All staff were friendly and helpful. They constantly checked in to ensure you had what you needed.

I didn't particularly appreciate how guests saved pool and beach chairs with their towels and then were not at the chairs the whole day; other resorts do not allow chairs to be saved and removed towels if guest were not around.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The decor was very colorful! The location was convenient and a short 10-15 walk to town without any hills or difficult terrain. I didn’t need to rent a golf cart. The included breakfast was fresh and delicious. There wasn’t much meat, but it catered to different dietary restrictions such as gluten free. It was nice that there was a pool and foot wash near the front so we didn’t have to have sandy or muddy feet going back to the room. Showers were hot and the AC was very strong!!

The shower water pressure was weak and showers looked like they needed bleach or a bit more thorough cleaning on the tile. The remote for the AC was very dirty, so I had to clean it with rubbing alcohol. The beds were very firm, which was fine for me, but too hard for my husband. The irons and hair dryers had to be borrowed from the front desk. The iron looked worn out and there was no ironing board. It was hard to fully iron some clothing since there was no board and we were told to simply use the bed to iron.

breakfast was great. lots of variety. rooms were super clean. staff was helpful. place is nicer than pictures, and incredibly clean. nice balcony. lots of nice greenery. great and mostly quiet location.

we were on third floor and was a bit of generator noise for a while at night (not all night though). we also had asked to be put near the swimming pool on main floor and were not. said they were all full. They also had a strange towel policy, which involved leaving ID for beach and pool towels and was a bit of a nuisance. and always seemed short of them. so hopefully that gets fixed. I would have also liked to have seen more comfortable seating on the room floors. they had wooden bench chairs, but not really pleasant for lounging. some nice cushioned couches would have been great, as the seating around pool is very limited. and hanging out on the other floors would have been nice too. but absolutely would stay again and totally recommend!

Loved the beautiful, clean hotel and friendly staff. The daily breakfast was amazing and the yoga surpassed my expectations. You do get a discounted rate for the yoga classes if you stay there, so be sure to ask! Overall an amazing vibe!

I did need to ask the staff to re-connect the wifi so that it was operational again, and they did fix it. I found the pillows or something about the bed was making body tight from sleeping on their beds.

Everything was very good, but we had a few things that I was not happy about it, one of them and must importantly was the internet connection it was by far the worst, 2GBPS that is unacceptable in a property with 31 rooms, one and the only pathetic staff member a man with a despicable dirty appearance told me if I don't like it, I should change to another hotel, that is not how you treat a customer, if every one on their staff is superb...this BAD apple will effect the entire image of the place, any way they need to contract a better network company, I could not work on my room nor anywhere else on the hotel.

Everything was nice, they need to improve on their breakfast they are focus on Vegan food and NOT everyone is vegan, that was very disappointing.

We LOVED our stay here. We came as 2 friends, male/female and shared a room with 2 beds. The room was very big, clean, comfortable & the sound proofing was great. My only problem was the wifi. It was not strong enough with so many people - in the early AM/latePM it worked 'ok' then did not work. If you need to work while on vacation, this place may not work for you. I hope they fix it - because it would be the only reason I don't come back. The breakfast was AMAZING. Actually, I have gut issues and often in the states anything & everything bothers me, but I was able to enjoy their breakfast for my whole trip & it was actually healing. It changes daily just enough to keep you interested & we were there 10 days. They offer different kinds of eggs, potatoes, chilaquiles daily with various sauces, really great fruit, yogurt, granola & you can make toast too. Good coffee or tea, with option for regular or almond milk. I will miss breakfast a LOT. Another reason this hotel caught my attention was the daily/multi-times a day yoga this hotel offers - it was absolutely wonderful & again, another reason I would come back here. The teachers were amazing, the classes were often full and the vibes were amazing... I loved all the classes, I did 5 in 10 days. My last day I did power yoga - I didn't know what I was getting into & I LOVED it. Great work out and super fun! Yoga was a big part of my healing here The 2 pools were okay, nice but not much sun, so I didn't spend much time at the pool like I often do on vacations. It also helps, that the beaches in the area are really wonderful... so we chose the beach. South side of the beach is crowded/busy/lots of chairs to rent & the north side is much more mellow (our style). Good surf too. Staff was AMAZING! We walked everywhere & loved it - you don't need a car. You can rent a golf cart, but we enjoyed walking.

Wifi needs to get better - if you have to do some work while you're on vacation, like I did - it's challenging. I couldn't get stuff to load, let alone join a zoom class :(

The location was amazing. Onsite yoga at a discounted rate. Great services from the hotel including beach umbrella & towels, fresh potable water in water cooler jugs placed all over the hotel. The most amazing breakfast with classic mexican breakfast foods, fresh fruits and yogurt. Wide selection of tea and great coffee with choice to almond, skim and regular milk. They alternate between two breakfast specials... Quesadillas and French toast/pancakes.

There were families with young children that were a little rowdy. In general it's easy to avoid, but it was annoying during yoga sessions as it disturbs the peaceful vibe. Likely there were more kids because it was American Thanksgiving.

It is extremely clean, they clean every then and are attentive to that. Staff very very nice. Facilities are clean and good. It is really comfy and it is 7 min walk from city centre which makes it perfect location coz it is not noisy. I do NOT recommend to stay in the centre itself coz it is INCREDIBLY noisy.

I initially got the room on the ground floor although I booked room with a pool view this room had a view of a wall and hence NO natural light AT ALL. Regardless of how very very spacious both room and toilet are you do not want to spend your time in total dark, wake up in dark. They moved me on the second day to another room although I had to insist. The another room was perfect, had a street view but it wasn't noise. From there on I really enjoyed. If you like me do not like staying in dark and sunlight plays important role for you, don't stay on the ground level. I think the room was 104. This is the only reason I am giving 9 instead of 10.

The room was lovely, and we loved the fact that yoga happens right in the building every day. Breakfast was also excellent and the entire building was beautiful and clean. The staff was friendly and helpful. And we were also close to the main part of town but far enough away that nights were quiet. The entire experience was excellent and we will definitely stay here again.

This is an adorable, little hotel that is located north of Sayulita's town centre. Thoughtfully decorated, friendly staff, delicious breakfast, two pools, and a spacious yoga shala on the top floor (hotel guests get 50% off yoga classes). The price for a standard room cannot be beat but next time I visit, I will pay a little extra to have a room with a balcony/view.

If you're planning on working remotely from this hotel, the wifi isn't very strong.
