Hotel was very good, only complain that my mother 80 years old, who doesn’t speak the language, also she was very tired after long journey and after recent stroke - wasn’t given prepaid room straight away, never the less all booking papers were provided. It is created a lot of stress for her because of language barrier and at her age.

I had to change the room. In the first room was a very noisy and annoying buzzing sound of a generator (maybe of a cooling system in the kitchen). However. After I mentioned the next day that I couldn't sleep the whole night I've been provided immediately with a new room. The young lady from the reception showed me even two different rooms from which I could chose. Very friendly and professional.

The fitness room is quite simple equipped. No weights, only a stepper, a running band and an exercise bike. The sauna was very nice, almost new and clean, but was not hot enough (48 degrees Celsius). There were no option to turn it higher (also the guy from the reception couldn't change it). This is not a complaint, it's just a remark not to expect too much. There were also no lounges or a rest room. A bit nerving was also a loudspeaker in the sauna. Music was too loud to be relaxing. Nevertheless, I enjoyed it.

Close enough to the old town for a nice walk; convenient to a big shopping mall - loved the Bolt app altogether. The shower was fabulous - big shower head. The room was comfortable and a nice size. Incredible value, especially compared with Ireland

I found it hard to sleep probably due to the high humidity - eventually noticed the air-conditioning which helped. The dinner menu was the same every night - could have benefited from more variety.

The room was excellent but there are are no safety box ( The staff )are so friendly and they always want to make things easier for you and the room service are the fastest and most of the staff can speak English very well and they speak more than one language and they are so kind and yes 100% I’m coming back and i will choose this hotel for sure

A perfect location if you travel.

An outside parking area is always crowded, and you need to go rounds to find a spot for your car (the hotel doe not guarantee any outdoor car parking). I have a relatively high vehicle and a roof box on top, so the underground parking (which the hotel offers) is not an option for me.

15 Min walk to the center. Good room service menu. Good breakfast. Clean room with big windows on the calm street. Black out curtains. Indoor parking included. Good sound isolation.

2 single beds united together - not common mattress. No slippers. Few towels. Noisy A/C and kettle. One-time use glasses.

Everithing was great: big and clean room, good extra bed, kettle and free watter coffe and tea in the room, big and clean bathroom with quality cosmetics, nice people, good location, good breakfast. We had free parking place in front of the hotel. The hotel deserve 10 points!

They don't have slippers (I knew it and I had to have my own slippers) and bathrobes (I don't use, I use towels).

Great hotel experience overall. Awesome location, accessible via car which can be parked securely underground. Helpful staff, clean and comfortable rooms. There’s really not much you can dislike here.

Same fridge as in other Focus hotels, which is terrible, but that’s a very minor thing ;)

New hotel, very spacious rooms, nicely decorated, very clean. Good location.

Despite reminding staff I only get coffee cups once! The selection of tea could be better in the room as I mostly have fruit tea . Staff cleared the buffet at 9.45 once and I needed to remind them that if breakfast is being advertised until 10am, then they need to wait until 10.00 before clearing all up! They were apologetic afterwards and since then I never had problems. Drinks are not delivered on time to the room. Once I waited over half an hour for cocktail. This is not acceptable and staff need to be better train to provide better care for customers.

The location is great if you don’t want to be right in the center of town. It’s only a short easy walk. We thought it was clean and the staff was delightful. The bed was very comfortable. We also had a good meal in the restaurant.

There really wasn’t anything we did not like. The hotel just is not fancy, the room was nice but nothing over the top.
