A great place for couples. Not too far from village center (by driving). Very friendly staff. great view. Designed with great taste.

1. Maintenance issues: When we arrived we found 2 faults with the shower. We reported the front desk that told us that it will be fixed the next day. On the next day, when returning to the hotel in the evening, the front desk told us all is fixed. When we used the shower again we found that nothing was fixed :(. My guess: the maintenance people have mislead the front desk with false information. 2. As a SPA hotel we were surprised that the Sauna and Jacuzzi are not free at all times and that massages were not available at the time we visited.

We had an enjoyable and comfortable one-night stay.  Friendly, accommodating staff, willing to help with a smile.  Nice facilities (swimming pools, lobby area, etc.) Cleanliness and comfort of our room Fast convenient Check-in and Check-out Experience Calm, peaceful and tranquil environment with great view of Volos city and Makrinitsa village Massage therapy session was amazing

The quality of the breakfast could be better.

Breakfast was good & varied. Receptionist (guy-sorry forgot his name) very helpful & knowledgeable re: the area & what to see. Hotel has parking which was essential. Rooms good size & clean. Enjoyed our stay.

Not specifically for this hotel only, but this is something that most of them do these days: I can’t see why we have to pay extra for an “alternative” coffee @ breakfast i.e an espresso or a frappe as opposed to the rubbish they all serve. It should be included in the high hotel prices they charge.

Very warm welcoming of the staff.the hotel is excellent and I highly recommend it to everyone who wishes to visit an amazing place to relax and enjoy a fantastic area of Pilio and recharge their batteries at the same time !! I will definitely visit Pilio and stay at this amazing hotel !!

The staff were great, always smiling and making you feel comfortable. The view by the pool and the balconies are amazing. Breakfast was good and there were lots of healthy options.

Unfortunately there were kids shouting and screaming at the pool the whole time we were down at the pool so we just had to leave the pool area as it wasn't relaxing. It does say that only kids over 16 are welcome and this didn't seem the case.

Views are amazing, great pool very good breakfast , comfortable bed ,very kind hotel team, so calm place , great for relaxation and good location in Pelion.

It would be great if The Pool could be open later than 8pm in summer ,since it would be great to enjoy some more time the pool.

Breakfast was great, there was so much selection and was very tasty and homemade and the staff were very pleasant and helpful, the infinity pool overlooking the mountains is beautiful.

Only slight draw back was that the spa was closed for renovation and we didn't know this beforehand.

The whole place was beautiful, nicely decorated and relaxing. The breakfast was really amazing, we told the hotel in advance that we are vegan and the chef went out of his way to prepare some delicious dishes just for us, couldn’t have asked for more. Our non-vegan friends said the regular foods were also delicious. The staff was also very friendly and made us feel very welcome. The spa is really nice too.

We loved this hotel , and we highly recommend Valeni for a place to stay for your vacation . the lobby and bar are extremely pleasant to sit and have a drink at all time (great view ), very rich and tasty breakfast , the Staff is also very nice and efficient, Thanks.
