to make us feel welcome, or to welcome us back! No formal greeting or farewell. More like, here is your receipt. Ohhh! Our towels looked like someone was just using the room before us. I’ve never seen a hotel with jacked up towels. They were not neatly folded. One rag was sitting on the counter all sprawled out like… really? My husband told me he didn’t touch anything in the bathroom. They need to be a lot more tidy and professional when setting up the bathroom.

Our room design was exceptional. We enjoyed the modern surroundings and cleanliness. It was a treat for the eyes :-). Also, it was super conveniently located to both Piedmont Town Center and SouthPark Mall. We walked everywhere!

The front desk was friendly and helpful in getting us checked in but could have been a little bit more knowledgeable about the surrounding area. Also, it was a shame that the beautiful wallpaper in ALL of the halls was marred. It looked like the service carts were pressed along the walls leaving consistent horizontal lines in the hallways.

The hotel was nice and the location was excellent. The staff didn't seem to be very knowledgeable, charged my card for a room that was prepaid. The room was not as clean as I excerpted A club level room to be. Complimentary breakfast wasn't available the Monday morning when I checked out, which was highly disappointing. I definitely expected better, but would stay again to give them time for improvement.

That meals were at the convenience and Starbucks coffee for the guest. We liked the multiple entrances & exits of hotel. Even though hotel doing some repairs, they only blocked main elevators at night to avoid the heavy traffic during the day. Having back up plan to use optional elevator. Free covered parking.

Having maps & brochures of attractions in the area.

We chose this hotel because of the hotel group it belongs to. They are ALWAYS lovely hotels. This one did not disappoint! We traveled to Charlotte to rescue two dogs (yes, the hotel is pet friendly) and we loved it so much that, even though we planned on staying only one night, we stayed an extra night to rest up for the way home. The dogs were so happy there and we were so comfortable. The beds are super comfortable! The staff was wonderful!!! There was a Starbucks in the lobby and so many lovely little shops nearby. I would definitely stay here again! FIVE stars!!!

I asked three days if I could speak to a manager and nobody would ever get one for me to talk with. I would think a manager would welcome the opportunity to speak with a customer.

Beautiful public areas and our room had exceptional lighting. We booked based on the indoor pool but actually never made it there after enjoying a delicious burger at the bar.

Helpful/friendly staff (gave us early checkin/late check out). Enjoyed club room. Room was comfortable. We stayed here as short drive to airport ready for flight.

Loud fan noise constantly in the bathroom… which can be heard in the main bedroom- told it comes from the roof and nothing could be done.

the rooms are beautiful. it looks like it's in a movie room .. I loved the colors , and the services are excellent, the lady in the disappointment was very attentive .. I ordered dinner in the room and they took it to me , all very well done and delicious. even the maids are cheerful. Spoken Spanish, They very polite. recommend
